Aug 14th 5pm I rang the bell and nobody was there for service at the walk up window the sign said open til 8pm. The one employee I saw was on her phone and smoking a cigarette. I left. Was disssapointed I wanted coffee. It appeared she noticed us as we drove away.

I used to go daily but something changed, I think ownership or management, and now the quality a d consistency is much worse, you can order 2 of the same donuts and they will completely different. They used to have big cake-like donuts and now they are basically the same as Dunkin donuts.

Came to this location for the first time. The owner is literally one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life. He got a new cold brew coffee machine and gave me a sample and it was delicious. He also gave me a coupon for my next visit. Thank you for your friendly service looking forward to stopping by on my way to work every morning :)

Im visiting from upstate NY, any time I go on vacation I try to find places I wouldnt have been before or places we dont have. I found this online and read the reviews, decided yep Ill go there. This was a mistake. I spent a while reviewing the menu, about 2 minutes (no one was behind me, now I know why). I asked a simple question of what the nitro was---we dont have that in NY to my knowledge. The worker could not tell me but instead had to find the sign that describes it, okay cool, cold brew with nitrogen in it to bring out the flavors. I ask him how it tastes, he says he doesnt know, instead hands me a tiny cup to try myself, okay, I guess that works. It tastes delicious. I order a large but with ice and two donuts. The electrician(who was supposed to be meeting the owner) then hands him the phone saying the owner needs to talk to him. For the rest of the interaction he was on the phone and my nitro coffee didnt get the chance to have ice. So, the worker not being at all knowledgeable about the products and then not having customer service is why its 2 stars, it would have been 1, however the actual product is delicious. Yes, the donuts too.

Ordered a mocha madness drink and pointed to the specific drink on the window poster. The Girl have me an iced coffee and argued with me that it was the correct drink even though I never mentioned the word coffee.

Moved to the North Shore and am Sooo Happy to find a Honey Dew!!! Way better than Dunkin donuts. The coffee is great here and the 🍩..Yummy!!! The customer srservi is as right on and super friendly. I pray this store 🙏 always remains open!!!!!!! Definitely give Honey Dew a try. You wont be disappointed 😉

Great coffee, great staff at both Salem and Danvers locations but youre paying almost $1 more than DD for a lg coffee and getting a smaller cup. *** Oh and if you get anything fancy like a caramel swirl, you get charged per pump in the Salem canal st store***.

Always fresh & hot do many options from good bagels to pastry, great selection of coffee. Only one serious dislike I have is they dont have more locations ☕🍩

In the land of franchise similarity, one coffee chain (Starbucks) caters to well dressed, upscale, BMW driving, brand conscious people, while the rest of the world driving Hyundais and pickup trucks run on (and to) Dunkin. Therefore, its nice to see that some New England hometown flavor can be found at Honey Dew Donuts. The cinnamon sticks and raspberry sticks are out of this world and allow you to indulge in a little non-traditional sweetness, compared with the oh so ordinary plebian donut. So come on, venture out of your coffee comfort zone and explore a little bit of New England flavaaahh at Honey Dew!
