If you want to pick up an order be prepared to wait- they have no system and cannot find anything

Wish it was still Harveys! Ya lost a lot of credit with me!

I understand you have a new system, but figure it out, I shouldn’t have to hold your hand to create my order. I understand that there are extended lead times but communicate with your customer when they continue to get extended. The customer service is horrible. They can’t look in the system and tell you where something is? What is this 1970? Waiting on the phone for an hour while you are trying to work is unacceptable. Hopefully things get better but unfortunately I will not be using Lansing anymore.

Went there to potentially place a 30k order and they couldnt help me. System down to change over from Harvey to Lansing. Real great customer service 👍. Change over on your time not mine. Will be placing order elsewhere......
