Purchased stove from Danville store, was assured before purchase that they were tested prior to purchase, the hot wire in the back of stove was melted. How do you test a stove without a hot wire to connect the stove? No having to load stove & return to store. Very unhappy customer

I bought a dryer here and had to take it back and get it replaced with another 2 times due to it not working when I got it home. I asked to have it checked before I left with it but they told me they couldn’t do that. After the second time I asked for my money to be refunded but they said I had to take another dryer. I have had the 3rd dryer now less than 2 months and it has stopped working. I would strongly suggest to buy somewhere else if you want a reliable appliance.

Customer service was poor. Appliances stopped working a few weeks after the warranty period. When you call to discuss you are told that a manager will call you tomorrow but you never get a call back.

Do NOT recommend the Danville store! Because I had been speaking with someone from the Lexington Store, the Danville manager wanted to know why I was calling her store (we bought our washer and dryer from the Danville store). Once I asked why she was being rude she began yelling at me and told me she was hanging up on me. She tried to hang up but didnt succeed and I listened to her say I showed her! I hung up on her a$$I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

Awesome place for used washers dryers refrigerators and stoves.. great people and can have 90 day payment plan..took my neighbor to get a stove.. had a problem with it and exchanged with no problem. Awesome employees also!

We got a decent deal on our refrigerator and oven however the delivery was another story.Glenda Woods was the store manager at the Harrodsburg Rd. location, she was pleasant to deal with but made promises that were not kept. We were told the delivery personnel would remove our old stove and move the refrigerator to our garage. (Two small steps off of our front porch and around a sidewalk to the garage.) When I mentioned moving the fridge to the garage to the delivery guys they said they werent supposed to move something unless they were hauling it. I told them that Glenda said they would. After they finished the install I asked again if they would move the refrigerator to the garage. One of them was already outside at the truck, the one that I asked said let me talk to my partner and stepped out (taking the dolly with him). The next thing I know, they were gone leaving the old refrigerator sitting in my kitchen with no way for me to move it.I cant remember ever being treated so rudely.I emailed the company from a website contact form and have had no response. I called Glenda when this happened she said she would call them and get back with me, she didnt.Now I just hope I dont have any warranty issues, I cant imagine how that would be handled.Delivery Date: 10/27/2020

Prices were fair and appliances seem to be good quality. However, the whole purchasing and delivery process has been a nightmare. I purchased a washer and dryer set on Jan. 10th to be delivered Feb. 6th (I was moving to a new home in a new state and couldn’t move in until after Feb. 1st). Get to Feb. 5th and I haven’t heard from them - so I call. The lady that answers tells me they brought my appliances one week after I ordered them and that they were refused because I didn’t live there (obviously - that’s why I picked Feb. 6th). I took off work to be home Feb. 6th, just for them to not show up. She tells me they can be delivered the following Wednesday, and I said “okay, let me talk to my employer real quick and make sure I can be home. Can I call you tomorrow?” Fast forward to the next day, I swing by to let her know I took off that Wednesday and they could be delivered then. Turns out, the lady on the phone told me wrong and they couldn’t be delivered until that Thursday. So at this point I have taken off work twice for no reason. Now we’ll skip ahead to to the following Wednesday (one day before delivery)... the weather was getting bad so I called the store and asked if they would be able to do the delivery, she said she wasn’t sure and that the delivery guy would call me if he couldn’t make it. I take off work AGAIN and sit there at the house all day only to not receive the delivery OR a phone call. I called the store 3 times, and couldn’t even leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full. I have now wasted 3 work days, my personal time and my money. To top it all off - the store takes 0 responsibility for the missed delivery dates, couldn’t care less about me missing 3 days of work (and pay), and somehow paints a narrative that it’s my fault. After our first phone call, she ended the conversation with “well, we tried and you weren’t home” - yeah, BECAUSE I DIDN’T LIVE THERE.

Well bought the first dryer and had it 2 months then stopped working. They told me that I would have to pay another 100 dollars to fix it. So I had a junk man come and get it. Bought a another washer and dryer from them because I bought the first dryer for my daughter. Had it about 4 months and the dryer stopped, good thing my friend knew what was wrong with it. Fixed it. The washer barely works. I will never buy anything from them again. The staff was nice.

Staff missed delivery appointment.When they finally came they just hooked it up and left. They are supposed to balance the washer and dryer to minimize shaking. But they had broken the leg. They knew it was broken, but they didn’t care. And just left it that way.I’m being really serious when I say it’s not just a discount appliance you are buying, but cheap service.Spend a little bit extra and go to a shop that actually gives something resembling a damn.Super disappointing to see this. The girl in the shop was super nice through all of this, though.

The lady that works this store is so sweet and helped me get the right appliance for the price that was perfect for my budget. will definitely be back for a mattress in the future!

Realizing these are refurbished appliances, but priced accordingly its still good moneyI have had nothing but trouble with the washer & dryer I bought there. Washer compltely quit, less than a year. Would not recommend buying these used appliances.

Avoid this place like the plague. Their appiiances are returns from lowes, which are the lowest grade and factory rejects sold at a discount to lowes. Sure the prices are great, if the appliances work. However, if you have a problem there is absolutely no help. There is a number for service, there is just no service. When you call the manager of the store she says she will call them. After 2 weeks still no call back after several attempts. So basically you are better off buying something used from craigslist.

Customer Service was fantastic all the way around, helped me find exactly what I needed, delivered and installed!! Couldn’t be happier, prices was great & I will be back!!

Walked in not knowing what to expect, it has been 8 months now my Samsung Refrigerator and stove is perfect that I paid 1/3 the prices other stores ask for it and I LOVE my cooling mattress!!! This company did not disappoint, Thank You Mako!!

This place is so clean and neat made my OCD feel at home. The manager Stephanie was so nice jumped right up when I walked in and went right to helping me and my husband she knew about her appliances like the back of her hand and was so kind made us feel welcomed. We bought some appliances for our rental properties and to this day they are still doing great they are the only ones I will go to or point people to. I won’t mess with any other employee but Stephanie she is the best ☺️
