Did not return phone calls and when asked when would be a good time to call back, Peters assistant said He does not work for you. I immediately apologized and explained it has been more than a week and I havent received a call back. Peter then immediately called back and said he would need two weeks i then explained the requirements and then he said oh thatll be 21 days.Would recommend finding a printer that believes in basic customer service, and understand addressing requirements before giving false timelines.

I have been doing business with this sign shop off and on for 25 years. Stopped in about a week ago to have my new truck lettered. I asked if he would travel to Salem Ma. He hesitantly asked me where. I named the very popular place and he abruptly said I dont know where it is. I told him the street and abruptly said Ah never mind I dont want to do that. His attitude was very poor. I never saw him before. I told him he had a bad attitude and he began yelling at me. I said now I know why you have an OPEN sign on the door, there are no vehicles parked in front of your store. I left.
