The owner was very courteous, and great at making conversation with us while we were there. The prices were much better than other game stores I have been to in the area,, and the owner was even kind enough to include a promo card that he had a spare of with my purchase.Im looking to make this my primary location for Magic events once social distancing is no longer in place!

Its a local shop ran by a friendly owner that just wants to help him build a community. Always support your local businesses and if you dont see something that youre looking to buy you can always ask him and hes very good about ordering something if he is missing it. Good for Magic an extremely good for anyone thats a tabletop gamer.

As I mentioned to the owner (?), I like to stop into local game shops when I travel. Being in the area, I took a moment to stop by. My initial thought upon entering was that the store was cramped. There was an excellent explanation for that though: they were hosting a kids night. I love that the store encourages the younger generation to game.Im primarily a RPG player /collector and didnt find anything, so I wasnt there long, but it seems like an inviting, small town gaming shop.

Great place would go again. They have quite a bit of stuff in here regarding table top games. They are very knowledgeable. I asked the worker to show me some game mats he knew exactly what to show me and explained why it was a better mat than the others. In addition to this I asked him about a star wars role playing book now out of pro t to see if they had it. They did not but he even checked the books the store had for running games to see if he had it to sell me. I would definitely go back. There were some young kids in there playing a Wii u. They were kind of loud and one child was crying about a game. The person running the store told them to quiet down and told the younger one that that is how the game goes. I could see some people getting aggravated at this but honestly I didnt think they were too loud and o have a child so I view it as kids being kids. I know I was that way at their age.Great store, friendly and knowledgeable workers, great stock. You are missing out if you dont check it out.

I am a local teenager. I created my own game, which I have brought to other similar stores, where it was accepted and enjoyed. I am not trying to sell my game, but just wanted to see if I could play here and maybe meet other people who are interested in playing. When I went in today, the guy who was working there was very unfriendly and after questioning me for several minutes about my game (WW1 game), said that I couldn’t play it there. His reason was that he didn’t think people would be interested in my game. If the point of your store is for people to come and play games, why would you turn away a local kid? A kid who made his own game? And why is the guy working in the store in charge of knowing what every other person might like? On a hot Saturday afternoon, when most people are at the beach, what have you got to lose by giving a kid a chance to play in your store? Super unfriendly and seems like bad business to me.

Got a sweet Warhammer set of minis for a friend of mines birthday gift. He loved the miniatures and the assortment of MTG cards we got him. The store is my go-to stop for legitimate gaming needs and the owner is very smart, helpful and friendly. As I was leaving, he invited me to a game of DnD 5E but I cant commit to a full campaign at this time. Keep up the good work!

There are two problems that I have had in the past here. Firstly there are a lot of toxic players who are not dealt with in such a way that their behavior is made clear to them to be unacceptable, I would suggest being a bit more assertive when a shouting match occurs. This is of course your store, not their home, and they should act appropriately. Second, the rules are not made clear to newcomers to the store. I came in one day to play and decided to trade a card with my friend. I was promptly kicked out and was told that I knew the rules. I wont be returning any time soon, however if I hear from friends that things are less tense and more controlled I may come back and will certainly alter my rating.

Terrible service. Twice I preordered limited release Magic the Gathering cards from here, and twice he sold it before I could pick it up. The first time, a box of Modern Masters 2015, it took over a month of consistent phone calls before it was shipped. The second time, a box of Eternal Masters, the product never came at all. It then took multiple contact attempts before the refund was processed and I was lied to repeatedly about the status of my orders/refunds on both occasions. He sells his product cheaper than other places, but I advise against doing business here for any reason. Its not worth the risk of not being able to get your product.

Any game store that works as close with its player base as toys does gets a 5 star from me. The negatives are easily overshadowed by the positives.
