The personnel at Ford Lumber and Millwork Co. made our purchase and installation a pleasant event. From the sales agent Hope who was very informative on choosing the correct exterior door to Calvin and Victor ( subcontractors for Ford Lumber ) who installed the prehung exterior door in our garage.

My first visit was today. I dont normally give reviews but my experience warranted one. Hope was great in explaining where to search for what I was looking for and the young man who retrieved my molding was nice enough to wrap it for me. Great prices!

Not found what I was looking for, related to security plates and devices for commercial doors. This is a newer and clean location in Daphne, they offer deliveries and installations. Friendly front counter staff.

First and foremost, I am part of a very prestigious construction company that is well known in the area,with that being said customer service is a must and a priority to be successful in this business. My experience here in the Spanish fort location was a very distasteful one as I was only acknowledged once by a lady in the front desk as you come into the building. I came here to buy but had to go elsewhere to get the service and product I needed,the staff here seem to be more interested in their computer and paper processing than helping customers meet their needs, and nevermind the grouchy old lady that looks at you like youre a bother!! I am VERY disappointed in this location, I hope the management cares enough to take care of this issue. I also had a customer whos other half worked here and was mistreated to her maximum and forced to resign, but said Ford lumber has quite a selection to choose from,I am sorry to say that Ill never come back!!!!!!

Walked in, all around the showroom, no one spoke to me, or even looked at me!! Do you need an appointment??? if so they should lock the doors until your scheduled appointment.
