First time at total wines. I was quite impressed with all the different varieties of wines and liquors. The staff was extremely friendly and was helpful in find the list of items we needed. Definitely recommend.

My favorite total wine to go to. The curbside pick up is so convenient! Shout out to Darren who went out of his way for me. I did a large curbside pick up and they forgot my two packs of high noons. I called and Darren picked up. I was just going to ask for a refund because I didn’t want to go back to pick it up. Instead Darren said he would drop it off for me after he got out of work. I was reluctant I didn’t want to be a bother and a refund would have been fine but he insisted that it was not an inconvenience since he lives a street or two over from me and it was on his way home. He dropped them off that night on my door step and called me the next morning to follow up to make sure I got my items. Thank you so much Darren for going out of your way!!!!

This Liquior store is AMAZING! They have a gigantic selection of EVERY KIND of alcoholic beverage you could want. Their staff are super helpful & kind, they are happy to help you find your old favorite, or ready to give you a new suggestion. They are very informed & knowledgeable. I expected the prices to be high hear because of how fancy the store looks, but to my surprise they had the exact same prices as our neighborhood Liquior store does.Their wine selection is also huge & they have tastings in store as well. If your in the area it’s worth checking out!!

Me being an African American I feel targeted at your store. No matter what aisle I went in I was given dirty looks by employees. You need race training at your store I was shopping to spend money and got treated like a criminal when I was simply looking for a bottle of wine. I will be passing this on to people I know.

I visited for the first time. WOW! The place is huge. Selection is outstanding. They have a walk-cooler. I wish I had more time to roam. I had a knowledgeable employee help me find what I was looking for. Will definitely go back.So, I went back again and Russell is my new friend. He is so friendly and helpful.

Any wine, beer or liquor you can think of plus some! First time there was overwhelming due to the sheer size and selection they offer! Luckily they have plenty of employees on the floor to help you with a selection or to give you recommendations. They will walk you to the item you are looking for, engage with questions and are super nice and helpful!

Nice selection of beers and wine, was looking for some glassware to go alone with my purchase but they had very limited stock. staff were friendly and helpful, even apologetic that they didn’t have what we were looking for. prefer this location over Burlington, but think Everett is the newest store so they have more on the non-beverage selections.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I went here for the first time and had a horrible experience. First coming in I felt very unwelcome as the employee at the front gave me dirty looks. I was checking out with my friend and handed the cashier my ID. Everything I was purchasing was for myself yet she demanded that my friend hand her ID as well. After my friend explained that she was not purchasing anything and didnt have her license with her she called the manager stating that she refused to show ID rather than just declining my purchase. My friend then offered to leave as I made my purchase but instead I was told I am temporarily banned from the store for 24 hours. The cashier was very aggressive and rude while we were being polite and we would have complied and left if we had just been told they had a policy regarding this. Again the purchase was completely mine so my friend had no reason to show an ID.

Staff is always very welcoming and helpful. The wine staff really know their wines as well if youre looking for something specific or trying to pair wine to food. I hope the wine classes start up again soon!

Have such a great selection and the best prices around. Have one of the best employees named Chris..He was so kind and helpful, he offered to and then carried my HUGE order to my car for me and did not even have to. Such a huge help. They need more employees like him...

The Management and Employees in Danvers are Excellent, the ones in the Burlington Store are NOT. They are Rude, Unhelpful, and the Managers are even more so.

Massive selection, but the Danvers location needs some polishing. Needed a specific bottle for a special occasion. Showed to be in stock, but I couldnt find it. Very responsive staff member assisted in finding it, but inventory only showed 1 left. While checking non conventional locations, the helping employee was reprimanded on the floor in front of me. A great effort was made on the part of the employee to redirect the scolding, repeatedly noting that he was actively helping a customer. Locating what I needed was unsuccessful. I also needed to reserve a couple kegs for a future event. I was instructed to speak with the scolding manager at customer service. I was told that I could only reserve kegs that were in stock. I had to walk back to the cooler in the back of the store to verify stock. If I wanted something not in stock, they could not guarantee it would be in on any specific date. I would struggle recommending this place for anything other than common items and self serve.

I LOVE this store!!!! There were plenty of staff around and they were able to locate exactly what we were looking for, and they were very friendly and eager to help. They have so many amazing selections of wine, beer, cider, pretty much anything alcoholic you could ever ask for!

Went there with my wife. Were 30. I had my ID, she didnt. She rarely brings it anywhere unless were going to a bar. They wouldnt sell to me, even with my ID, and even after she left the store. Completely ridiculous. There are minors all over this store and no one is stopping them from shopping.

An absurdly extensive collection of wine, beer, and spirits. Spend 79 cents on a cheap beer or three grand on a rare bottle of wine or exclusive spirit, if you like, or anything in between. (I love gawking at the expensive stuff I will never be able to afford.)The wine is mapped by region and a lot of bottles have good tasting notes. Theyve got foreign, local, and seasonal beer galore too, and a great selection of single bottles, tasting kits, spirit nips, and basically anything else. For instance, do you like vodka? Theres a whole double-wide aisle for that. Its the same for basically every kind of thing you can think of.They call it Total for a reason. Also, try the Australian liquorice in the checkout impulse-buy section.

I love these stores. Theyre all large with great selections from beer and wines to my beloved apple pie moonshine and everything in between.

Total Wine & More is correct in their name - an immense selection of wine from around the world, as well as a huge selection of beer and spirits. They have a great program for winery-direct wines that wouldnt be available at other stores. The daily tastings in the center of the store are great too. The beer selection is good, though I often find that a lot of their craft selection has been sitting on the shelf for a few too many months. The selection of spirits is great, with plenty of small batch and local options as well.The staff has always been super helpful, always making good recommendations. They are all very knowledgeable about the products they stock.I took a whiskey tasting class here a few months ago, and it was great. They are very educational, and keep the classes interactive and fun. I would definitely recommend checking out their schedule of events!

Well stocked and great service. Prices are good. I did an online order and picked it up a couple of hours after I placed it. It went very smooth. They also have curbside service.

I shop there for 1/6 kegs of beer. If they have them in stock and you order online they fill the order quickly. They will also allow you to order kegs, which are usually filled in a week to ten days. Keg prices very competitive. Staff is very helpful.

Long lines due to the holidays, but slow to ring up items. Multiple common items sold out. Poor social distancing at check out once line was longer than two people. Three staff members just watching customers form bunches. Offered no guidance how to form a line down an isle to comply with COVID19 protocols.

Literally love this place and love the wine tastings! But as of recently, the wine tastings are no longer in glasses but in small plastic cups. I asked the manager if they at least recycled them and he said they didn’t. He also wasn’t happy about it. Also the plastic cups also don’t give you as much wine 😝 but seriously, let’s be environmentally conscious!

Awesome customer service in Danvers by Laura! I had called last week to locate Plantation XO 20th anniversary Barbados rum. Laura answered the phone looked up inventory and found stock. She then offered to look in the aisle to be sure it was truly in stock, pulled it from the shelf and bagged it up for me and left by customer service! I walked in and it was handed to me after I introduced myself. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Thats Customer Service!Thank you Laura! You set the standard for excellent customer service!
