Northshore Marble and Granite just installed a marble Hearth for our fireplace remodel. For them, it was a small piece of business; however, they did not treat it as such. They were responsive from the start and was able to accommodate our project timeline. The installers were polite, professional and neat. They did not leave until I was 100% satisfied. This is the second time we have used them and it won’t be the last! Highly satisfied customer!!!!

People should be more careful when they go on Google to write a review. Some of the reviews on here doesnt even make sense. Anyway! North Shore Marble and Granite is awesome, a trustful and solid company to work with. They have been in the market for almost 2 decades. Their experience, knowledge and professional staff provides customers with assistance in design consultation and project estimates. Making life easier when you actually dont have time to waist. I have been a customer for 20yrs. I have always had a good experience. My latest project was kitchen countertops. They came out beautiful! The counters were delivered and installed quickly. What was also great was the install. Their field techs that did the install were punctual, polite and professional. They were very clean and conscientious of my house and took time to make sure everything was just right. I really appreciated the attention to detail.

We had a very positive experience with this company. They were able to meet a quick deadline for us and were on time for the template appointment and early for the installation appointment. At each appointment, the technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. Although there was a risk of damage to our existing backsplash due to replacing just a section of our granite, the installers did a great job and everything was in tact when they finished their work. We are so happy with the final result!

North Shore Granite was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them. The people are very knowledgeable and helpful, and patient! We have gone through the whole process with no issues and lots of communication throughout. We are very happy with both the service and products.

Beware the trap! We received a quote from Wendy, the sales manager, two months before the cabinets ready to install countertop. The estimate price was reasonable because well use their one large piece of leftover quartz. Since our contractors delayed to finish installing the cabinets, we checked with Wendy more than 5 times to make sure she can held this offer. She told us no problem every time, and said that we are very reliable people. Finally, our cabinets are ready. Then she told us that she has to increase the price 63% with the same one large piece of stone! Although the final square footage is slightly 1.5 sq ft increased which we agreed to use another small similar stone, NO additional large piece of stone add. The 1.5 sq sf cost $1,300! She said if using 2 large piece, the price will be double!

This company installed our granite counter tops awhile ago. When they installed, we needed an extra hole drilled for a filtered water faucet. We presented them with the faucet so they could drill the hole accordingly to size. When the plumber came, he told us the hole they made was too small and non-standard size. It was only 1 inch and we needed 1 3/8. We put the faucet in anyway even though it was wobbly and imperfect. We just wanted to be done with everything and didnt want to pay for another plumbing visit.Fast-forward two years later and the faucet needs to be replaced. So we figured why not call North Shore and get the hole properly sized. Cant be that complicated or expensive to enlarge, right? I ask the receptionist how much it would cost and she says were all set and we book the appointment for the following week. I then call the plumber to schedule that as well. All is looking good. Day before theyre supposed to show up, the owner calls me and tells me the receptionist had no right to tell me it would be free of charge so I ask how much and he says $150. One-fifty to enlarge a hole! I figure must be complicated, so I ask how long does it take. He hems and haws that it doesnt take long but its a big clean-up yada yada. He continues giving me the runaround so I decide to call and see what someone else would charge. Classic Rock Granite in Beverly charged me $25 and came the very next day. No hemming, no hawing. Just good old fashioned customer service. So, long story short, this is really a five star recommendation--just for a different company.

It was such a pleasure to work with Wendy on our master bath update. Wendy was always very responsive and service, install and product were all first rate. I am now working with Wendy and her team on a kitchen remodel project. I highly recommend this business!

They only take checks. they are unreliable, they do not return phone messages or emails. I feel scammed.

I needed a granite counter top ground to fit a replacement range. North Shore came in one day, on time, and did nice job. I know its the core of their business, but I think it shows they are professional.

This shop is very hard to work with. Even to get a sales person over the phone is a nightmare. Wendy, the sales woman, never responded my phone calls, voice mails and emails. She said she never respond customer call! What kind of sales person is like that? Finally got quotes after persistent request but not a good experience at all to work with her.

Horrible!
