I also would give 0 stars if it was an option. I spent over 20k on carpet and hardwood floor refinishing 1 2/2 yrs ago and both are HORRIBLE. I had to do it by phone because I was living in CA at the time (a friend recommended them) and I needed a lot done quickly before we moved back. Floor has been peeling ever since it was refinished, rugs horrible quality and horrible installation. They came to fix, even worse, now I have cat food memoralized in my kitchen floor. They tell me I need rugs on my hardwood floors. I have had hardwood in every home or apartment and have NEVER had this problem. I step on exposed nails all the time on my bedroom carpet. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

They deserve zero stars, but thats not an option. We hired them in the fall of 2018 to do carpeting and a floating laminate floor. The price they quoted changed with every email. Scheduling was a real challenge, as well. The carpeting required a seam, which remains visible 10 months later. The floating floor we chose was highly recommended by a consumer publication so we know the product is good, but the installation was horrid. The gaps at the walls were so large that new molding didnt cover them in certain areas. In another area, the floor BUCKLED when the warm weather arrived. A transition molding piece was needed at a doorway; two mis-matched pieces were used, and they both buckled, too. AVOID this company if you can.

Just had my floors done, and if I could give 6 stars I would. They’re beautiful. I don’t really understand the negative reviews, I guess the saying is true, you can’t please everybody no matter how hard you try.

My daughter and her Fiancé have just purchased their first home. Recently they visited this location to buy some carpet. They are a young couple with not a big budget to spend . They saw this place and thought maybe with the name that they would get a good deal. Being young and lack of experience with this type of purchase they where trusting of the salesperson. Big Mistake. The women who works there is very unprofessional and rude. My daughter was shocked at how she handled herself and spoke to customers. Being under the gun to get the rug they proceeded to order the carpet. What my daughters fiancé went back in a week to pick up the carpet the women was unprepared and told him he would have to come back He explaine to her that he had the installers coming the next day and needed the carpet now. She was rude but proceeded to get the order together. To top it all off she said he needed to pay an additional $100.00 for pad. He had paid for the pad when he ordered the carpet.(shame on him for not getting receipt) He paid the $100.00. It was a cheap foam pad. When the installer saw the carpet he had asked what they paid and it was $26 yd. He laughed and said this is about a $10yd carpet. He couldn’t believe she sold them a foam pad either. It is very frustrating that this women seemed to take advantage of two young kids who where had the lack of knowledge and experience and she sensed that and preyed on them. I would stay clear of this place unless you have deep pockets and like dishonest people1
