There are 2 locations for The Computer House. One in Harrodsburg and one in Danville KY.They are a local family owned business thats been there 23 years. They sell and repair home and office computers, gaming computers, custom builds, laptops, cell phones, games systems and accessories. They also have different phone services for $20.00 a month unlimited everything.The people that work there are really nice and helpful and very knowledgeable about their products and services.I got my Samsung S9 plus cheaper than anywhere else I looked.I will definitely be visiting again.

I live and work overseas, have International business affairs and need my computer equipment in top condition. For the last couple of years, when I come home to Danville and have problems with my computer I go to Computer House. Fortunately, when I give my computer to Bo for servicing...he is always honest, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and he does a super excellent job servicing whatever computer I bring him. My hard drive crashed a few days ago and I took it to Bo. Although he was unable to fix it and could not retrieve my hard drive information...no fault of his...he broke down what was wrong and even provided me with a reference that could help me. Bo is always kind, generous with his time, he never ever unnecessarily accelerates the problem or level of repair, he is not pretentious and he didnt charge me. I appreciate Bo more than he knows...not only when he repairs my computers and brings them back to life...but equally when he lays it down straight and center. It is always a pleasure to have my equipment serviced and to be always treated in such a courteous, respectful and professional manner by Bo at Computer House. Thanks Bo!

Had a technical problem during my sons final project with no time for delays, and the Computer House went out of their way to get us fixed, fast and in a hurry!! Kudos Computer House!!!

I appreciate the prompt and courteous help I received for my computer issues. Charles resolved it quickly and competently, and he cleaned my keyboard (sticky keys) to boot without extra charge. The price was more than reasonable! I recommend this place.

I had an iPhone issue that att wouldn’t touch. My phone needed a hard reset on Saturday afternoon. I had no idea how to fix it. I ran in there almost in tears. The man listened to me and let me know he was closing in four minutes but said he’d take a look. 50 minutes later I was up and running 😃 he went out of his way and on his time to help me. I highly recommend this business!! Good people.

Very helpful staff. Backed up my phone to my computer for no charge. Worked on my phone and didnt charge when they determined it unfixable. Didnt try to sell me unnecessary stuff.

They do work fast sloppy and warranted only 90 day 89 to 90 day it broke so they would not refix. They put a smaller hard drive then what was to really be in the computer

I spent all day trying to figure out how to get my laptop out of tablet mode. I tried everything but the right thing. It prevented me from attending an online class and writing a paper. Took it to the Computer House and he had it fixed in approximately 10 seconds! I’m such an idiot but this guy was great. He showed me what to do next time and refused any payment. This is my computer repair guy from now on. Highly recommend!

Ive found that you.can ask them about things and theyll tell you about it,. I bought a used computer from them, it works great!! They knew everything about it, they have layaway with no service fee, and they stand behind what they sell, I got a 90 day warranty on my computer, had a key come loose, they fixed it for me, quickly. Wouldnt ever buy a computer from Walmart, no one knows nothing about them, & to get it fixed is a royal pain in the butt.

He was very high on an iphone se he wanted 149.00. Thats high for a disconntinued phone for page plus. But at least he was kind of friendly an clean looking store .

They built my first gaming PC years back and did a great job.

I took my laptop there for new battery and virus protection. Battery was bad and my virus protection didnt work. I havent been back and wont be back cant give them a good name or give him anymore business. Was a trouble and bad experience with his work.

The computer house in Danville Ky is a horrible place with a rude owner who shouldnt even be in business. Me and my significant other purchased two laptops and immediately we had issues out of them.When we brought them back to be fixed we were treated with a disrespectful sarcastic attitude by the owner who frankly needs lessons in common decency and customer service. I would not recommend this place as not only do they not give refunds, warranties that hold up when you need your laptop repaired or even a friendly attitude. We had to end up selling our laptops instead of spending an additional $90 dollars to get them repaired when it was under a month of our purchase date.

The manager there is very unprofessional. I dropped my phone off on a Friday. I was quoted a price, and the screen had to be ordered and that the truck didnt run on Saturday but I would have my phone either that Monday or Tuesday. The manager calls me Monday night at 6 oclock saying he had just had time to check his email and they were out of that part. He also tells me its going to cost me 280 instead of 220. My question to him was why didnt you call me earlier. His response was, I was swamped and had just gotten around to it. Very unprofessional. I got my phone back Tuesday, took it to CPR in Lexington and had it back in a little over an hour.

Took my phone there to have a screen replaced after it I haven’t had nothing but trouble. Took it to Apple they said it’s because the screen wasn’t an Apple screen. So I had to pay for another screen. I don’t recommend at all!
