Great items for cheap prices. Clean store and friendly staff. I love the deals that they have compared to Walmart.

This is a nice clean organized store and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I also like the drive up service for time when I am rushed.

Store was clean, well-stocked. Main aisles werent over-crowded like they always are at Wal-Mart! Target is a much better shopping experience!

The only place I can go and actually find shorts or pants with a string in the waist that actually works for the small waisted boys that have long legs. Reasonable price. Store is organized and not cluttered and easy to find what you are looking for.

5/16/21 8:30 am- I was followed throughout the store while shopping in the baby section. Upon check out I noticed that only self checkouts were available. Checked to see if this was my only option. Yes. As soon as a white lady walked up. The same attendant monitoring self-checkout opened register 5 for her.

Nice place, good, fast service and you can find almost anything, good quality products and a Pizza Hut and a Starbucks inside.

Found all products I was looking for with ease. Prices were clearly displayed. Self-checkout was fast. Had to have an employee assist with price of a sale item at the self-check out but they fixed it immediately without a problem.

A little different than the target in my area but I found what I needed with ease.

I came to this target to purchase an item and was told that it was not set to have been released yet despite it being on the shelves and instead of working with me to fix the mistake of employees putting it out on the shelves, they simply took the item and walked away in a hurry. This item was part of a collection and the whole collection was placed on the shelves. Waste of time and gas to have not been able to make a purchase. Highly disappointed! Bad customer service!

I noticed they only schedule one cart attendant to hand push carts by themselves. Apparently the cart machine has been broken for a long time. Shame on this target.

Great store, selection, and service

Its a great store with a friendly staff. Unfortunately, now that they have opened their self checkout it is miserable. You cannot get cash back or receive your bonus coupons without waiting on somebody to come over. They have also resorted to only having one to two actual checkout lines open which now puts Walmart in the lead for checkout speed.

Went in to buy something today, which is the 3rd of the month and there was 1 checkout open. Worse than Walmart. This is sad!! Would give them no stars if it would let me.

I absolutely love love love Target!! Personally, they have better choices all the way around. Some say their stuff is more expensive, to some degree it is. Targets quality and style choices are better!!! The customer service cant be beat!!! I have never went in Target and had someone completely ignore when I asked for help for something. Checkout persons are always friendly. The Starbucks inside is a nice touch. Oh and the bathrooms cant be beat!! Almost always clean. I will say though that I buy my groceries at Food Lion.

I prefer Target over Walmart any day. They have more than one cashier. The store is always clean and uncluttered. The end caps for the most part has the clearance items and best deals. Dont forget to use the CARTWHEEL APP for extra savings.

Very bad customer service every time I have been here.

Called customer service; I thought I had left my purse in a cart outside (ended up my mother had grabbed it, instead). The CSR I spoke to on the phone (Im over an hour from the store) immediately made me feel as though they were on the case! I called back shortly to let them know it had been found. She was happy for a positive outcome. Team members had been actively looking for it since I had called. Thank you!

I like the store. But when calling 800 number was put On hold 30 minutes then was hung up on accidentally I guess. Called back n put on hold 40 minutes, the person who answered was foreign n hard time understanding her, we were disconnected, I guess accidentally. Both times I was being transferred. Now on hold again. Well see how it goes. Been 15 minutes so far....

U love this store. They have a Starbucks immediately as you enter with a great staff. They have a mini food bar which is awesome. The sell jamba smoothies, icees, pizza hut pan pizzas to name a few. They always have the best clearance marked prices in a ton of items. I almost break the back whenever I ship here but its worth it! Friendly team members and my kids love it when we come here as well.

Bought a game for Christmas my house got hit and wasn’t able to play it or open it so I opened it today and it was broke when I called the lady said she would exchange it no matter if I had my receipt or not I drove all the way from roxboro and the game had been sold out she told me it wasn’t nothing she could do about it I found my receipt but it was 2 days out of date but I was being honest with her of why I didn’t open the game bc somebody hit my house with a car 2 days before Christmas.. after my sister in law said something bc she was gonna do something without my receipt but no since I had it she finally gave me a in store credit but fussed the whole time.... the worse experience I have ever had there.... always make your customers happy if there being honest

One of the best Targets around this area because most of the other Target locations (Roanoke, Lynchburg) are in huge college towns and dont carry as good of stuff!

I have never in all my life had that bad of customer service. We went in for just a couple of things and looked around clearer to see if there was anything else we may want or need, we found a few things and proceeded to check out once there I asked the lady if she could tell me how much 2 of the things were because they were wants not needs and sometimes things on clearence shelves are not in their appropriate place as these 2 items were well when I said I didnt want them she immediately went from do I have to deal with you to this is crap and its the end of the night get your stuff and go. What is wrong with people.... if you dont want your job its easy to find someone else who would love to have it.

There are never enough registers open so prepare to stand in line. The clothing selections for girls 7-10 is blah and all they offer for boys are old men looking shirts and too highly priced jeans. I only go there to get cosmetics and a few Kombucha drinks. Others seem to come mostly for the Starbucks inside.

Used to treat their employees like dogs and workers very rude. Service has improved some now, could use more training.
