This business is great. From the moment we walked in door the customer service was awesome. Ryan was very helpful and courteous with our estimate and the manager Brett was totally awesome and professional. They did a great job on a car we had purchased thru Caravana and the warranty company sent us to them after pointing out a few things before our 7 day trial period was up. Through their very busy season with covid, hail storm repair etc they had our job done in just a few weeks. I will go to them for any future needs. Also the front office staff were super nice and professional. You will not go wrong with them.

On top of doing an excellent job on my repairs, they went above and beyond by fixing other small things that I was concerned about, when they had no obligation to do so. I hope to not have to deal with something like this again, but I can without a doubt say if I do, this is absolutely where I will be taking my car!

We were hit from behind with damage to only the rear bumper and tow package. I didnt have to have the repair work done immediately but I got Joe Hudsons to do the estimate within a few days and then waited on the insurance company. I received a couple of calls from Joe Hudsons to check on my status. They were understanding and patient.I turned my truck in to Joe Hudsons early one morning. I received regular updates on the status of the repair. Mid-afternoon, the called to say my truck was ready. When I picked up the truck, it looked amazing as if nothing bad had ever happened to it. They also gave her a good washing!Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. The repair work was top-notch. I couldnt ask for a better repair experience.

I took my 2018 car with 12,000 miles in for minor repairs caused by backing into a pole going less than 5 mph. Mark, the manager, told me that my axle was bent and needed to be replaced. When I said that didnt make sense he said he was going to educate me and my husband about axles. I demanded that my car be looked at by the dealership before proceeding. The dealership determined that the axle was fine. Im not sure if the manager is incompetent or if he was trying to get extra money out of the insurance. Either way, I wont be back!

Very poor customer service, definitely wont be back ever.Dropped by here on a lunch break to get an estimate on some repairs. Was informed by a somewhat rude receptionist that couldnt understand why I would think they offered walk-in estimates like every other body shop, that this wasnt an option. Despite their next appointment being a mere 20 minutes away, there was no attempt made to accommodate in any way.I left immediately and had an estimate in hand in less than 15 minutes from another very friendly local shop down the road.

They were excellent in keeping me informed of the repairs every step of the way. The finish was beautiful! I only wish they would have asked me about the other little dings and touching up them for an additional charge since the car was already out of service.

The whole process was handled very professionally. Appointments were scheduled on time and I was notified at each step on the progress of my repair. I could even look online to see the status of my repair whenever I wanted. They cleaned my car before returning it to me and the repairs were done properly. I will use them again if I ever need another repair.

Derek, the manager, is very difficult to contact. He told us he would have my car door part painted within a week. When it wasn’t done, Derek claimed a car dealership brought in cars for repair and he was behind. Obviously, regular customers aren’t as important. The dealerships get priority there. Derek took my car part to someone else for repair ( guess they weren’t talented enough to paint a door)and my car part was picked up to be recycled without any contact with us or our permission. We had to make several trips to Joe Hudson and many calls to Derek before the truth finally came out. We had to be paid for the car part they scrapped. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have certainly gotten the run around.

Repairs on my vehicle were so well done, I cannot see any evidence of the accident damage remaining. Daves estimate was accurate, except for the replacement of the rear door latch. Kudos to Rebecca for staying a while longer on Friday so I could pick up my van without having to wait until the following Monday.

My fiancé had work done on her car and the work was done awesome, but there was a small issue with the manager... When picking the car up, he seemed to be slurring a bit and told us to hold on... He went and got someone else to bring her the car... It seemed as if the manager was on something or not all there.. When we asked questions prior to receiving the car, he had no answers for us... It was a really weird situation for the both of us. This company came highly recommended to us, but it seemed as if the front office/manager didn’t know anything!!

The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The cost estimator was courteous and detailed. The update emails were helpful. It seems that once the vehicle is transferred to the service staff, the estimator looses contact and or control. To me the estimator is the representative to the customer and should be involved in the entire process and have the final call on the quality of the service. I assume this is not the case. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle I paid the balance due on the invoice and listened to the rehearsed verbiage on pleasing the customer, before my vehicle was brought up to view. Immediately I noticed a severe flaw in the paint job (peeling) and a flaw in the chrome grill....obviously there was no quality control involved in my situation. When I pointed out the issues, they were quickly noted and apologies were made. The vehicle was taken back to service. After a week plus of no updates....I guess the email/text updates are not for correcting mistakes made....I contacted the office and I felt like the forgotten customer. An update could not be shared and It seemed I had to remind them who I was. They did kindly offer to get back with me. I appreciated that and maybe my feelings, of not being on the TOP of the list of importance, are not warranted. I do feel I pre paid for a service not completed properly. Please understand I am not in a hurry, I just want the car returned in perfect order, with all the issues that were verbally discussed, completely resolved (to include an irritating noise caused by the accident). I am patiently waiting. I do not feel that what happened to me is the standard of service, but it did happen this one time. I would recommend and would use again.Thank you.

One star because you have to leave one to leave a review. I took my truck to Joe Hudson 4 times for the same repair and the issue was still unresolved. When I returned for the fifth time they said I would need to take it somewhere else. This is after they received nearly $3000 dollars for a job they failed to complete. I have since spoken with other people in our community who had similar horror stories with this company. DO NOT take your vehicle to Joe Hudson for repairs.

I had a ton of issues but management and area management took steps to make it right. I just can’t go back a 4th time to correct the paint with trash dried into it. The panels that were destroyed in the shop were not even damaged when I dropped off my like new car.

I just had my pride and joy, Cadillac SRX, repaired here from a front end collision. Nobody was hurt but my poor cadi. I can tell you I am the most picky person there is when it comes to my cars. I have 5. You could say its my hobby and passion.The staff here was the most professional and nice people I have had dealing with in a very long time. I cant say enough about the front desk staff(I think it was Ronda) and the estimator. I dont remember her name. Sorry. I went in to pick up my car totally in a bad mood expecting to find at least 1 blemish to raise $&@@ about but Ill tell you there work was nest to perfect. I know what to look for. I have been restoring cars and done plenty of body work in my day and still do. There work is a 10 out of 10. If not, they will do whatever it takes to make you happy. I left there feeling very good about the experience.Now, like everything, you get what you pay for. Everyone knows that. Everyone has had a time when you wish you had just paid a professional and not a back yard weekend warier. They are not the cheapest but I will promise you it will be worth the extra few bucks.. I will definitely use them again but hopefully I wont have too. Lol

The absolutely worst atmosphere I have ever experienced in retail. The service person who didnt even bother to introduce himself looked at me as if I was speaking a different language and didnt seem to understand the internet claims procedure. These other comments here that compliment this place on its courteousness have got to be a joke. I left immediately and went down the street to Jubilee and was told that I was like the 10th person this week that said the same thing about Hudson! This is a small community Hudson, but you are not the only service center here, and I can not imagine anyone bringing their business to your facility!Horrible!!!

JHCC got my GMC Acadia on Wednesday for repair. I received messages for the next 2 days with updates. On Thursday afternoon they notified me that my car was ready. A tail light and bumper cover had to be painted and installed. My wife and I have never seen the service that we received at Joe Hudson. The car was a year old this month and it looks as thought it came off the showroom floor at Chris Myers.

The most courteous and helpful body shop I have ever used. And with twoteenage boys I am somewhat more experienced than many!! The work isdone first rate, the charges are fair, and the staff works to keep you up onthe progress so you are never left in the dark. I came here initially at therecommendation of my insurer (USAA) some years ago and have recentlyhad occasion to use them again. Top notch service then, even better now.I dont usually write reviews but this operation deserves the kudoes.
