Not only is this little shop fantastic for coffee, it makes a great study space and general meeting spot. The vibe is one of the best Ive found on thr Baldwin Co side. And the staff was polite and knowledgeable. Looking forward to returning.

Great coffee shop! Plenty of room, clean, easy to park. I had the Summer Dreaming hot late. Espresso flavored with cinnamon and coconut. Deliciously balanced.

As a former owner of a coffee shop, I am pretty critical of coffee shops, whether it be a chain or independent. Visited Soul Caffeine this week while visiting my daughter. Had a fabulous experience. The latte was one of the BEST I’VE EVER HAD. The barista was knowledgeable, she was actually training a new hire and I watched the interaction for a bit. These folks clearly are doing it the right way. Will definitely be returning!

The staff are super friendly and willing to make whatever you want even if it’s not on the menu! Coffee tasted good however the peanut butter frappe was lacking. I think it just needs a bit of sweetener to make it amazing.

This place is amazing! It is not your normal Starbucks the coffee and espresso is delicious! They make the BEST scones ever (Blueberry Lemon, Banana Pudding, Almond and more!). The customer service is great! The atmosphere is quiet and a great place to study and do homework. We tried the espresso flight where you can try any 3 different espresso drinks. If you are in Fairhope this is a must try! 100% recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness of some of the baristas there and at least one owner. When I had some issues with sweetness or the strength of the coffee, they always readily offered to make another drink for me, even though I didnt insist or ask. This showed that they were concerned. They offer almond and soy milk without charging extra, unlike most other coffee shops in Mobile and Baldwin Counties, some charging over 50 cents. They do charge 50 cents for oat or coconut milk, I think. They make good turnovers and muffins, too.

Ive been a barista for years. Went here with my girlfriend. We got the butter beer latte and red velvet latte. Both were amazing and tasted exactly like the names. Great aesthetic and great service.

Wow. What a neat place. Its a hipster kind of coffee place with great brews. Comfy enough to grab a cup of Joe and have a seat and relax. The coffee was really good. Decor was nice. Its located in a small shopping center and there isnt a whole lot of parking. Its not terrible getting off of Highway 98 to get to the place but if you blink youll miss it.

Coffee cake is good.Ordered online but when I can in the drink was made wrong. When remade, it was made missing one of flavors on ticket. Lack of organization seemed to cause for not the most pleasant attitudes from enployees.

Wonderful specialty lattes and sandwiches, and the staff is super friendly. Even gave me a free drink voucher for being patient and waiting after they originally messed up my order. Just a really pleasant place to sit down and enjoy some coffee.

Great coffee, very chill atmosphere. Great for studying there is free wifi and such. The employees are also very pleasant and I had an enjoyable experience here at this cafe. I would highly reccomend this to friends and family in the future. No line so great for a quick stop by or a longer stay.

Asked the person at the register for a new mug for my coffee refill. the mask she was wearing could not hide her apparent disgust at my request. her body language was another indication of her annoyance with me. after placing the used mug in the dirty dish bin she said she could have rinsed it out for me followed by, “we don’t have many mugs.” funny how one seemingly simple request can ruin a place.

Soul Caffeine is my “third place” Mon-Fri when I’m working, but it has become my family’s third place on weekends because it is *so* family friendly. The staff suggests kid-friendly drinks and then rush to help me clean up inevitable messes.Oh, and the coffee is *fantastic*; noticeably better-tasting than you’ll fine at national chains.

This is my first time in here and its already my favorite coffee shop in the Eastern Shore. Iced Salted Caramel latte is amazing. The atmosphere is perfect and much bigger than most coffee shops so you dont feel cramped. I will definitely be frequenting this place a lot.

A creative, original and unique space full of warmth and inspiration. I was only getting carryout but would love to relax and spend more time there. And based on the three coffees I purchased, I will definitely be back for the deliciousness. My bonfire iced coffee was super tasty and perfectly made by two very welcoming and friendly baristas. One note could be to add some bottled juices to their self-serve fridge so that anyone in a group has more options other than coffee, tea or water. I cant wait to go back and try the other coffees and to continue to be inspired by the creativity on the walls and the delightfulness of the service. Thank you!

A coffee flight...How awesome is that!?!Im most often an Americano type of guy, but where can you go and get a flight of 3 caffeinated cups of delight - well, this place!They have flavors like salted caramel, Red Velvet, Nutella, Butterbeer, Peanut Butter, & more; theyre pretty magical :)This coffee house is by far one of the best Ive ever been to. It has character, a good vibe, friendly baristas and owners, & offer a unique experience that I havent found at other coffee shops or houses.We also met with the owner spoke about doing a private brunch wedding event for us where theyd come on-site to make fresh lattes, espressos, mochas, etc. They are priced reasonably and recommended highly by many local people and businesses.Our experience was beyond great, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have exquisite made coffee for your morning or afternoon, and if youre looking to add something to make your event extra special.Enjoy!

I was their first employee and worked there for 3 years so I may be biased, but soul caffeine is a great locally owned shop. After working in the restaurant business for 10 years before this, I can say that they have stood out for more than one reason.The owners have such caring hearts and everything is so thoughtfully put into play to bring the community together and serve good coffee. Behind the everyday hospitality worker behind the bar, each employee is engaged in how to serve the community in ways that others usually don’t and is praying for all people to come together as one in a relaxing and welcoming environment.I hope that the people who didn’t have a positive experience give it a second try because there’s more than a cup of coffee to be had.

I was staying on the Westside of Mobile, and traveled to get a cup of coffee and to work on a few things solely from a recommendation. It did not disappoint. Coffee was amazing, atmosphere was great, and the service was awesome! I am envious I’ve not found a spot in New Orleans like this!!!

This cafe is way too dark; due to a mostly black interior, everything seems really dim and shadowy, even with triple the amount of lighting most cafes have. The only place that is well lit is behind the counter. Unfortunately, this just brings more attention to an inherently messy part of the cafe. The baristas offered an average level of customer service, and neither added to or detracted from my experience. The drip was fairly decent, but the espresso was hardly drinkable. Soul Caffeine seems to want to be a modern but approachable cafe, but it sadly doesn’t quite hit the mark; instead it lands somewhere between independent grungy-90s coffee shops and modern-day Starbucks.

This place is Locally owned, Staff cares about your experience, and its a great environment for School work and great interior design. Overall would 100% recommend.

This coffee, oh man. This coffee is the literal embodiment of your soul re-entering your body after a 24 hr marathon or a tough trip to your In-Laws. If Yodas Force Ghost existed in reality, it would project from one of their coffee cups. 10 Stars on coffee and atmosphere.

The few times I have been here I have enjoyed the atmosphere. Very relaxing. Service is great. Nice little area for the kids and mom to meet and have coffee. Not a large area. But just right for a few kids and moms.Staff is so friendly. My son enjoys coming here and studying.

I had their Autumn Harvest coffee with coconut milk. All I have to say is amazing! Also had a bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich and that was very filling and I am very glad I got to stop in there today. It may be my new hangout!

I could tell the owner values customer experience and we were not disappointed this time. We were happily greeted by Natalie and Emma Claire and later talked with Natalie after she came to us to talk about our first experience here. She took the time to talk with us and explain the history of this business and how sorry they were that we were treated like that. I am very appreciative of her service and we will definitely be back again and will be loyal customers from now on. Thank you again!! We love it here!!

Had the privilege of checking out Soul Caffeine tonight. The atmosphere was warm: a blend of modern and rustic. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The drink was AMAZING! I think I found my new office away from the office.

Great place to come in, grab coffee and a snack then study...until the teenage girls come in and start dragging the chairs around, lol. Just cant stand that noise but the girls were fine once they got situated. Love the atmosphere here!!

I have visited many local coffee shops in the Mobile/Fairhope area. None of them remotely compare to Soul Caffeine. There is something very special here: blow-your-mind smooth coffee for the distinguished snob, excellent atmosphere and seating areas, and wonderful people who go out of their way to chat with you. The prices are very reasonable as well.
