Target has the best costumer service I ever seen.I had to return a table because it was smaller than I thought. The Target staff at Liberty Tree Mall store was amazing!Helping us unloading the car, taking inside and processing. The refund came in 2 days. Could not be more happy.I already order the right one and this will be my store to shop
Worse Target ever! They never have anything in stock when the website lists it as available. Guest services is rude and useless. What day and age do we live in where my Target RedCard can’t be looked up for use?? There are also days I go in there and it looks like Black Friday. So messy and disorganized.
The location was a MESS! Unpacked product all over the place. Stacks of merchandise just sitting in corners. Shelves not stocked and if products were on shelves it was a mess. I was VERY disappoined with the state of this Target. There needs to be a better floor manager. There were plenty of employees standing around. Very disappointing.
Purchased 2 items and was charged delivery. Deal was buy 1 1 free. Exchange. Went smoothly.
I can find what I need easily
The management is terrible here oh my god, I have never seen more worse bosses ever but the way they treat their employees is disgusting good lord! I feel bad for the cashiers and people that work in customer service! Target is not so innocent as you people may think!
Should have read the reviews before coming here waste of time. Don’t even bother head to your local Walmart cause this target made me want to never wanna step into another one or order from here again.
If I could give this store negative stars I would. I used to love it here but they are sinking fast. Consistently understocked, their customer service is abysmal. I started going to a different Target because I could never get what I needed at this one making for many a wasted trip. Then I order items online to be picked up in the store, which unfortunately the other Target did not have in stock. Shame on me for assuming anyone there could do their job right, there were missing items. I called and called and called and the phone just rang and rang and rang. So I had to go back to the store, to wait in line for 20 minutes (there was 1 person in front of me). Then the lady at guest services has the audacity to ask me if I want to go check for the items myself. Ummm no. Luckily the manager was there and he went to get the items for me. I will never ever give this store my business ever again. FIN.
Awesome product availability, clean store. Only issue is the rotation of stock in the grocery department. When buying eggs, there were a bunch on the shelf dated March 26th. Probably means there are other products like that too :/
Friendly, prompt and courteous service
The things i need to buy today are all in target with cheaper prices
I was waiting to return item. The line was 11 people deep with one register open. Three Target member specialist were assisting 1 customers. Finally a customer in line said something after waiting for 15 minutes then one associate went to a cash register to assist with returns. It didnt make logical sense at all. Still unsure why they would do that with so many people lined up.
This target is so overrated. Not only do all the workers need a kindergarden tecahering, thenprices are to high and should be set to an understandable level. I came here 2 days ago to get a pair of jeans and havent been able to return them. They were very high in price and I must say the cashier kind of manipulated into buying even after I expressed my hesitance. The starbucks employees are also very rude and distant from what I would believe is their worker policy. I order a medium pink drink with light ice and what I recieved was a small pink drink with passion tea. This has happened more than once. Ig I owned Traget I would fire the worker who has taken me everytime and managed to screw it up just as much. I wont be going here again any time soon.
Good prices and selection, for the most part. Sometimes items cost more in-store than they do online, which is frustrating. Also, a lot of times things are just plain out of stock (even pre-pandemic). But overall, its a nice store. Well-lit (which is important to me). The people at customer service and order pick-up are great.
Friendly checkout and no long line. More vegan options available!
I had a wonderful experience with the manager Jake he was over the top with amazing customer service and expertise at his job clearly. He resolved my issue in a calm easy manner and it was the easiest return and I left with a smile. It’s really hard to come by especially during a pandemic to see such a cheerful face when you’re returning some thing. He was absolutely an outstanding manager and any company would be lucky to have him !! I will definitely be shopping at the Danvers target from now on based on his customer service thank you so much
Manager is rude! They wouldn’t let me return an item because it doesn’t have a box with the barcode even tho the item hasn’t been used. I even have the receipt with the barcode of that item. I called target customer service and I was able to return it via mail. They said the store should have accepted the return if there is a receipt without the box. The manager was just lazy and don’t want to accept returns that requires extra works
I ordered things that I desperately needed for my one-month-old twins, and I got them loaded up in the car and while I was on my way to target I got a notification saying half of the things that I ordered they did not have. One of them being the one thing that I needed that I made the trip for in the first place. (My daughter needs baby oats for her bottles for her reflux) I can’t just go into a store with two newborn twins so that’s why I used a target pick up option. The other things for baby items I needed and something for my dog. I will be up babies babies and made the trip there for nothing but toilet paper and soap because everything else I had apparently wasn’t in stock even though I was told it would be. And wasn’t wet no it wasn’t until I was on my way to the store, frustrated to say the least
This is the worst Target Ive ever been to. It is ALWAYS a mess, picked over and everything is out of stock. There is product all over the floor and the shelves are never neat. Its like they dont even care. Perhaps they are understaffed but Target should really do something about this store-its such a joke. This picture shows holiday shipment that must have just arrived and it was wheeled out into the isles and left there. It was not neatly or safely placed. You couldnt get around the boxes and some of them were stacked 8 feet high. Its disgusting. I used to be a loyal target customer but will not shop this Target again.
Once upon a time this store was good. Now they’re more concerned with helping the two Shipt delivery drivers than addressing the line of customers that extend into the middle of the store. The front end leaders couldn’t care less about customers or be more disinterested in expediting the check out process. Returns lines stretch to the door while pods of employees stand by and chat.Good luck finding food products on the shelf. Even considering the logistics difficulties presented by the pandemic, this store’s in stock position is dismal. They must be figuring out a way to sell air.Employees walk around the stores with eyes downcast, avoiding any type of human interaction. Most are preoccupied with pushing carts of freight, often into your cart and without any acknowledgement of your presence, while rarely succeeding in getting the product onto the shelves. Seems like the only associates not moving freight are consumed with online orders, but they too are so busy they don’t engage either.I didn’t always feel this way. I used to enjoy coming to this store. Perhaps Target should stop frittering money away on redundant and unnecessary renovations and instead invest that money in talent and customer service training.Do yourself a favor and leverage Target’s online service with home delivery. Target still has good products; some of their stores just fail to deliver on the service end. If you must shop in store, do it at the Woburn Target. That store is well run, well stocked and worth the drive.
This store is a mere disaster.!!!!!Not sure whats going on here, but not keeping up with the floor its disappointing. Not my fave place but needed to buy something quick and close instead of running elsewhere. The whole store seemed to be upside down for real. Will never understand the facts behind not having enough human cashiers and have USELESS self checkouts where you have to PAY FOR YOUR OWN CUSTOMER SERVICE.!! AND ALSO PAY HIGHER PRICES JUST BECAUSE IS TARGET.STARBUCKS is terrible preparing a simple cappuccino.FIX THIS WHOLE PLACE, BEFORE ITS TOO LATE.
Easily accessible, handicap parking, associates stocking aisles daily, decent selections.
Always there in a pinch with everything I need.
This store is very poorly operated!!! Clothes thrown all over the floor, lines 12 people deep at the registers!
It was awesome experience
Fast & Easy! No Contact Service! Drive up, curb service, was Great! Thank you Target 😊
I loved shopping at Target but now I’m at a loss for words. I bought two containers blackberries for delivery because they were on sale. I open them and they’re moldy, squishy and not edible. Not just that, every time I buy any kind of supposedly “fresh” produce, it’s always the same. I let it slide because most of things are extremely affordable for me but I’m just annoyed at this point. Target is no longer convenient for my needs anymore.
Just to start this off the outcome of my situation was sound but the experience getting there was not. The Target website clearly states that there is a price match guarantee and lists Amazon as one of the websites they will price match. I went in looking to purchase an Apple Watch with the price match guarantee but was told, by the electronics department, that they do not price match at all and told me there is nothing they can do. I go to the customer service desk where I was told they do price match but do not match Amazon.com. I then call the manager who then states they do price match amazon.com but no more then $50 dollars off. It does not state this policy anywhere on Target’s website. I was then transferred to the electronics department but I was hung up on before even saying a word. I then go back to the store and requested to speak to the manager who ended up allowing me to price match by the full sale price listed on Amazon.com. I understand that listings on Amazon are often sold by third parties but this watch was shipped and sold by Amazon themselves. I was glad to get the $85 dollars off but the customer service at the electronics department was abysmal and the discrepancy between adhering to Target’s own policies and what is said/done in store needs reevaluating.
Great selection ok prices!!
If I could give this store a negative rating, I would. I’ve been racially profiled as a shop lifter and followed around this store twice. I am a retail store manager at a high end, cruelty free cosmetics store known for their customer service. Let me tell you: following your customer around the store is neither the way to prevent theft nor create loyal customers.I am usually in this store after work more than once a week because they close later than grocery stores and shopping at target used to be a form of destressing for me. It no longer is. I know that the frequency of my shopping and the fact that I am Hispanic has led them to profile me. Their LP team needs racial bias training ASAP.I sent the store this feedback via email, and I got no reply. Only 4% of customers that are unhappy with their experience contact you. Target, listen to them, their feedback Is more valuable than anything.
I went into the Danvers Target that place isA Mess Do they ever clean it up. Stuff is all over the store. I will never go back there. Very disappointed
They have the best children’s books around. Lots of merchandise and neatly kept clean store.
Love and admire their limited selection of art supplies, AND a more hugest selection of stationeries and office supplies!
I simply like Target, when compared to other mega stores. Also, Target is open later than most grocery stores and that is super helpful.
I’ve stayed away from Target in Danvers due to covid and the renovations being done for a while. Finally ventured back in since they are one of a few stores with any semblance of a maternity section, even though dressing rooms are still closed. I wanted to have a positive experience and believe me, I am grateful that the store is at least open and employing ppl. However, what I had was far from it. The maternity depmnt was minuscule and laughable, with more clothing on the floor than on shelves. Truly, I don’t think it had been organized in days. Nothing was on correct hangers... pants were on 34D bra hangers. I ventured into the regular women’s which was marginally better, but not much. I said something on my way out to a customer service employee, who looked affronted by my comment (I tried to word it as diplomatically possible). Her response... “well we clean stuff but ppl always mess it up.” WOW. Lesson learned. I’ll order online next time.
I do not appreciate being racially profiled and followed around by your LP staff. I went in to get a few things for dinner and was followed around the whole time and was hovered by an LP at self check out. This is extremely disrespectful. These 20 something year old LP staff need a racial bias training class. I will be shopping at a different target from now on.
I didnt like this store before the pandemic because they never had things fully stocked when I went there and things were always a bit messy. Yesterday was my first day there since the quarantine started and Im severely traumatized. I had an hour to shop before I had to pick up my kids from daycare. I got all my stuff and around 3:40 I went to get in line and realized it was curved all around the store. I waited patiently for about 30 minutes, but as I was approaching the check-outs the available registers went from 2 down to 1 register (the line is still curved around the store). No Target employees seemed to be concerned by this. Eventually I had to leave the line and abandon my cart or else I was going to be late picking up my kids. I must have waited between 30-40 minutes and was still probably 10 minutes from check out when I left. So Target, you are expecting people to wait 40-50 minutes just to check out? If that is the case you need to inform people of the wait times. I think that was the worst part, that no Target employees seemed to care. Furthermore, when I abandoned my cart I found an employee and tried to briefly explain what happened and why I had to leave and she acted annoyed. That is hardly how you should treat a customer. I still need to pick up the things that I went there for and may have time today, but I was so upset by the whole experience yesterday that I dont think Im going back to Target anytime soon.
Honestly, go to the one in Salem instead. This Target as of late is super disorganized, and lacking product - it looks like it was never cleaned since Black Friday. I would rather go to a store further away from where I live than have to go to this one.
Targets Android app has a bug which did not allow me to select in-car pickup, despite the instructions on Targets web site. This is crucial for people who must do this for safety during the pandemic surge. Worse, I only found the problem after driving to Target.
I know the store has recently been remodeled but I think they made the majority of the aisles to narrow it is difficult for two shoppers to maneuver their shopping carts past each other. Also it is extremely difficult to find prices of items they are not marked on many things
They had a very good set up in Danvers, they had a separate entrance set up for pickup and the doors were open there was no backup just gave them my name and they got the order quickly. It was very organized and I was impressed with the entire Target process for safe distancing and quick response on emails and pickup.
Found excellent products at fair prices - - you brands
Close to home, cleaned and organized. The staff is always friendly.
Great system for curb side pickup. I was very impressed!
A very big Target, yet poorly managed. Some aisles are completely empty with no products or they haven’t been put up. Boxes are everywhere, however I found what I needed so that’s the good part I guess.
Easy in and out, but it looked like it had not replenished in a while, what you see is what you get
They refuse to answer the phone
Not enough registers open 👎🏼
Check out process was fast and smooth; the store is a mess and in disarray
I only had several items so I assumed the cashier put them in one bag ... came home and noticed three items were never put in the bag and must have been put in a bad out of my view. Cashier only handed me one bag and I did not notice until I got back home (40 min drive). Called them up and the customer service said they could not do anything for me and Id have to drive back to get the items or ask for a refund. I then ask them to tell the cashier that I dealt with to make sure they hand all bags over. Also, there was no one behind me and the cashier could have flagged me down as I was just walked out of the store the long way. The lack of customer service is horrible here.
Store has what you may need or want BUT WAY TO MESSY! Shoe department is ridiculous. Clean up your store and youd get a 5 star rating.
Baby section is empty and never stocked. In here multiple times a week to but baby formula, but its always empty. It takes EASILY 10 minutes to get someone to help. Phones dont work, and they ignore the help button. There is never anyone on the floor willing to help.Youd think with the biggest competition gone (Babys R Us), youd try and pretend like you want to sell merchandise. The rest of the store is a mess too. Carts full of stock, and but not on the shelf. Doesnt make sense
I can typically find what Im looking for in Target. I typically find a lot of things I didnt know I was looking for as well. I wish they hadnt changed the store all around, but Ill get used to it. Still love Target!
Love the drive up service, every business should offer this level of service.
The online Target store is pathetic. Items that show in stock will then be sold out after putting in all your card and address information. When I called my local store to inquire about a product, I was put on hold for 10 minutes, then hung up on. I called back and the same person answered. I asked about a product and the response I got was I dont have the time to go look for that, youll have to come in and look for yourself. What?! Hahaha. Unreal. And no, I wont ever step foot in your store again. With a myriad of other options out there, I will simply go somewhere else. What a joke.
This store is so poorly run. I would recommend anyone to shop at a different Target location. Aisles are full of boxes, carts, and piles of shipment that make it difficult to shop. Items listed as “in-stock” on the Target app are in fact NOT in-stock.
First online puchase for store pick up during Co-vid restrictions - extremely easy and staff is awesome at Danvers - Hoping all Target staff stay stay and healthy they are awesome!
If youve ever been to Target, this is basically your typical target, with lovely service. If you havent been to a target, its like a walmart with slightly different options that are sometimes slightly pricier but they do price checking so just do that if you need to. Its a great location with tons of parking and other stores nearby.
So fast and convenient!
By far and wide one of the best stores in the area, had a super random question for a gentleman named Francisco who does a lot of the late/over night stocking of the shelves (needed a gingerbread house) and he not only took the time to go back and look, but was genuinely upset when he couldnt find them for me. This was something my gf wanted to do together and he clearly saw this so he found us in the store (way far from where we saw him) and he took down my phone number and messaged me when they were in stock again, which was the next day. I personally didnt have many experiences at this store that were very notable until this happened but then when going back in there were other staff that recognized us, greeted us as they were sticking shelves and I realized that this is a great group of people who like doing their job and helping others - even those who had a difficult time w English. Francisco deserves a raise and a promotion and should be the type they put in a position to train others because he simply gets it, and if they found him, Im sure they have a solid hiring process and environment so 5 stars for this spot, glad I had the pleasure of doing most of my Xmas shopping here and will continue to return although the saugus one is a bit more convenient - Id rather go where I can see a familiar face and be greeted/treated like I am appreciated than go to the closer one any day of the week, hats off to Francisco and the late/overnight team here, yall are why I will be back time and time again!
I went to the electronics department at 9:50 the store closes at 10 the 2 employees were the best and friendliest and so helpful!!! I had the best experience at the Danvers store not sure what there names are but they totally saved my sons birthday!!! Thanks
This is my Target and I frequently go. The employees are very nice and helpful. The guys in the electronics go out of their way to help and are really nice to. Starbucks on the other hand is not so good the old lady is ride and painful to deal with and they might as well just have a container of coffee you can do yourself because they never have anything. -star
They have everything that I need. The prices are great. The associates are wonderful!
Very easy to purchase anything on line then just go and pick it up. FREE SHIPPING
This place is an utter disaster. Ever since the remodel shelves are empty or items are disorganized. and aisles are constantly blocked by boxes and inventory waiting to be restocked. Used to love my Target excursions, and now I feel irritated the entire time.
Found everything I was looking for.
I had to wait 20 minutes to be waited on and I was the only one in line. No one was at the counter.
Quick, easy, convenient, but there is never enough cashiers. Literally just 3-4 registers open at anytime Ive gone early morning, mid afternoon and evening during the weekday and weekend. With more cashiers and registers opened Id give a higher rating.
Love target! Danvers location is close to the highway and easily accessible. The store is well laid-out and the employees are friendly. Do most of my weekly shopping here! Only complaint is that they dont always have what we need (sometimes out of stock) - may have to do with when I go there (end of the work week). Sometimes lines are a little long during busy hours, but the cashiers are very friendly and move people along pretty fast.Overall love the store!
Being a hot wheel collector this location really pisses me off!!! Whom ever stocks the hot wheels is taking the SUPER TREASURE HUNT cars and other good ones! Ill go at night just before they close.... Then first to be there in the morning and it will be stocked but no good cars!!! Either the staff is holding them for other people (cause they will pay them to hold them) or they themselves are taking them to sell in EBAY at such a high cost!
Ordered online and very quickly I received an email and text that it was ready. Pickup was a smooth transaction!!
Needed mini blinds, no longer sell them. Wanted to replace some knobs on bi-fold doors, way over priced for 2 knob pack anywhere from 7.00- 12.00 for 2 knobs. Wanted some basic white placemats or plain black .No white and the only black ones were the tiny round ones that slide all over breakfast bar guess it wasnt a good target day.
No line to get it, but they only had 2 registers open, so we waited 20+ minutes in line to checkout.
Good for back to school, . Very nice person working night shift older guy little fat he helped me when I got hurt. Also target got a very clean parking lot.
It was quick. It was easy.
This store always seems dirty—things smeared on aisles, impossible to find a shopping cart without bird poop and other mysterious substances all over it, and the self check-out is the same way (how does everyone leave so much goo everywhere??).This location also never has anything I need. I go for specific products only when I have to, and often they are out of what I want. 😫And the remodel is horrendous! I’m sure it’s to get people circling around to buy more cheap junk but if you need to go to the back of the store again to get one item you forgot while pushing your children... it’s the most frustrating thing. Also like navigating a maze.
Great prices, large selection, one stop shopping. Target has it all and makes shopping easier for me.
It’s a big, clean target. You know what you are going to get by now. Selection on things is limited. They go for breadth, not depth.
Totally incompetent and unprofessional staff in phone department. I asked the two staff for help unlocking a phone box to look at it and one yelled, no. The other one came over and unlocked the rack and took the box to the counter. I repeated my request to see the box, she came back and handed me the locked box. I explained that it was still locked. She fumbled to figure out how to unlock it. And all this was after the they took a joint break and their manager had no clue where they were. Update: Just discovered the woman failed to scan the phone I bought correctly and it is unusable.
Store was going through renovations so it was a bit disorganized. Plenty of staff. One staff member who was gatggathe carts liked to slam them. They are removing their photo section. Parking lot is busy.
Great store, great people. Thank you
Its a nice, clean store. Things are easy to find, and well organized. I put target in the same category as Walmart, however target is far superior, if only due to the cleanliness of the store.
Its a pretty typical Target store... Seems lacking in the way of clearance sales but otherwise just fine. Easy to get to from 128.
Courteous phone etiquette, patient polite & efficient.Good experience.
This store is a garbage dump disaster area with safety hazards all over the place. The floors are uneven and dirty with pieces of trash embedded in them that are visibly dated from 1999. Not an exaggeration. The shelves are mostly empty and the items that are available are all strewn about in no particular department scheme, with broken and dirty products to be found throughout the store. If I could give zero stars, I would .
One stop shop: groceries, home goods, clothes, holiday supplies, etc. Staff is nice and friendly, store is kept very clean. Seems to be little to no wait at the registers. And you can even grab a coffee on your way out. Definitely sign up for the Cartwheel app to maximize your savings with more coupons!
Target feels more expansive than I remember it being. I always used to argue with people that the prices werent that much different than Walmart, but now Im second guessing this. Also, there really wasnt much of a sale going on which makes me believe they want to squeeze out every consumer penny, they can. Is Target in trouble financially. Is this why they have a new Strategy and Innovation VP? If you are listening - I am a huge Target fan, but after my last trip...
Horrible experience overall, guest services department was useless then I spoke to store manager which took about 10 minutes to come speak with me just so I can get a sarcastic sorry. I called corporate the following day and they tried to shut me up with a 5 dollar e-gift card which I declined. Just horrible from top to bottom. Stay away !!!
How can you hate on Target? I feel like I go here just about every time Im in the area. They have much better clothing selections here than many of the others Ive been to, as well. Also, huge in home goods.
Hello, I do like what the store has to offer for merchandise. Although, today was a very bad experience trying to get some Christmas shopping done. It is a Tuesday and I was in the store early. I believe I arrived around 830am and there was no getting through most of the aisles or to the merchandise because of several pallets of boxes everywhere! The employees were very careful and polite when moving past me with these. I am angry that your company was doing this during shopping hours! It took twice as long and I could not get to certain areas such as the tablecloths. Why was this not coordinated when the store is closed?
The woman that helped me at the self check out was great
Always have issues with the self-checkout here, but otherwise a very good Target. Better than the Saugus or Stoneham locations. Full grocery dept is a big plus.
