If I could I would give a negative 30. I have had nothing but trouble with the pharmacy. But when you say something they get ugly. Dont call and ask a question. If they answer the phone they have attitude. But yesterday I called for a hour and never got a answer. My boyfriend called and got a answer within 5 minutes. I think they need to shut down the pharmacy until they hire someone who has common sense.

The store is nice and employees are always helpful. However, that being said, the Pharmacy is awful. Expect to receive unprofessional subpar service. Prescriptions dont get filled in a timely manner and they will screen your calls. This location needs an overhaul in pharmacy employees. Terrible service every single time!

Huge thank you to the employees at this CVS location. Stopped by for a few items after an eye appointment. Needless to say, my eyes were extremely dilated and I was unable to see my own fingers in front of my face. The employees at this location grabbed the items I needed, went from item to item for me, and ensured I had everything I needed. They even price shopped, as a courtesy, confirmed the price was okay on the choices I had, and took it all up front for me. I sure appreciated the help they gave and the extra mile they went. Thank you both to the young man working the floor and young lady at the cash register. You saved my day!!

I live a town over and was told they only fill prescriptions of people who live in Daphne. Ridiculous. I mean, yall are getting less and less business, so your loss.

The store here is clean and the people were friendly but I always had a problem with the pharmacy. It is for that reason I went elsewhere.

Every time I go there, there is some type of issue. They didnt receive my prescriptions or my dr didnt call it in. I was right beside the nurse at the Drs office when she called. So I go back to the Drs office and watch them call it in a 2nd time and they tell me the pharmacy said 20 minutes. So I wait 20 minutes and go back. Now the pharmacist is gone to lunch and it will be another 45 minutes. The employees there are very nice but the service to me seems quite unacceptable

Great customer service. Fast and friendly at pharmacy. Prices in the store are high but the pharmacy isnt if you dont have insurance. Just use the app GoodRx and you will be get a great price..

When Winn Dixie closed, I thought I would give them a try since my insurance changed to CVS/Carwmark.This place is awful!! The pharmacy staff are rude and they have no clue whats going on or even care about providing good customer service.If one person tells you something about your prescriptions, then the next person will tell you something different. Maybe since they have an app it would work a little smoother. Nope the app doesnt work half the time, wont load your prescriptions, or it tells you to try again later. They might have been okay at one time looking at the comments, but I think they are a little overwhelmed now and under trained.

Very poor customer service! Person answering the phone was extremely rude when I called back she wouldn’t pick up rang for 14 minutes on hold finally hung up. The pharmacist didn’t have very nice attitude either will never go here again.

Terrible service with the pharmacy staff. Indifferent, discourteous, unprofessional... I wish there were more pharmacies in the area with convenient drive-thrus with more quality customer service oriented staff. Very disappointing.

I only used this pharmacy because my companys plan went to CVS Care mark and I thought I had to. The wait at the drive through is always long but today I waited 20 minutes or more only to get to the window and be told they dont have the rx I dropped off yesterday. Evidently they failed to update my insurance again (this is the 3rd rx Ive filled there) after Ive given them my card every time. Not very surprising since they dont update my address and Ive told them 3 times now. After being told they would fill it right then, and waiting another 10 min, I was told I would have to drive around and get back in line or go inside and wait in line again. I was told it would be another 10 min. I was already late on my way out of town so I had to leave without my rx. Imagine how livid I was when the notification that it was ready not 30 seconds after pulling away. After calling, I found out that I dont have to use them. Thank God for that!!! I will never fill another rx there. They were incompetent and rude

I walked in there to get meds for dad. Well once I walked in, a nice lady with blonde hair thats the length to her shoulders and wears glasses,She welcomed me so nicely and so happy. She had a smile that warmed hearts and eyes that glissen. Btw if someone is reading this that works there from 2/22/18, I was the dude wearing nirvana hoodie.

Dropped off 2 prescriptions around 6pm; 1 of mine and 1 for my wife....Said they would be ready around 7pm when I told them I would be back at 730pm. Get back at 745pm and they told me my wifes was ready but that the insurance was rejected on the other. ..when I told them that mine(in which was clearly prescribed in my name; not to mention that I have filed the same script here multiple times) it took about 30 seconds for them to figure out they had the heads up the rears... they politely asked me to wait 10 minutes for them to pull the heads from the tails and get it filled. Im still waiting 15 minutes later. Just thought I would rate them while I waited.

The website says the Pharmacy is open until 10:00 pm. I get by there tonight to pick up a needed prescription, insulin, and it was closed at 8:50.
