Great service! Did an online order pickup and staff was efficient and easy to get my order out the door. I was even able take a cart out to my car being the item was heavy.

Always a quality product, often coupon readily accepted. TODAY, additional sale prices and attentive staff resulted a $30 planned purchase being much larger. Great savings, and we know from experience that any change of mind/need, our purchase will be cheerfully refunded with receipt!

I have worked in customer service for 14years and I will say this. Customers pay my salary and if they dont shop I dont work!! that being said chris needs to work on his customer service.

Nice and clean. Loaded with neat and useful stuff. Mainly household items. Shop here a good bit. My only complaint about this location is a guy that works the front register. Seems like hes been there many of the times Ive been in the last 4years. Hes kind of nice but a but passive aggressive and not helpful. Hes a big detourant of us shopping at this location.

Always a good store to go in

Always good selection of items here, very well organized, and compelling coupons every now and then. This is a good place to come for a much wider selection of items than big box stores. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Only complaint I could make is this shopping center can be busy and somewhat of a pain getting in and out in busy times of the year.

The female employee assisting me was fantastic, and she was great helping me with all the clearance items which clearly pulled my attention. However, upon having to return these items days later at a different store, it was another employee who pointed out that sadly (much to my misfortune) I had been overcharged not once, but twice, on two items which ended up costing me an extra $50. Now I too, am at fault for not focusing my attention to my receipt or the fact I was spending much more than I intended, but its not my responsibility to ring up merchandise correctly. I sure am glad I made those returns.

As I was leaving last weekend the handles of my shopping bag broke and the bag went crashing to the ground. I got home and realized one of the candles I bought had broke. BB&B exchanged the candle two days later without hesitation. Great customer service! I will definitely be back.

This place used to be the best in customer service but its lost its appeal. New district management has taken over and its clear. Most of the employees have left, the store isnt as appealing, and the product knowledge isnt what it once was.

Talked to store manager concerning zero water Systems he said yes took me straight to them what I was looking for was not there. Offered to go online. Found what I wanted. Made the order. shipped it to my house free. Great experience. 5 minutes flat.

Some of their products are very good, however some are very, very bad. I got shower curtain hooks that were advertised as brushed aluminum, but it turns out they were just plastic that were painted to be brushed aluminum. Worse yet, 3 of the 12 broke upon trying to install them on a normal sized showe rod. Incredibly disappointing.Products are very hit or miss, but the staff are very friendly and helpful, which is the only thing saving this place from a 1 star.

I witnessed a manager handle a few clients very harsh about them wearing mask improperly how many of us have done that? some times it is all about your tone when speaking to customers.

Very nicely laid out with inventory. We found what we needed all except the glass coffee mugs as their design wasnt what we were looking for is all.

Love the fresh smell walking in the door and really love the coupons! The printed coupons from the mail / paper inserts expire, but BB&B always accepts them. (the digital expires and cannot use) I always find more than I went in for.

We go here fairly regularly because of the big selection of stuff! We got a pestle and mortar for the kitchen and a sleep eye cover. Alot of stuff online aswell.
