Super friendly staff, who are knowledgable and very helpful. I went in looking for life vests and they were able to find just what my kids and I needed for our trip. I was greeted as soon as I entered and within a few minutes, we were chatting like old friends. A great experience. Ill definitely return in the future 👍🏽

Not much has changed from the last visit.

Poor customer service. They see my points but refused to honor them even though I was told they would over the phone. Called the 800 number and had 56 people in front of me.

Every time I have called or been to this location the staff is friendly and helpful, it makes me want to go back to this store specifically and buy everything our boat needs.

I would think twice about ordering online and having your order shipped to this store. I placed a simple order online of two items they don’t stock in the store. The order was due to take a week to arrive at the store. They were supposed to call me when my order arrived.After 3 weeks and 2 unsuccessful visits, I finally screwed up the courage to call again. Lo and behold, they had the order. No one ever called. The store maintains a pretty antiquated paper filing system for online store pickup orders.I feel like they’re not really set-up for this sort of thing, which is surprising in this day and age. They were not very accommodating on any of my visits, including my final pickup.Otherwise I’ve had good experience with the staff and inventory they carry.

Most sale items out of stock -many other desired items out of stock .They wont order them for you through the store and ha e them shipped to your home address. It was a Sunday - they had one boating specialist on duty .Poorly run show.

The manager at the Danvers west marine is a huge moron. Constantly dishing out incorrect information and is also extremely rude. I highly reccomend avoiding going to their store front at all costs.

If I could give less than one star I would. After making dozens of purchases in this store I came in to return 3 unopened bottles of teak cleaner with the receipt. The manager started by saying we dont take returns only Woburn does then proceeded to say just kidding I was just being a douche I mean a man. Congratulations sir you also have lost a customer. Avoid this inappropriate behavior/store at all costs. I will certainly be bringing my business to Woburn now!
