Traveling to MS and tire was destroyed by something in the road. Put on the spare but still had too far to go before our end destination to travel on it for too long. Despite being extremely busy, this location got us up and running with a brand new tire in less than an hour. The customer service was excellent and all of the associates we spoke to were so polite.

The people who are working here clearly wish they were not at work! No one acknowledged me when I went inside to ask about an oil change so I stood there waiting and finally I said something to them so they responded with, “if you want to drop it off and pick it up tomorrow afternoon…. We are appointment only and since no one wants to work we are understaffed and you won’t find a place who isn’t because no one wants to work….” Since he knows everything, he needs to add to his knowledge that Express Oil is right down the road and is staffed with nice people who are doing one oil change after the other with smiles on their faces!

This was an AWESOME experience FRED us the advisor name on my receipt was super nice worked me in, in a VERY TIMELY manner even though they are so short handed, as most people are right now. Fred has done work on my car for almost 5 years. I rarely run into unexpected issues but if something does come up. I can drop my car off to get it checked out and fix for a reasonable price. The entire staff is great, and always provides detailed explanation of things.

I’ve been going to this location for more than a couple of years and have always received great, prompt, honest service. It’s always worst though when a dependable place lets you down.I walked in at 4:45 PM tonight and asked for an oil change and the guy told me they’re done for the night and most of the guys are going home. I asked if they close at 7:00 and he said, “Yes” but that I could make an appointment for another day.What is the point of being open until 7:00 if you’re done working before 5:00? There were 3 cars in the shop and a whole lot of empty spots. It’s not like I walked in at 6:45 asking for an oil change and I also didn’t walk in at 4:45 asking for an engine rebuild, new tires and an alignment.I was disappointed tonight in this approach to turning away business. I hope they work to improve this process and find a way to accommodate customers through all hours of their open day. The worst experience a customer can have with a business is no business at all because they were turned away.12/20/19 Update: Both Customer Relations and the Store Manager contacted me after the review to discuss the situation. Apologies were given and an explanation that what happened was not usual practice and it would be addressed. Thanks to both parties for the courtesy.

Everyone was very kind and accommodating and helped us get our tire fixed in less than 30 minutes. we called so many places and they were the only ones were able to help us get a new tire. i’m very very happy and grateful for their help!!

This was the best tire store experience we have ever had at a time when we were more desperate than we have ever been. We are on a road trip with 6 kids and in a jam packed rental suburban when got a flat tire 3 states from home close to midnight. We changed out to the spare tire and made it to our hotel for the night. The next morning we got up early and got the tire patched. But it was still leaking. We got it patched a second time. It seemed to be holding and we got back on the road. However we quickly realized that our leak was still there. We started desperately calling every tire store between Mississippi and Florida. This Firestone was the only one willing to fit us in so we kept filling the tire with air and drove to them. We pulled in with 22 psi fully prepared to wait for several hours knowing they had a full and busy schedule but were grateful they were helping us.They contacted enterprise rental car for us. They had a replacement tire and they got us in and out in under 20 minutes. Fred Dawkins- the manager - went above and beyond in his help for us. Additionally Carlos and Kristen helped us with tire size and managing all our needs.They all three deserve employee of the year. Their awesome customer service helped us turn our 12 hour tire nightmare into the past.Thank you thank you thank you!

Honest, thorough, and reasonable... They have my business.

Stay far away from this place, especially if you are a woman. My car was making a loud noise, which I thought had something to do with a tire. They called me with a list of $1200 worth of suggested repairs. Four hours later, I picked it up and the noise hadnt changed a bit. Finally, they decided that it was the front left wheel bearings, which had never been mentioned. I had to bring my car back in Saturday to have that repair, which was under warranty. Also, they put a gash in my dashboard somehow, but will not admit that they did it. I will never go back there again.

The team did a great job working on both mine and my husbands vehicles. They fit us into their schedule quickly and showed us where the areas of concern were before fixing them. I appreciated Fred taking the time to explain what needed to be done (and letting me use my coupon I found online when it couldnt load - haha). Everyone seems to enjoy their job and treat each other with respect which is nice to see, especially on hot hot days!

One would think that Firestone would be able to mount stock tires on any vehicle. That is not the case with this location as recommended by tire rack. This is the second time i have visited this location. The first time was with another vehicle and they were not very enthusiastic about installing tires then so i went to another tire store. Please ensure you call ahead to determine what service they are willing to provide.

These guys exceeded my expectations, would definitely recommend! Im not sure how it is without an appointment, but in my case my appointment was at 11am and they took me right in on time. I recommend downloading their app it is super useful and you can make appointments directly in the app

Carlos was wonderful to deal with and took great care of both of our cars.

When we called, we were told a set of 4 tires we wanted were available. When we arrived, they only had 2 and they had to search for other tires to get a matching set. Felt a bit misled by the guy who answered the phone, but the lady who helped us onsite was very accommodating.

First time using Firestone in Daphne, AL. I Was surprised they were open on Sundays. Called to verify and spoke to Joseph. Extremely nice guy, who was able to get me taken care of, even though they were going to close in a few hours. He showed me an estimated price up front, and after the work was completed the price never changed. I was thinking I needed rear brake pads replaced, however they verified and said they were good for a little longer, helping me save money at this time. These guys were great and Ill be using the Firestone in Daphne, AL for all my auto mechanic needs.

We had a hiccup on the way back from vacation. They provided amazing service! We waited a long time because they went get tires from another place to get us on the road that same day. Kristian and Bo are outstanding!

Good price on installation when you buy tires on line. The installation itself is fine...........HOWEVER, they will over torque your lug nuts and you will NOT get them off on the side of the road. I watched the guy air wrench each lug nut on then get the torque wrench out and one click each lug. It one clicked because they were already on at 300 ft.lbs. I did my brakes a few weeks after the tire install and had to jump on a two foot breaker bar to loosen each lug nut and I am 220 lbs.......of course this is after I rounded one lug nut with an impact wrench trying to get it off.ALWAYS insist on NO air wrench for reinstalling lug nuts.......socket and mechanical torque wrench only.

Thorough service, hard working agreeable staff. The lobby is kept very nice and clean it boasts a small area for small kids to sit and watch the large screen tv. There is a charging station for electronics and complimentary coffee. The facilities are also kept clean and tidy. I will definitely be returning to this location in the near future for more service as it was very fairly priced and as I mentioned before, thorough work.

Wow, its Sunday. Theyre open, which is the first miracle, and there is a queue of 8 cars in front of me waiting to get service. A young man named Tony L comes out with a clipboard before I even park and asks me what I need. I say I think I have a brake light out. He checks, sure enough, pops the trunk, says it is one of the easily accessible kind, says hold on, Ill be right back. Within 2 minutes, hes changed my light bulb. Says, have a great day. I say, bless you! Service doesnt get any better than that!

They were really helpful last night and this morning. They were thorough with communication and finished the job, installing a new alternator and battery, quickly. The staff was super friendly and easy to work with.

The old place I went to in town that I always went to get my oil change damaged my car and I actually ended up having to pay for it. I said I would never give them a dime and looked for another place quickly. When I came to Firestone I was greeted in a friendly manner and the guy at the counter helped me set an appointment. When it came time for my appointment it was really fast and everyone was friendly and willing to help. I waited 2 hours plus at the other place but with Firestone I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Long day for brake work, but it was done correctly and I was keep informed of the process.

They give you 2 different prices to fix a flat tire. They take forever to come give you direction on what to do.

Our experience with this firestone location was absolutely unacceptable and disappointing not only as far public service but human decency as well. We are from an hour and a half away and had traveled to daphne for our sons wedding. We realized we had a flat tire and only had an hour left to make it to the ceremony. We made it to this firestone location and the employees there were unconcerned with our dilemma, nor the fact that we were about to be late for the wedding, or that is was raining on us. They said the wait would be over two hours before they would even get someone to look at it, and that they didn’t have time to help. They also had no issues pressing their faces to the glass to stare at our flat tire as we drove to Parrish’s service center down the road who were more than willing to go out of their way to help us immediately. Our suggestion would be, if you are in need of repairs or new tires for your car to go to Parrish’s. This firestone location shouldn’t even be in business if they are not willing to help those in need of their services. What a shame.

Simple drive in, drop off, return and repair is complete. Make an appointment to work around your time. Wait in comfortable lobby or walk up the street to a few eateries.

Im from Clearwater Florida and was visiting my parents in Fairhope Alabama when I had a bad tire, I had my car towed to firestone for a valve stem fix, the guy working saw my car come in on the tow truck and literally refused to touch my tires cause they are aftermarket and would not offer any kind of help whatsoever as to where I could bring my car to get fixed, costing me even more money on another tow to a different location.

Purchased my tires in Birmingham. 79,000 miles later my tire blew out. Covered under a road hazard. Tire was replaced at 1/3 the cost of new. Purchase of the warrantee was worth every cent, and the service staff was EXCELLENT!

I was in town from out of State visiting a friend of mine and rode in her car and it had a weird noise...took to them and discovered she had 3 tires with belts seperating. Glad they could fix her up and make her drive safer for miles to come.

They told me my balls joints, idler arms, pitman arms, bearings and seals was all bad and needed to be replaced immediately. They gave me a quote of 2,000 dollars and said that if I cant afford it, to park it and not to drive until I can afford to replace those parts. After shopping around I found and purchased all the parts I needed. I had another Mechanic repair my truck and he informed me that none of those parts were remotely close to being bad. I wasted my time and money because I was told a lie by a supposedly respectful company. As a once loyal customer I will never return.

Thank goodness for this Firestone. I was passing through on my way from Fl to Ms and had a blowout on the interstate. They had the tire I needed and got me back on the road in about an hour. Thanks Firestone.

Needed a tire yesterday (which was Sunday) not many tire places are open on Sundays. Walmart didnt have the tire I needed and pep boys wanted too much for one tire. Firestone was open, gave me a good price for a tire(about 70 bucks cheaper than pep boys) and squeezed me in and got me what I needed even though they were busy and backed up.

I like to start off by saying I travel a lot, and I get all sorts of service. The Manger, Tony gives a whole new name to 5 start customer service. Walmart left we with a warranty and thats for sure, the warranty that I would be dead before I ever claimed the insurance on my tires. 3 out of 5 lug nuts lose, 1600 miles later and a near miss with Alabama not so finest, brings me to Tony.If your uncertain, and really want truth and honest, not just another salesperson. But someone who will sell you what you need and not just a gimic from a wall, You need to find Tony from Firestone! ! !You made a new customer, thats bigger than just a higher sales day!And again and truly thank you, for helping me make it back to my family safe.

Roadside assistance towed wife to Daphne Firestone when she had a blowout (nearby) due to road hazard. Said they could not blow up the donut spare and pressured her (no pun...) to buy a full set of tires. I showed up and took the donut to Goodyear who fixed it for no charge. Beware.
