Ive always had my oil changed at VW dealers because the Rialta/Eurovan is a 2000 Volkswagen. The last time she was serviced was here, in November of 2018 and everything went well. I made the CovidConscious reservation nine days ago to get my oil changed and made an appointment at 10:00, reviewed the vehicle information and was still in the computer system. The problem when I arrived was that the manager told me they could no longer service my vehicle because they didnt have the correct lifts and they no longer service vans and of a companys policy change. He was pulling at straws to find an excuse and didnt seem to know what was going on. I asked him if they got new lifts since last year and why I wasnt told this over the phone... but he continued blabbering and making excuses. Im disappointed because Ive always considered myself a VWGuy and now Im stuck searching for an oil change. Two thumbs way down for this Volkswagen Service Center.
