Our sales rep was Michael. He was thorough and patient. I went educated on the vehicle I wanted, on value of my trade in. The sales B-S was minimal, I arrived at 7pm. Ready to do battle. They were ready to go home. We closed the deal pleasantly enough. My very 1st foreign vehicle, as well as my 1st car note. (At 67). Be prepared and stick to your price. Nice group in all.
Loved our salesman: Gayel Hippolite. We had looked at Nissan- where they couldn’t be bothered to stop shooting the breeze with one another instead of acknowledging customer in waiting room... At Hyundai Village- they attend to you immediately, and make you feel like they WANT to help you. The cars are really nice.. the Sonata which we ended up leasing has lane alert and rear camera... and Apple Play so my son will be able to answer phone calls or text all with voice commands- never ever needing to glance at phone. Navigation through Apple phone through Apple Play... car is really beautiful! My brother saw it- and thinks he’ll check them out next time he buys a car. Our salesman Gayel was perfect: attentive, knowledgeable, responsive, professional... and not over the top— both my husband and I liked him very much. I hope the car holds up well- only time will tell... but a few days after purchasing— so far we are very happy with our Hyundai Village experience!!! I would highly recommend!!!
My wife and I went Hyundai Village for a test drive for 2015 genesis. It was a great and hassle-free experience. The car has a lot of features and our sale guy Doug Cronin is really knowledgeable. He is very friendly and he knows in head of time what we care mostly about the car.The sale price of the car is really competitive. We were worried that there must be a lot of conditions associated with all the discount price they advertised. It turned out there is zero condition! It was really hassle-free. Although we didnt buy the car immediately, because the trade-in price of our Jeep was a little lower than I expected. Dont get me wrong. They offered me a reasonable trade-in price and Alan, the sales manager, was really humble and he explained to us the process of trade-in very well. He also promised to make some calls to some Jeep dealers to see if he can get a better trade-in price for us.
I recently purchased a 2019 Tucson Sport from Hyundai of Danvers, replacing my 2008 Tucson Ltd. I am pleased to say the experience was a positive one. Alan Berkman, Brian Ho, and the whole team treated me fairly and respectfully. Im very happy with my new SUV.
We loved our experience at Hyundai Village in Danvers! Ed Grady helped us with our purchase of our 2016 Jeep Renegade and we couldnt be more happy with it, would definitely recommend Ed! He was wonderful and answered all our questions, and got all amenities fixed to the car that we needed. The process of getting the car through Hyundai Village was pretty fast as well, we got the car within a week of looking at it which was just wonderful. 10/10 would recommend buying through Hyundai Village in Danvers!
This was an exceptional experience buying a car. I believe the entire staff was involved in the purchase of my G80. No pressure and addressed every need and concern. Alan is easy going and found exactly what we wanted at a great price. Prior to purchasing I hung out in the service area and talked to customers waiting for their vehicle and all raved about their buying and service experience. A great find.
Driving down the road in my Honda Element when the battery light came on. The first place I saw to help me was Hyundai Village in Danvers. Pulled my Honda into the service drive and was promptly greeted and told they would be happy to help me. The service and parts team replaced my alternator promptly got me on my way. Great service and highly recommend them. I will consider a Hyundai for my next vehicle because of Hyundai Village.
I just purchased a new Hyundai Sonata today. While I cant comment on the service department I was floored by the quality of the sales department. I dealt with Jason and the manager Alan. They were both absolutely amazing. I am in my mid 40s and absolutely hate buying a car. The whole process usually drives my blood pressure up beyond healthy levels. I had none of that today. I went in there knowing what I could afford and what things should cost (You really have to do some homework before you go!) and walked out two hours later with a new car, and more importantly with it at a price that made me happy. They went out of their way to make my wife and I comfortable and I cant recommend them enough. As a side note I had been looking for a new Sonata for a while now and had dealt with The Reverend there in the past. He too was a great salesman/person and even though we could never close the deal (More because I had some reservations about downsizing from an Explorer) I never left there feeling like I was getting screwed! I hope this review is of some help to others out there.
I made an appointment at this Hyundai for today at 1PM. I drove all the way there only for there to be a single piece of paper that states that Hyundai was closed due to a power outage. I find it VERY unprofessional that the manager did not contact today’s clients and notify them that they were closed. The manager easily could have contacted me through a laptop or cell phone. However, instead, I was forced to drive pointlessly for an hour and have received no contact about my appointment. What kind of Hyundai is this???
Could not be happier with the experience I had at Hyundai Danvers! The staff is absolutely wonderful - especially my salesman Ed Grady. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible without pressuring me into something I didnt want. I truly cannot say enough good things and would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a car. Fantastic!
Great experience leasing my new car. This was my 2nd lease with them so I was hoping my experience would be as good as my first. Salesman Ed Grady was wonderful. Luigi was also great. Thanks guys for helping me lease the car of my dreams!
Everyone was extremely nice and made this process so smooth! They took the time to explain every feature I was getting and I did not feel any pressure whatsoever in my decision. I love my new Hyundai Tuscan and I am so thankful for everyone I interacted with Michael, Gael, Emilio, and Alan to name a few!
Ed was more than helpful, he answered all my questions and made sure I understood the entire car buying process. He did not try to hide details of the deal from me and was up front and honest. I will definitely be back to buy a car from Hyundai Village again. I would like to thank the entire team for such a great experience.
Everyone was courteous and friendly. Did everything to make the customer happy. Would recommend to others. Mike did great!!!!!!!
My husband and I could not be happier with our buying experience with Mike Townsend and Alan last week, especially after a really bad experience from another dealer in Massachusetts. Mike was very friendly and straightforward, which made the process a breeze. The day we signed the papers, Mike and Alan even gave my husband and I access to their conference room so that we could get work done while waiting for the car. We would highly recommend this dealer if you are looking to purchase a car. Amazing customer care!

The staff is great! Every single person that interacted with us was very nice, very polite and friendly. Michael Towsend helped us with everything we needed and made sure we were happy with our new car and had no questions. 100% recommend this place!
Both the sales person, Doug, and the sales manager, Alan, were very pleasant and easy to work with. Neither of them were pushy (unlike sales people I encountered at other dealerships during my vehicle search). I had my prior Hyundai serviced for many years there (Mike in Service is great!) so I was already inclined to prefer another Hyundai, and they did not disappoint. The new 2016 Tucson is awesome and the best of the small SUVs that I looked at. I am very happy with my new vehicle and my experience purchasing it!
Had an excellent experience purchasing a new Tuscon! Ed and the rest of the team there were very helpful, informative, and fair. Happy to be a new customer!
I went to Hyundai looking for a new car. Jose was easy to deal with and I ended up with exactly the car I wanted at a great price. I never felt rushed or pushed and everyone there made the transaction exceedingly easy. Thank you!
Just purchased a 2015 Sonata. I worked with Ed Grady and he made the whole process super easy. I would recommend going to visit. Everyone at the dealership is really friendly and professional.
I cannot say enough good things about the dealership and the staff at Hyundai. The entire process was efficient, straight forward, no gimmicks, and simply pleasant. I wish all my previous car buying experiences were this way! Bought the car on Sunday, picked up on Monday. Thank you Gael, Alan, Emilio and everyone else I had the pleasure of interacting with.
Excellent experience would highly reccomend. From Michele, Doug & Bruce.Went above and beyond. Very happy with ournew SUV.
I purchased a new Tucson yesterday. I cant say enough about the Staff. The Sales Manager, Finance Manager and my Salesman Clinton Sherald were all so professional. They went above and beyond to make the car buying experience actually pleasurable. This is my fifth car from Hyundai Village. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else.
I brought a friend there recently after having a positive experience with Ed Grady and Angel.Nice job guys! Happy to refer business your way. Both my friend and I love our Sonatas.Highly recommended.
My experience at this place was great! The moment my husband and I went in to check out a car we have seen online, we felt very welcome and comfortable with the staff; specially Jose Rivera. He is very knowledgeable and makes the customer feel in control at all times, providing options to your specific wants and needs. I will recommend this place to all my family and friends! They really take care of you.
I recently bought a car at Hyundai Village in Danvers. The salesperson, Rev. Clinton Sherald, was great. He answered all my questions and made the experience smooth and not overwhelming. It’s not every day one buys a new car! Rev. Sherald just made the whole experience very comfortable and I’d like to thank him for that. And I love my new car!
I originally spoke with Michelle, I then spoke with Luigi, and then received an E-mail from a manager. I responded to the E-mail that I was not happy with the deal and was going to purchase elsewhere, Luigi called back and I made a final offer. He said he would check and called back a little while later and said that we had deal.I went in to make the purchase of the Elantra and lo and behold I was working with a new salesperson, Dave. Dave was very nice and shuffled papers between us and Mike, the business manager. It was a very hot afternoon, but in a little over two and a half hours we drove home in our new car.The following day my wife went back for the registration, inspection sticker, and an orientation of the features of the car. Dave did a great job showing her a lot of the things in the car. I have a Genesis with many of these features and did not know that they were in the car. My salmon in Florida did not do as good a job as Dave.We own 3 Hyundai vehicles and have for years. We keep one in Florida, one in Danvers, and one goes back and forth with us. When we are ready to trade one of the older cars, we will surely go to Hyundai Village.
I have been a customer of Hyundai Village for well over 10 years and continue to receive excellent customer service, excellent guidance in making choices that are in my best interest and not just the dealers. The folks at Hyundai Village are all very nice folks, easy to work with. My husband and I recently purchased the Tucson LTD in black and wow what an automobile! I highly recommend this group to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
David Walsh was extremely helpful when I was leasing a Sonata and I would have no problem recommending him. He answered all questions and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the process of leasing a car.
Did an easy deal for a nice car. Everyone involved..Justin, Clinton, Luigi and Alan were nice and made me feel welcome. I never felt pressured or in a rush. I would highly recommend any of these guys for future buyers.
Hyundai Village of Danvers is great! The give back to the community. They run a program called Keys To Success. That program is eligible at a few high schools in our area. My son was very fortunate to be a lucky winner of a vehicle. Most people will say it is fixed. I can assure you it is not. We all walked in expecting him not to win but he did. Once it was over we went to the dealership did paperwork and he received the car. Everyone was so helpful and positive. The car is great. There arent enough thank yous possible to thank them for all they did. Most importantly Tamara you rock! Thank you Hyundai Village. If I need a car I would definitely be visiting you!
I began car shopping not too long ago and it was my first time getting my own car and not a pre-owned car. I went from a car to an SUV and got exactly what I wanted. Mike helped to make sure that I got what I wanted in my new Hyundai Tucson and made sure that it was ready for me right away. Customer service is above and beyond and I highly recommend Hyundai Village to my friends and family. Mike and the others that helped me out were great and very helpful. The dealership was thorough and gave me a good deal on my trade and the new Tucson. I am looking forward to doing future business with this dealership.
Hyundai Village of Danvers Did a great Job TWICE. I found an excellent used Sonata and my girlfriend did too! Thanks to salesperson Ed Grady and Business manager Angel Hiduchick for a job well done.I recommend this dealership every chance I get!!! Check them out, you wont be disappointed.
We had a perfect experience at this dealership. We had visited numerous car dealers over the previous days and could not find what we were looking for within our budget. A friend recommended Hyundai Village so we decided to give it a shot. We were greeted by Victor. We told him exactly what we were looking for and what our budget was. He was able to provide that to us without any pressure and none of your typical car dealer games I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle and we will definitely be back. :)
I recently went to Hyundai Village to trade in my 2005 Santa Fe. There was no question that I wanted another Santa Fe because of the great luck I had with the brand. I was extremely well treated by Mike Townsend who has the patience of a saint. I did not feel pressured at all and he was more than willing to explain things multiple times. Al was also very fair and respectful when speaking to me. I also had a brief encounter with Mike in service who was helpful too(and funny). My visit for the final paperwork involved yet another Mike who was also very friendly and professional . He explained the warranty and other options with no pressure. If anyone is looking for a new Hyundai, I would recommend Hyundai Village in Danvers without reservation - from the moment I hit the parking lot to the drive out two days later with my new SUV - very impressed. I purchased the Santa Fe Sport T Ultimate and look forward to another long Santa Fe ride!
I wish I could give Hyundai Village of Danvers 10 stars. Many dealerships treat customers great when theyre ready to buy. For most of us the decisions are not always black and white. Do I want a sedan or SUV? Should I lease or buy? New vs. Used? Mike and Alan not only summarized the pros and cons of all the options, they were patient while we explored the vehicles and test drove. Anyone considering Hyundai would do well to visit Hyundai Village.
Mike Townsend and the team at Hyundai did everything to make getting our new vehicle simple and enjoyable.Great job!Thank you
This dealership was very patient with me. First time ever buying a new car. I had a lot of questions. They took their time to explain all my options. Gave me space to make my decision without any pressure and then worked their butts off to get me a good deal. Im very happy with my my new wheels! I worked with Doug, Luigi, and Alan.
I was completely blown away. I went to the dealership with a commercial vechicle that I was finding difficult to get a fair price for. They not only beat out the entire field of competition with there generous offer on my trade, they went above and beyond in finding me a suitable vehicle that met my needs. I will never forget the kindness and guidance that was shown to me while I went through this process. I would highly recommend Hyundai village of danvers to anyone looking for first class treatment and respect.
Good coffee, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Mike and Ken are great at the Service desk, and everywhere else, as well.
Heather in internet sales, Doug our salesman as well as the manager of Sales Alan Berkman, I apologize for not recalling the name of the wonderful young man who did the loan application and approval. Lorelei could not have been nicer or more helpful. Will pick up my new vehicle on Thursday. Thank you all.
I got the best deal at the Hyundai Village at Danvers!! Dave was my man! He helped me all the way through and made me and my friends feel like we were number one. Even when I called and bugged him all the time with crazy little questions and my ridiculous requests on what kind of a deal I wanted. These people got me exactly what I was looking for, for the exact price I was asking. I even got a better deal than what I expected to get! If you are looking for a good car without getting ripped off, you need to come here! Dont forget to mention my name and ask for Dave! xoxo
I bought a 2019 Hyundai Sonta, Mr Clinton was a true Pro. Great guy!
Great service. Very happy I leased from Hyundai Danvers.
I went to get my car serviced after receiving a notification for a recall and Mike Myette said to bring it right in.I arrived and after a friendly greeting they got me right in. Once service was completed they brought the vehicle right to the door. I have been bringing my car there since I purchased it over two years ago and have never been disappointed.Great service and great staff! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Ive had a great experience with Hyundai Village of Danvers so far. (Just bought the car, and havent had it long enough to require service). Don Williams and his supervisor Alan Berkman made the process as painless as possible. They were very much straight-forward with me (no awkward hard-selling), and having done a ton of research beforehand, I never felt as if I were being swindled. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Sonata at a very fair price.Again, I havent had to deal with the service center, but based on my experience with the sales staff I would absolutely recommend this dealership.
I had a great experience with Ed Grady and Alan Bergman in buying my new Genesis. This car has amazing technology, but it takes time to understand everything. Ed took extra time to explain things. While I bought my 2012 Genesis at another dearlership, I have all my servicing done at Hyundai Villge. Their service department, especially Mike the service manager, is also top notch.
Service is great here and very professional staff that eager to attend to your needs.
I walked in the Danvers office on a Friday afternoon with a question and request to possibly have a part ordered. It was 4:35 pm Mike the service adviser had Justin the service tech look at my car. I was out of there in less than a half hour and everything was fixed! Since I have started bringing my vehicle to the Danvers Service Department I have been absolutely and completely satisfied with the people and the service. I could not be any happier with how my quick question turned out today. Thank you Mike and Justin for making my weekend so much less stressful! :O)
This is my second vehicle I have leased at Hyundai Village and I cant believe the experience got better. I had some issues that needed to be dealt with and Joe Casey, Angel in finance and Michelle made my life so easy. I came in to get some information and drove the car home 2 hours later. The big difference is that they listened to what I had to say and did the best they could, which was good enough for me. My second Sonata as well. All I can say is give them a call.Curtis RaymondStoneham, Ma
As a new mom with a newborn, David and Mike were extremely helpful in making my car purchase stress free and efficient. Really happy I made my purchase here.
I recently purchased a 2012 Hyundai Accent from Clinton Sherald. The sales and service departments were friendly and clean. I recently had to use the service department, and Mike was also very helpful. I just booked my first oil change, which was included with my purchase of the new vehicle with Justin in service. I am happy with the friendliness of the staff, the location of the dealership, and the purchase of my new car. I could not be happier that I chose this dealer!
I wish I had read the reviews here before even going to Village Hyundai. Although the salesman was fine, the sales manager was rude and even confrontational. He seemed to be outraged that I was going to comparison shop for the best deal for my daughter .The sales manager is the epitome of every negative stereotype you have heard of a car salesman. They said they wanted to earn my business, and ended up earning my contempt. Poor to fair is the lowest rating allowed by google, I would have rated much lower given the chance
I went to Hyundai Village in Danvers about a month ago to test drive the Kona. I flat-out told the sales associate I met that I wasnt ready to buy that day but was simply doing my due diligence in the car-buying process. Instead of bullying me about it (which happened at a different dealer), he and another selection specialist cheerfully brought out the Kona. After taking it for a spin, I decided it wasnt for me. We talked through what I didnt like about the Kona, what I did, and what else I planned to test drive elsewhere. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness, even as I was walking out the door. When I eventually decided to try the Tuscon, I dragged my mother with me and went back to Hyundai Village this past Saturday. I was paired with Ed Grady, who is literally the sales associate ideal. He was so much fun and easy to talk to, and he knew everything about the car. Plus, watching him and my mother banter back and forth was like watching something at a family cookout. Its probably not normal to have had THAT much fun at a car dealership, but we were all having an absolute blast.I test drove the Tuscon and loved it, but of course it was all going to come down to the kind of deal I would get. Not only was I planning to lease it (which Id never done before), but I had a non-Hyundai trade-in that still had a balance on it, as well as a specific budget in mind. I was expecting to get screwed. But Ed? Knight-in-shining-armor Ed Grady, he of the big smiles and no-BS? Ed went above and beyond and got me a deal on a brand new Tuscon that I honestly cant even believe. They skipped the whole back and forth about price and met me exactly where I wanted to be, and then some! When I bought my Juke two years ago, I was at that dealership for literally 11 hours, fighting tooth and nail for a deal I didnt feel entirely good about, but at the time it was good enough. At Hyundai Village, the whole process took less than 4 hours, I got the deal of a lifetime, and Id be able to pick up my Tuscon that Monday. They took care of everything — the new registration, new plates (printed there!), inspection sticker, and a complimentary full tank of gas. When I drove my new car off the lot yesterday, I felt like Id robbed the place.Ive had plenty of experience dealing with dealerships in my life, but Ive never had the experience I had a Hyundai Village with Ed and the rest of the team. I honestly cant shut up about how good it was. If youre looking to buy a car from Hyundai Village, trust me when I say that Ed Grady will take the best care of you and you will not regret dropping a decent chunk of change on a car with them. I feel so good about my decision, and I cant wait to pop in and say hi when Im due for my first oil change.Ed (and team), if youre reading this, youre the best! Thanks so much for everything.
Clinton was a great sell men he very helpful and friendly person .
Bought a car 8 months ago. Recently found a lump in the side of one of the tires. I assumed it was covered under warranty. The serviceman who checked it told me it was an impact lump, whatever that is, said it was not covered and suggested I go to a tire store and see if they could get the manufacturer to cover it.To say I was disappointed was an understatement! I called my sales rep and told him about it. He said he would contact the service manager. Its been two days and I have not been contacted by anyone at the dealership. This is the second car I bought there, most likely my last.
I loved my experience at Hyundai Village! Everyone was very helpful and Gael Hyppolite made the purchase of my new Santa Fe smooth and stress free.
My wife and I just leased a new Hyundai last week. The salesman Ed Grady was terrific and we would recommend this dealership to all of our friends.
I recently had service on my Hyundai Sonata and Mike M, was very helpful, courteous and efficient. I will definitely bring all of my vehicles there for service in the future.
I had a great experience at the Hyundai village in Danvers Doug was really very nice and so helpful .
A dealer person who were helping us was really nice but literally had no knowledge about the features in Hyundai Santafe and Tucson.
I traded my Azera in for a Genesis and it was the best new car buying experience I have ever had. Luigi was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful as was Alan Berkman the sales manager. I recommend this dealership very highly.
I highly recommend working with the service manager here. He is so nice.
Everyone at Hyundai Village was wonderful from the salesman to the sales managerGreat experience, no pressure.
Service center is helpful, they just never answer the phone seemingly and also are super slow
Be careful with this dealership I got a 2016 Honda CR-V touring here there quick at taking your money and they don’t solve there own problems Do not buy any used cars from this place they will wash the car in a hurry instead of removing scratches off the car just to sell it quickly and put some special oil or wax I don’t know what they use but they put it over the scratches to make it look as if they removed the scratches which they promised to do but they never did remove the scratches at least they fixed the brakes and there saying that we are the ones responsible for the car scratches but the funny thing is the day we went to look at the car it had the same scratches in the same location they think there wise guys but it’s all right there not there just a money pulling dealership who lies to you and doesn’t resolve anything at all I had a horrible experience and I will never purchase a car from here again I hope everyone reads this review to see how this dealership really is thank you and have a great day
Everyone at the dealership was exemplary. Took time to understand what I wanted and went right to it without the usual run-around. Loved the car but not the color - no problem - searched and had a GREAT color there (from RI) the next day! Not easy for a one-to-a-dealer car. They even pulled the vehicle out of the showroom to test drive.Straight up pricing (no back and forth was very much appreciated), no issues finance and after sales VALUE adders (no fluff - than you Leo) was easy.I HATE buying cars - until I walked into these guys. They are a credit to the brand and the company. Luigi DeMarco, Reverend Clinton and Alan Berkman - Thank you!
Excellent service crew! Mike and Kenny are great; ask for them!
Service is horrible I went back multiple times with a problem they made worse, damaged my car, and they owe me money that they will not give back, even worse they ignore people unless your buying a car but thats the only time they will act nice, most dealerships do act like that but this one takes the cake for being the worst. I will not be dealing with them again and none of my friends will either.
Super helpful customer service! I’ve been in Mirak Hyundai and Bill Dube Hyundai too. Danvers is the best and Mirak is the worst.
Best service department ever.
Just purchased my Third car from Village Hyundai, and each experience gets better and better, thanks for all the help Alan Berkman and Michael Townsend both of you have made this experience the best one to date. !!!!
Folks in the service department couldnt have been friendlier or more helpful.
Very fast good service, friendly staff, many thumbs Up
Had a wonderful experience, would recommend going here to anyone.
Great place very helpful sales manager
Great Dealership Took my 24 tr old son down Oct 13th to look at cars meet Steve Ragab very nice and very helpful my son bought a 2011 Sonata very happy with his first big purchase everyone treated him great.Went back down Nov 2 with my wife and bought 2013 Sonata Hybrid once again Steve was great and so was the rest of the team at Hyundai Village.
The buying experience for me, was quick, painless, and easy. I had looked at inventory on a Saturday, and met with Clinton for a very short moment. Introductions were made, and I stated my intentions that I was just looking (because I had no idea what i wanted.). Clinton offered me his card, and told me if I had any questions, or decided on anything to give him a call, told me to have a good day, and walked away. He left a very good impression on me, no follow up questions or pressure to try to sell anything at that time.I returned Monday to get a value on my trade, and to test drive a Sonata. I have had some credit issues and my trade had a big X on it from carfax so I was very sceptical I was going to be able to buy. We discussed my options, and I told them what I could afford and how long I wanted to pay. They came back with an approved offer only $17 higher than what I requested, which I was fine with as it was in the range in my head I was willing to accept. Attached to the offer was an excellent APR from Hyundai Motor Finance. A mere 4 hours after walking into the showroom, I was the owner of a 2013 hyundai Sonata.A true no pressure, no forced add on buying experience. Thanks to Hyundai Village, I am saving a ton of money in gas every week from the pick up truck i traded in, and I actually feel very satisfied with the overall experience.
The staff is very helpful and customer focused.
As always bought another new car from Hyundia, this is my 4th car along with my son and brother who got one also previously. I can only say that I get the best service anytime I go there either to buy or for car service, they go above to help you out with anything you need, even the receptionist went over to Volvo to get me coffee cause they didn’t have what I wanted. I into to buy my car was done within 2 hours of walking through the door to walking out the door!! Knew what I wanted and needed they worked with me and made it a painless process, and I couldn’t be more happier then have wonderful people to work with me! I will continue to always buy Hyundia for any of my cars/suv they have always held up well and never give me and trouble. The stress of buying a car is hard enough when you at those dollar signs but in the end it’s worth it to know you got wonderful service!! Thanks to the sales and financial guy for giving me such great service!! You will always have my business!
Hyundai Village took great care of my Elantra GT. Mike in Service is an awesome guy!!!
Great service from the parts department needed some front end parts for my wifes 2012 elantra talked to Chris in the parts and got them in a snap!
Good clean place with friendly sales stuff Mike in service is the best thank you for everything
Just started going here and no issues yet. friendly staff but small waiting room with a small selection of free and paid foods. hour for an oil change can be annoying.
Service department was quick with my synthetic blend oil change. Only $32.00
My 3rd & last lease with Hyundai Village of Danvers. I was contacted on 3/20/17 to see if I could come in to meet w/Ed Grady to see end of lease options. I knew I would be over on mileage which was my only concern. Ed assured me that I would be taken care of for my mileage & that same evening on 3/23 I signed for a new 17 Hyundai Elantra with mileage of 20k/yr instead of 12k/yr. Ed estimated that I would owe $1,000 on the prior lease & would receive a check for this. I had 3 remaining car payments on the 14 Elantra but clearly since I was signing for a new car this wasn’t even a question in my mind that I would need to worry about that. The new car wasn’t ready on until 3/28, so I was still driving my 14 Elantra to work. I ended up having additional mileage, so therefore would be over the $1,000 estimate. That was the least of my concerns when on 4/20 my bank account that I had set up automatic payments for my 14 Elantra deducted $320 for my now almost a month returned car & my new payment of $330 would be deducted just 3 days later. I called on 4/22 to find out that Ed was out for the day so I instead spoke with Luigi DeMarco & explained the situation to him. He assured me that I would be taken care of and that they would cut me a check for the payments on my old 2014 Hyundai. Then on 4/27, a week later, I was left a voicemail by Emilio LoCilento asking to return his call as he had spoken with Luigi DeMarco. Emilio was extremely rude and was not at all understanding of why I should be compensated for the three remaining payments on my 2014 Hyundai that I had traded in for a new 2017 Hyundai at Hyundai Village’s recommendation. Emilio completely contradicted what Luigi told me and stated that Luigi has no relevance has hes not the manager and that he (Luigi) is. Emilio finally called me back and was clueless to my lease situation and was wondering why I was given a check of $1000 which I explained to him was for my mileage only as part of my lease deal (which come to find out was less than what HMFUSA would charge me). I had three-wayed my significant other in as he was there with me the evening of March 23rd and I wanted someone to hear the way I was being talked to and treated that was there with me that night. Emilio was ranting that he was not “Trump” and couldn’t just sign a check without a reason and was speaking to me in such an ill manner and made a bad situation for a customer one hundred times worse. The way your General Sales Manager spoke to me, a loyal customer since 2011, was unacceptable and I hope that no future customer is ever treated this way. I’ve spent countless hours and phone calls going back and forth with Village as well as Hyundai Finance in what should have been a smooth transaction and instead was a complete fiasco. Now, fast forward almost two months later, I received a letter in the mail from Hyundai Motor Finance listing out all these charges for my 2014 Hyundai Elantra including: $602.36 for due and unpaid lease payments, $1,113.40 for excess mileage charge, $470 for excess wear and use, $136.61 for official fees and taxes. Not only was the mileage charge $113.40 over what I was given as part of my new lease deal, I never was informed that I would be charged for excess wear and tear. Hyundai Village of Danvers never did a walkthrough of the vehicle with me and never explained anything like this to me. When I turned in my 2011 lease for my 2014 Elantra I was never charged for wear and tear as typically the car dealership will take that on as they are keeping their customer for yet another lease. I left Ed Grady a voicemail on May 9, 2017 letting him know of what was going on and gave him 6 days to return my call but clearly since I am not a happy customer I am not of priority to him. I had to deal with issues for a lease I signed on March 23rd for two months afterwards which is reprehensible. I am a loyal customer and feel like I have been taken advantage of. I will be going elsewhere when this lease expires.
Very helpful, quick and easy service!

Had a great experence at hyundai village, everyone was great especially mike townsen who was great from srart to finish!
I cant say enough about the service I received at Hyndai Village. From Anthony Malek who was my sales person, to Alan Berkman, Mike Townsend, and Hysen Mehmeti, they made my experience here a great one. I look forward to seeing them in the future!! :)
This is the first vehicle I had ever purchase, I ended up buy a Hyundai Elantra from John Poulos. I love the car, they gave me the best service possible, no hassle, would really recommend Hyundai Village in Danvers to any one..
Top notch all the way around.
Good dealership, need renovations and more inventory
Been going to this dealership for a few years so when check engine light came on late on a Friday I went up to get car looked at. Mr.Myette explained to me that I could make it though weekend and set me up for first thing on Monday morning.Came 20 minutes earlier than appointment but that didnt hold up Mr Myette (told me to call him -Mike). He got the car right in and while I was waiting I asked if someone could drive me to an appointment near the Dealership. Mike said No Problem! Got on the phone and was apologetic that the driver was in Swampscott and I would have to wait a 10-15 minutes. Then as driver was pulling out of dealership my cell phone went off and it was Mike. He said he had just missed me and could I turn around because my car was ready! You would think that was enough but I asked were they get the American flags for the cars because I was having trouble finding any in the stores - He went and asked Sales(?) for one for me.I still had to pay for 1 hr of labor (it is a business) but left feeling very good about the level of service I received....... Good Work, Mike!
Hyundai Village is always professionally and a pleasure to deal with.
Great customer service
My experience was nothing but great. The selection specialist answered all my question and followed through with everything he promised he would do.
Not quite sure how you run a service department with nobody to answer your phones. Found my answer in the mail today. Theyre selling the franchise and becoming a Nissan Dealership
These guys are great
