I went to Currans for flowers for my godmothers Celebration of Life party. They were super friendly in the store and pleasant to work with. I had asked for sunflowers and autumn colors, but with some pink or purple for happiness, so I guess thats as much summer colors as autumn colors. And something that feels more like wildflowers or a happy garden, versus all curated looking. They took my possibly vague / subjective directions and did exactly what I had meant - I was so happy with it!

I am shocked by all the 5 star reviews and am writing this so no one else has an off-putting experience. The only negative aspect of our special day was Curran’s. They are local in my town and after talking with others I wish I hadn’t chosen them to do my wedding florals. Word of mouth reviews are all negative and I only wish I had asked around before paying my deposit. They are so rude and unprofessional. They arrived to our venue late the day of our wedding and half of my bridal portraits are without my bouquet as they hadn’t brought it yet. They charged me $200 for what was supposed to be a FLORAL swag and in reality it was just a bunch of ivy and eucalyptus they tied together that was too short for my actual sign. At one point, prior to my wedding, they mentioned a sample bridal bouquet. I inquired twice after as they didn’t mention it again. They clearly thought I was coming up with it out of the blue because Gayle told my mother and I to “manage our expectations” when we asked to see one. I am still seething at the way we were talked to! The communication was spotty and they changed who I worked with as I got closer to the day. I swear they mixed up what I had asked for with someone else at one point too. I was worried when they started mentioning flowers we had never talked about before. I had little confidence in them, but it was too late to change and I didn’t want to lose my deposit. I am still shocked that they came to the venue late and unprepared. My family and friends will never frequent their shop again after how we were treated. I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience and I only felt the need to write this because I feel like they haven’t accurately been portrayed. Stay away and save yourself a big headache on your wedding day!

Curran’s always has the freshest selection of tasteful arrangements to choose from! And I always leave with a plant for myself. I have placed many delivery orders over the years and have never been disappointed. The team works their magic every time!

After going to Currans for beautiful bouquets in the past, I was highly disappointed in the service or lack of, that I received today. I rushed there after work in hopes of purchasing a bouquet for a family members birthday, but was told that it was not possible… “I could pick up tomorrow, purchase one of their few much more expensive arrangements that were out, or buy a plant.” I was the only customer in the store. I simply wanted a few flowers wrapped in paper and I was given no explanation as to why that was not possible. I have never been turned away from them before, but I’m saddened to say that I will need to consider finding a new local florist after today.

I called Curran Flowers in hopes that they would be able to deliver the request of dozens of roses from my father to my mom for her birthday! And you know what? They delivered the most beautiful tall roses that had my moms heart swell three sizes big. Thank YOU for bringing love to life with this delivery. I appreciate Curran Flowers SO SO MUCH!!!

I was visiing the area for a birthday party and ordered the roses and lillies selection. It was the most beautiful flower arrangement I, or my family, have ever seen. Over the days the roses blossomed into the size of softballs. The colors were as vibrant three days later as they were the day I picked them up. The fragrance lasted for days too. Just sent two beautiful centerpieces from Currans to two women I know and they have done a lot for me. They were so thrilled that they each sent me a picture on email of their pieces. They were so happy to see something so beautiful and there was nothing skimpy about it. Some florists fill it in with junk.... but not here. One of the women has a daughter who will be married in 2 years and she said that she was so impressed with her piece, she wants the same designer to do her floral arrangements for her daughters wedding. I asked that flowers for our daughter in Washington be delivered today if possible. Curran’s arranged that and they arrived just a few hours later same day!

Do not waste your I am all about supporting local business but I used Currans flowers 2 weeks ago and they were suppose to deliver my wife flowers to her work and not only did the delivery driver mess up her name so she never got the flowers but I never got a call or email confirmation because they spelled my name wrong while taking the order. It has been over two weeks and they still have not refunded my order and who knows if I will even get that money back.They said they would but it is going over 2 weeks. You might as well just go to 1-800 flowers or one of the online companies since they cant handle phone orders!

Ive just sent an arrangement to my law partner on the birth of her baby daughter. As always, Currans was outstanding. My wife and I have been customers for years and wouldnt think of going to another florist.

I cant say enough great things about Currans flowers! Gayle in particular helped my COVID backyard wedding transform in to an actual wedding! I am not much of a flower girl, let this be known, and had very little information to give Gayle besides saying rustic vibes, to which she nailed! Also, they were unbelievably accommodating as we had to move up our day two months from originally planned (leaving them with very short notice as well). When I saw my backyard, it looked like an actual venue! Truly in awe, so appreciative of their amazing work!

We chose Currans to do our floral design for our wedding on June 21st. Liz was our floral designer and she did a phenomenal job. We provided her with the budget we wanted to stay at and she did a great job sticking as closely as possible to the dollar amount we gave her. The arrangements were beautiful and she did a great job with the set up too. Floral was one thing we really didnt have to worry about!

We ordered a medium size funeral piece, all in white. The bouquet was full different flowers and greens including roses, lilies, stock and tiny daisies. It was perfectly elegant and appropriate for the occasion.

I live out of state and recently ordered some get well flowers for a family member who lives in the area. I spoke with Erin over the phone . She could not have been more courteous and helpful . I did ask specifically for some specific flowers or something similar . I thought I might have driven Erin crazy because I ended up calling her four times to either change delivery date, location ... She was very patient and understanding. Its hard to trust a florist when you are far away, but this florist did not disappoint. Every flower shop refused to deliver flowers at 430pm but curran flowers not only stayed open a little later but they were more than happy to take my order for me.I havent seen the flowers yet, Ill try to update this review with a photo if I can. They get 2 stars because the flowers were beautiful but the woman literally took my boyfriends credit card information didnt tell him what options he had for flowers sizes and things like that and hung up with him and charged him for probably the most expensive roses they had... that to me is terrible customer service you dont take someones card information tell him nothing of options or price and charge him over a 100 dollars

I recently ordered a birthday orchid plant for my friend in California through Currans. After my purchase, Currans was quick to call me to inform me that no local florists were open due to it being Veterans Day, but would have a delivery the next day. I completely understood as it was a federal holiday. The next day, my friend received her arrangement, but the local florist failed to attempt to replicate what was ordered. I addressed my concerns to Currans and received a quick response from Mr. Paul Danehy Jr. informing me of their procedure with local florist. I truly appreciate when companies hear their client’s concerns and that was exactly the case here. Mr. Danehy sympathized with me and even issued a partial refund despite me not requesting one. As I mentioned, my dissatisfaction was relinquished on acknowledgement alone, but I truly appreciate how this situation was handled promptly and would definitely recommend Currans.
