I give this place zero stars (Google forces you to enter at least one star though) - pumped the required $2 into the air machine and it didn’t start. Went in to talk to the attendant and he took no responsibility for it - said that it wasn’t managed by the gas station. Wasn’t his problem. Wouldn’t even look at it. I said, ‘But it’s on your property! If you’re not going to be held accountable for its operability then put a sign on it saying so.’ He didn’t care - he was more interested in smoking his cigs in the bay of the garage .
Worst customer service ever!!!!!! Guy works off his emotions and hes very rude And disrespectful. will never go back. please be advised. seen him yelling at senior lady. Bad for business.
So I stopped in here to get an inspection sticker a few weeks back. I want to say I’m a guy who does a lot of work myself whenever possible and am very skeptical of repair shops (assuming they’re try to screw me). So when the manager wanted to show me something you can imagine my reaction. Long story short Kamil and I had an honest conversation and he proposed to fix my rear breaks ( which needed replacing) his price was very fair and he came off to me as an honest guy.So I called him a few days later and he said he could accommodate me in short notice. He did the brakes and an oil change and had me out of there quite quickly. The price was very fair, the work was good and his attitude is exceptional. I found out he’s been there for 14 years and I’m glad I gave him my business.Take this for whatever you want but that’s my story.I would recommend them to anyone.SincerelyChris
Kamil and his crew do fantastic work! Excellent customer service... If you want the job done right come see these guys
Had them do some repair work on my headlight and was very happy with the service - -would recommend
MUCH CHEAPER GAS OTHER PLACES!! Good location and clean property but the gas prices are ridiculous!! They are 0.27 cents more expensive than Cumberland Farms next door and 0.50 cents more expensive than the Speedway down the road. Normally I fill up my car but I only put in $10 at their rate . NO THANKS!
Kamil and his team are helpful and fair. I have been taking my 2003 Tahoe here for years. They always try to find rebuilt or new parts and offer the options for best pricing. They have also, on occasion, driven me back to work, which has been very helpful.
Got my inspection done here for the first time. I normally go to my fathers place cause that guy is real thorough on checking the car out....this guy was too so glad I took the chance. I failed for one tire and sure enough it was worn down around the edges and really needed to be replaced. I didnt have the money to fix my tire right away so I saved up and found the cheapest new one I could find. They were busy in the shop and didnt have time to put it on for me (I completely understand it was a Friday and he was busy) so I went down the street to have it done and then returned for the passing inspection. If your paying the state for an inspection every year you might as well make sure you get a good one even if you fail. Better safe than sorry and this guy was very good! If I was buying a new used car I would pay him to check it out for me...I trust his opinion.
The owner Kamil and his crew have taken very good care of my cars for years. My old Lincoln has 192,000 it. They are very friendly and they, on some occasions drove me back and forth to my house. I appreciate their service.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH ANY KIND OF BUSINESS OR SERVICESI WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULDTHIS IS PART 1 OF 2 OF MY REVIEWI am a returning customer who took our family’s older car a Mitsubishi Lancer 2005 for its routine state inspection. That would be the third consecutive year I was bringing it to this car service seeking for a state inspection as I had done in the past two years. I was asked to park my car as usual to a specific spot and to leave the key on the ignition. An employee got in the car to drive it into their service area. From the waiting area I was sitting at I saw him this time to my surprise rolling down all the windows right after he turned on the engine and before he moved the car. Unfortunately the driver’s window had been having a problem rolling up and down and needed fixing and for this reason I had been keeping it always rolled up since it should not be opened again until it would get properly fixed or it would not go all the way up again to its fully closed position.Granted I oversaw requesting that they do not roll down any of my windows and specifically this window since it had this problem and it was to be repaired soon but in my defense I never thought they would ever need to tamper with it. At this point the window was 1/3 of it down and it would not hold more than 2/3s of it rolled up even when we tried to roll it all back up all the way snuggly. I brought this to the boss’ attention KAMIL who is also one of the owners and who was also present on sight when I had just said to his employee “Oh man I should have probably told you guys not to open this window but I never thought you’d need to do that...” I also asked him as to why would his employee have to open all the windows in first place since that was not part of the inspection moreover to roll down a window that -mind you- took effort from the employee to do so and which was becoming immediately evident on the spot that it was not working properly.UP TO THIS POINT I UNDERSTAND IT WAS AN HONEST MISTAKE FROM THEIR END AND I WAS RECOGNIZING MY OVERSIGHT OF NOT TELLING THEM BEFOREHAND WHICH IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME THE ALL THE TROUBLE BUT FROM HERE ON IS WHERE ALL WENT SOUTH AND WHY I ENDED UP WRITING THIS BAD REVIEW...I kindly asked the co-owner KAMIL to at least get his workers to put it back for me as it was in its “permanently rolled up” position. NOT TO PROPERLY FIX IT, NOR TO MAKE IT FULLY FUNCTIONAL instead I kindly asked them to just close it back as it was before because not only would I not be able to be using my AC (it was still August 1st with very high temperatures) but it would also be a safety issue for my car overnight. He told me he would NOT PUT IT BACK because I hadn’t told them not to open it and he apparently wouldn’t take any responsibility for the further damage they caused to my car’s window. Stunned by his response I asked him why would he ever leave it like that... Right then he immediately ordered me to leave asking his employee to drive my car out of the service area. I asked him what was he doing and he replied in an extremely rude way “NO INSPECTION FOR YOY..!!!” His body language was very dismissive and disrespectful waving at me with his hands all kinds of inappropriate “get out of here” gestures. I could not believe what was happening to me. I told him he had no right to arbitrarily refuse the state inspection service to a costumer during regular hours of operation in his publicly open business especially when I had done nothing wrong but kindly ask them to just put back my window to its prior condition as it was when I drove into their service. On the contrary at the end of the day I was the one who was done wrong here since they had just made a problem my car had even worse by tampering with it. BUT IT GETS WORSE!!! Since due to a bad coincidence for me I happened to be the only customer at their shop at that time the rest of his crew who were not busy with other clients (all about 6-7 people of car mechanics and staff) came towards me and surrounded me...PLEASE GO TO PART 2
Stay away from here. All I heard is bad atorist and the attitude of the people confirmed it all.
Place a complete scam job. Don’t do it. Saved myself $500 by going to a reputable place after what they quoted me. Nothing wrong with break lines or calipers after being told they both needed replacing. ✌️
Whole team was super helpful when I had a leak in my tire. Were fairly priced and put my Jeep in the garage right away to fill leak.
HORRIBLE experience. I went in for an inspection Oct 25 for my older Honda Accord. I failed due to one nearly bald tire on front, passenger side. The technician, Kamil, showed me the tire and offered to replace the tire immediately, to pass inspection. The handprinted price sheet was fairly expensive (Over $100 for one tire)This facility also does not perform alignments, so I opted to purchase and replace the tire elsewhere, rotate new wheel to rear, and perform alignment. After I installed the new tire, I came back for re-inspection. Kamil now remembers that they failed me due to THREE bad tires, not the original one, which is completely false. If you DO go here, be careful with the upsell and DOCUMENT/RECORD what they tell you.Wasted hours of my time and money.
Great staff very accommodating.
Had to stop here for an emergency. Took me right away and for a fair price even though they were closing. Thanks for your help!
Theae guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty for me driving me back to work and making sure my car was done by the time i got out
Just dont go there.
