This morning at 9:50 am - 10:45 am I witnessed the worst customer service at the pharmacy section.The pharmacist giving the COVID-19 vaccine was arguing with the patient if he was next. A question that she should know herself by the sign in sheet and the forms that are completed before hand. She took the anger she was facing with her staff on everyone in the waiting area. The gentleman that got his vaccine was brave for staying I wouldve left.
Came to this Walgreens because the one I normally go to by my job was dragging their butts on my flu vaccine. This one got me in, paperwork filled out, and vaccinated in about 20 minutes. Not bad at all. Staff was friendly, and the shelves were well stocked. They must do great business here because it’s definitely one of the busiest interactions I’ve ever seen….. lol
The staff at this establishment are completely unprofessional and rude, especially an employee named Derek. When calling, they continuously lie about stock without even checking. Now as someone who is extremely busy and would like to make sure they have something I need before heading to the store, it’s just rude to hear a “no we do not” then immediately hanging up after that. They don’t put me on hold to quickly to double check for courtesy or anything. To be fair, it is completely different if I end up at the store and they don’t have it, but 99% of the time, it’s in stock and just the employees lack of work ethic to actually take 2 minutes to check and ensure the ítem is in shock. On top of this, my friend and I came into the store at 9:50 just to browse, and by 9:53 we were told if we were not purchasing anything to just leave. Last time I checked, they close at 10 and it’s not good business to tell your customer to leave. How do I know if I’m purchasing anything if i don’t even have a few minutes to actually check? Especially when they’re lying about stock on the phone. I will not be returning to this store anymore and will happily take my business to a different Walgreens that answers my questions truthfully and will not kick us out of the store 7 minutes before closing.

Regularly use both the pharmacy and FedEx drop off. Sometimes they get pretty busy
They never have my ADHD medication in stock. I take public transportation to another pharmacy in another county every month for a 3 he round trip to reliably get my medication on the day its supposed to be filled. At Walgreens Id have to wait 5 to 7 days without medication until they can order it every month. I cant understand why they cant just order enough to have it in stock if you have patients with a monthly recurring prescription. Instead of making them show you a prescription every month and then get it filled. Its not the supplier of the medication running low on supplies its Walgreens not ordering enough inventory to serve their monthly repeat customers. I apologize this just makes me angry.

This is absolutely the most unprofessional Walgreens ever. I’m trying to locate the cooperate number so that I can file an official complaint. Giving it a 1 for a review is too much. I have maintenance medication that myself and both of my children take. Every time it’s always a problem. I get the alerts for auto refill, agree to the refill and when I get there it’s on back order. But I get a notification that my Rx is ready for pick up. Only after I show the pharmacist or the customer service person in blue my phone it then becomes, we can have it ready in 20-40 minutes. A few times, they have given me the wrong bag, or refilled medication that I haven’t been on for over 2 years. The final straw was I pulled up to the drive thru 10 minutes to the pharmacy closing and the pharmacist ignored me, I drove around, knocked on the glass window he said we are closed It’s now 5 minutes to closing, I said no your closing time say’s 6. When I pulled in the drive thru it was 10 minutes to closing, now it’s 5 minutes later. He had the nerve to ask the Teck what time is it, she confirmed I was right. He huffed and puffed but finally gave me my medication.
I love this particular store the staff is so pleasant and they make you wanna shop there. Most of the time I can find everything that I came to buy. I give the Walgreens on Chester pike a 5 star rating..
I would have only given a one star rating but the staff has improved recently. A few years ago it was the Best..but management changed a few times as did employees and for a while there it was Awful..but have to say employees are much nicer there now, so I am going back in now..still one manager there thats mean to his employees, but atleast pleasant to customers now after being reported a few times. I can Totally understand a person having a bad day..but not Every day!!!
So I got the wrong medicine and when I try to return it they wouldnt take it back. Which means I wasted money and now the medication is going to the trash. This made not come back anymore to any Walgreens.
The associates are always doing their jobs,managers on duty,helpful,nice.
This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They treat their patients like trash. Which is where they belong. Dont go there if you have half a brain. Your pharmacy and staff suck.
