I came in today to get a service performed on my vehicle. Everyone I encountered was extremely professional and exceptionally nice. They have a really nice customer waiting area with comfortable chairs, charging stations, and clean restrooms. It even has a little waiting area for small children. How lovely! ☺️Overall great experience!

My husband and I arrived at the dealership to look at the new Nissan Frontier, but we were still interested in another vehicle somewhere else. We explained to our salesman Austin B., he understood and wasnt pushy or spoke negatively about our other options, unlike the other location we went to when we explained our harddecision as we liked both. We arrived back at Matt Bower, and Austin greeted us again and not once did he come off pushy. Austin B. Was very pleasant, humble, and made our car buying experience very nice. I purchased a new vehicle on Sept 1st 2021. Ron Coleman was my salesman. I informed him I already was approved for financing and I would like to use my approved financing. He informed me Nissan motor credit had a 2.9 interest rate I gave him permission to try for financing with Nissan motor credit. No other creditors. I have received at least 10 letters in the mail from creditors that they tried to get me approved through when I already had financing. I understand getting a lower interest rate but the other creditors obviously were not lower than the 2.9. I did not want all them hits on my credit report. This is the third new car we have bought in 2 years. We plan to buy another Nissan in 2022. I recommend Sandy sansing Nissan in Pensacola. Ask for Ryan. Also they put nitrogen in your tires and locking lug nuts which is not required and charge you the added expense. You do not have to have nitrogen in your tires. My initial salesman was Anne

I had a great car buying experience here. I had done my research ahead of time and they had the best deals I could find. Once I was there Mike helped us with a test drive and we looked at several other cars. He never rushed us and we never felt pressured. It was a relief that we could really take our time and make sure we were making the right choice. The financing process was super easy and painless and Derico was so pleasant to work with. Recently had a trip from Louisville Ky to Daphne Al. My car had gone into limp mode and wouldnt go above 1k rpm. Had replaced gas pedal and throttle body myself and couldnt get it to relearn. Enter service dept phone call. Dropped it off and they did the relearn. Left and it had same issue. Came back and the mechanic DJ, who is under Bo the service writer, stayed on his own time to figure out the problem and had it fixed by 10am. They saved me almost a thousand dollars for a truck and trailer to tow my car home. The service these guys offer is above and beyond the definition of service. These guys treated me like family! I have a 2019 Nissan Altima and have had it serviced here a couple times and seem to have nothing but problems. First time I was here I had my oil changed and they left the oil fill cap off and my entire engine bay was coated in oil. I took it back and they made a poor attempt to clean it up while I had to wait. The second time my door lock quit working and I could only get it fixed at the dealership. I was charged almost $1,400, spent two half days there that I had to take off of work and less than five hours after I left my passenger door does lock, it just won’t open. When I called I was sent to voicemail twice when asking the operator to speak to someone before being told that they will try to get someone to call me Monday. I am beyond frustrated with them.

Very poor. We purchased a Nissan Kicks from them because they had vehicles in stock. We live in Pensacola and inventory here was low due to the car shortage. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase in 3 years and the worst car buying experience we have had. The salesman was very pushy and kept trying to play me against my husband, although my husband was the one purchasing the vehicle. We were already pre-appoved through PenAir and we told them that. They told us Nissan was offering 2.9% percent so we agreed to apply through them. Imagine our surprise when we got several other credit hits for other financing. We were approved with Nissan so we are not sure why they checked other places. Then they wanted to charge way over sticker price and add a fee for filling the tires with Nitrogen - we didnt ask for that and were not paying for that. In the end we are happy with our vehicle - we replaced a previous Nissan Kicks that was totaled - but we would never buy from them again.

ChickFil A type customer service!!! Went to them because I smelled antifreeze, and to diagnose my backup lights/sensor issue. Well ended up needing a radiator and a recommended tune up due to the age and mileage, and SHANE took great care of me!! I will be taking my Armada to them anytime I have an issue and I would recommend anyone that needs a Nissan serviced to Matt Bowers Eastern Shore Nissan!!

After 2 bad experiences with Nissan of Mobile, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with the service advisor at Matt Bowers! I needed to have my wifes car service & was rained out at work, so I called to see if they could do it that day. The service advisor I spoke with (Shay) said there was a couple of cars ahead of me in line, but they would be glad to squeeze me in. I wish I could give 10 stars!!! I was on a hunt for a specific model and year and of course low miles when I was lucky enough to find Mike, Jeremy, and Justin at Nissan! Whew! Stress relievers!!! Being short staffed at work and living in Pensacola made it a very hard task to get over to look at the vehicle that I wanted. They constantly kept in touch with me via text message and phone calls and even did a video of the vehicle so I didn’t have to drive all the way over there and then came to my house to deliver it! We did the paperwork right from kitchen table!!I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service at Nissan.Financing was super easy and everyone worked with me very well on the numbers that I wanted to make sure that I got the vehicle I wanted!!

I don’t know if people read this but anywayNegotiations with mrs Vanessa were ok until I could not make it to the day for test drive . I went next day and she told me she had day off that day, it was ok for me but I sent all documents via email and we agreed with price after trade in so again I had to do more paperwork with a new salesman .Fiancé guy was ok until I said I dknt wanna buy nothing else, no extra warranty no protection for leather etc . His face turn mad and I can feel the upset on him . Sorry bro but I’m not interested .I went back next day to turn in the title of my trade in and Mrs Vanessa was there . She didn’t even have the one min time to said thank you or at least said a word to me . I handle the title to the finance guy and leave .No good experience of all .

Worked with a sales woman named Tessa, she was great and read each step of the process with me. knew when to ask the right questions, wasnt pushy, and easy to talk to during those lulls like waiting for credit checks and running numbers etc. Would be happy to work with her again or recommend a friend to her. Was very patient with me as well.The facility was nice, bigger than most Nissan dealerships Ive seen, had a fair selection of the vehicle I wanted. The other staff was very courteous as well, I believe I worked with a manager named Voss as well. Nice guy liked to talk with you but wasnt overbearing like many managers I met while doing this.Will update this as I go along as I interact with service department.

My family will never be returning to this dealership, you misdiagnosed my mothers vehicle not ONCE, but TWICE and expect people to pay for repairs that did not fix the complaint she came in for, its a shame we were planning on buying a new Nissan next year after tax returns, but the dealership doesnt care, I hope stealing from people is worth losing customers who have no problem fixing their cars at the dealership and buying new cars from the same dealership.

Incredibly unprofessional. Never write reviews but this place is special. Called to ask about a truck in which they said it will be ready next week. They called me the next day, we confirmed an appointment. Day of the appointment (hours before) I simply called to make sure the vehicle was still there and asked for them to confirm the truck was there for sure, a gentleman said he would send pics and confirmation no problem. Long story short, I never received pictures or a confirmation after speaking with four different people and never received a call back after they all said they would return the call. They all also said they would confirm the vehicle was there. Waste of time and effort dealing with this dealership. The strange lack of communication and the tremendously large amount of unprofessionalism with this dealership far exceeds anything I have experienced before. Save yourself a hassle, there’s obviously far better out there.

We were contacted and drove 4 1/2 hours from Jackson, MS to trade our vehicle in but when we arrived they had no clue about a trade, but we were contacted about our 2018 Maxima for the trade. They contacted us about trading we didn’t contact them. We had to ask several times to speak to the manager but he didn’t want to come to speak to us. They did offer to fill our tank but we refused. A tank of gas for 9 hours of wasted time. I would have given zero stars if they would allow me too, they don’t deserve the one star that it makes you do. They know who we are and we would appreciate a call from the general manager because the treatment we received was beyond satisfactory.

Me and my fiancé had a belt fall off on May 10th and went here to get it fixed since we weren’t from around here and it happened right on their exit. Not even 8 days later, we found out the belt they replaced was loose because the bolt was broken. If the bolt was broken then already they should have noticed it because it was something we’re fixing. I have contacted them a few times since then but have heard no response. The manager didn’t seem like he cared when I spoke on the phone with him. My fiancé could have gotten in a wreck had he going down the interstate. We payed $600 for them to fix the car then turn around had to have my father fix it. There was no apology or anything from the manager. This is extremely unprofessional. I have even emailed them pictures. If nothing is done, since they clearly can’t email me back, I will post the managers name in the review and call the head office. This is dangerous. Not only that, they lied to us about extras things we needed fixed. We got those items that they said that we needed to be replaced checked out and both things were perfectly fine and DID NOT NEED A REPLACEMENT. They took advantage of our situation because we told them we were out of town. This unacceptable and they will not get away with this.

Went to look at a vehicle took it for a test drive. That was all fine. What was not fine is the manipulation of numbers. Specifically asked not to run my credit with sales person as a witness (admitted in writing) because I needed to think it over. When I left I got an alert that they ran my credit. My fault, I should not have given all my information but when someone says dont and you do it anyway that is not ok. You lost at least my business for good.

My wife and I visited Matt Bowers on a Saturday to test drive a used truck. During the test drive the truck was making a strange noise. The salesperson said the service shop was closing but they would check things out Monday morning and she would call me when everything was done. I told her great, looking forward to making a deal with them. I called back around lunch Monday because I haven’t heard from them yet. Finally I spoke to a sales manager and he told me he would check on it and call me back. Needless to say, never heard back from him. After many attempts to get in touch with him I decided to go to the dealership. As I pull in the parking lot I see a salesperson handing the key to the truck I was interested in to someone who just purchased it. WOW!!!!!! I finally got in touch with the sales manager and he said they were holding the truck for them because they looked at it before I did. He said he had just found out about it 30 minutes ago. Yeah right. He didn’t even sound like he cared how I was treated. So much for customer satisfaction. More like whoever gets me the money first. I will never go back.

I’ve always been Leary of getting my oil changed at the dealer because they tend to want to sell you other services at the same time. To my surprise my experience was the opposite. They were not pushy at all. My oil change was cheaper than the 5 min oil change place I was using. I also needed a recall repair and I was provided a courtesy car. At first, I was quite impressed, but later I was given too many price changes. After I had picked up my car and had driven to Daphne, I discovered my windows would not up automatically. I called back to talk to the service manager. I was told that he was with a costumer and he would return my call. That was Friday and today is Monday (after 6pm) and no one has contacted yet, about my concerns. I also wanted to know when my next oil change would be ; after all, I paid not only for the service that was rendered but answers to questions I have.

Had to give one star would not let me give zero stars...Contacted salesman about a vehicle at another Matt Bowers dealership in Louisiana on Wednesday we asked if they could have the vehicle delivered to their dealership. We also asked if was going to cost extra to have it delivered that we could go to the other dealership, the salesman said no and it would not be a problem to have it delivered. Asked us when we could come in the do the deal, we said Friday at 9:00. We arrived on Friday, met with the salesman, and the vehicle is not there and they are trying to sale us another vehicle that we were not interested in and by the way it was filthy, dog hair, seats were stained and did not smell good at all. We told them we wanted The other one not the one they were trying to sale us. So they contacted the other dealership and the one we want had been sold. They had from Wednesday to have the other vehicle locked in for us and and have it ready on Friday but they had never even tried working with their other dealer to have it ready for us on Friday. They wasted our time we could have drove 45 minutes more from our house to the other dealer. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership!

After a kid pulled out in front of me and totaling out my truck I had to replace it before he disowned me.Went and saw my man Ricky Pierre-Louis down at Matt Bowers and to say he hooked me up would be an understatement. I have never in my life had such a flawless, painless, and dare I even say enjoyable experience at purchasing a new truck. He knew what I was looking for and wouldn’t let me settle for anything less. He even went above and beyond to make sure that I got more of what I wanted for the same price I was looking for. So not only from me, but Jake as well, we want to say thank you Ricky!!

I was paying cash for my car and specifically stated several times that I did not want my credit run. I was told that it wouldn’t. Next day I get a notification from credit monitoring that a credit inquiry was done by this dealership. Very shady business dealings. After bringing to their attention they provided me two oil changes. Now I have to wait two years for this hard inquiry to drop off. You should not be running anyone’s credit unless they are going to finance through your dealership. Can’t recommend you to anyone for this type of practice.

I found a vehicle on their website that interested me and made the >1-hour drive to check it out. The price plastered on the windshield matched the price on their website. I was obviously going to haggle a bit, but I didn’t expect to get much off the advertised price. After a quick test drive, I was ready to start the purchase process.I was shocked when they came out with a paper that had a price about $8,000 more than the advertised price on both their website and the windshield of the car. I told them I’d like to start there and then talk. After a little bit of waiting they came back with a new price that was still much larger than the advertisement (about $1,800 more).I told them no thanks and that I was still interested but wanted to see a paper that matched the advertised price.This is blatant false advertising in my opinion. It’s no different than buying something at the grocery store to be told a completely different and larger price at the register than what the price tag says.I’m disappointed my time was wasted, and I’m certain other people will have their time a wasted as well.For what it’s worth, the staff was polite throughout. I see this as a much bigger issue. My assumption is they are simply following the training provided to them and the policies Matt Bowers apparently views as appropriate.I’d love to hear an explanation but doubt I ever will. Is this normal practice for car dealerships?...to advertise a price on their website and the windshield of a vehicle just to then say “well, we can’t actually offer that price...that price includes discounts and rebates you’re not eligible to receive.” It sounds pretty ludicrous to me.

Looking to buy a car talked to Robert Mennicucci he showed me several cars, and was very courteous and a straight shooter. I would recommend anyone to come by and speak to Robert. The whole dealership staff if very nice and courteous. Highly reccomend.

Was unable to return home to Jackson, MS due to starting problems with my Armada. Used the key drop and left the truck for service the next day after speaking to a wonderful gal on the phone. Oil change and tire rotation, service person made me aware of brake pad situation. I was not able to take care of then but he was concerned and I assured him I would let my husband know when I got home. Purchased brake pads from Auto part place, husband installed, and they were as bad as technician stated. Appreciated his concern and thoroughness.
