I am SO thankful for A Little Something Whites customer service and making the start of my wedding dress shopping so fun and exciting!  I did end up finding a dress somewhere else, but getting to come to this shop and kick off my wedding dress journey was such a great experience.  Kim Major was beyond helpful and super sweet. She picked out dresses that were exactly what I was looking for and made me feel super comfortable both in and out of the dressing room.  I also loved that I got to shop around too within the store, instead of other shops that just bring you gowns in the room. I HIGHLY recommend visiting A Little Something White!

I recently visited A Little Something White and worked with Olivia. I had a great experience! I sent Olivia my inspiration board and she followed up with a phone call the day before my appointment to go over the details. When we arrived, Olivia had a dress picked out that she thought I would like and encouraged me to choose many other options to try on. After trying on many dresses, my favorite dress was the one Olivia had picked out. She has great expertise. I also love that this boutique has a wide selection of designers. I visited recently during COVID and felt safe. We were in our own space in the store and all staff wore masks.

Before A Little Something White, I had previously tried on about 50 dresses between 9 bridal stores and felt so discouraged that I would have to settle for a dress that I just kind of liked. From the first call to arrange my appointment, Kim reignited my excitement for dress shopping and gave me the boost I needed to persevere. A couple of days before my appointment, Meg called me to discuss my dress journey thus far. She made me feel that my dream dress did exist and was so genuinely invested in my vision. The first dress that I tried on at A Little Something White turned out to be The One. I’ve had great experience after great experience with A Little Something White and I am so thankful that I continued the search for my perfect dress and found it at the perfect store with the perfect people.

I just had my private appointment over the past weekend. Meg was AMAZING! She made sure to understand me and my vision prior to the appointment and was learning more and more during the appointment. I picked dresses I liked and also had my family pick some. The dress I ended up buying meg actually picked for me and it was something I wouldn’t have chose but it was the one when I put it on! The place is so warm and comfortable! Everyone was kind but I can’t say it enough meg was amazing! She stayed within my budget and didn’t pressure me at all! I would highly recommend!!

Kim was awesome with our group! So nice! Clean and wonderful studio! The place really makes you feel like a princess. 10/10 would recommend, 10/10 would recommend.

My wedding was cancelled due to COVID and A Little Something White managed to cancel the order and get me a refund. Im so appreciative of their understanding. The buying experience was also wonderful - attentive staff, beautiful showroom, private try-on areas, champagne, gorgeous dresses - every woman should get to feel like a princess trying on wedding dresses and they pull that off wonderfully.

A Little Something White was the first store my mom and I visited to look for my wedding dress. We did not have to look further. Kim’s enthusiasm was incredible. She welcomed us with open arms, positive energy, and patience. She was thorough and thoughtful, and we feel so grateful that she was part of the planning process. Though it is a small store, they have a tremendous selection. I really liked every dress I tried on. When my entire family came back to make the final decision, she was friendly to all of us, and even my brother was impressed by the shopping experience! They run a very professional operation, and each customer feels like she truly matters. They follow up throughout the alteration process and even the cleaning/preservation process after the wedding. I recommend ALSW to every bride I meet. Kim and the team there are as good as it gets!

Kim is absolutely amazing to work with. She made the experience of finding my dress and my bridesmaids dresses fun and enjoyable! After almost purchasing our bridesmaid dresses elsewhere, Im so glad we want back to Kim for her expertise. She has exquisite taste and has a true eye for style. The salon itself it immaculate, and is easily located off I-95 with ample parking. I made an appointment at ALSW on a whim and ended up having the most incredible experience. The salon itself was gorgeous, light filled, and spacious, yet personal. Meg was amazing - she was very conscious of my budget and really listened to my likes and dislikes. After having three different appointments in NYC, Meg at ALSW was the first consultant to ask about my fiance and how we met. This salon makes you feel like part of their family. The owner, Ashley, is so sweet and knowledgeable, as well. Absolutely loved my experience here and would recommend it to anyone.

Well worth a trip to Darien for the stunning bridal boutique. They were exceptionally patient and kind as I tried on item and item, and truly listened to my ideas to match my style while pulling inventory that I didn’t even know existed.

I had an amazing experience here with Kim as my consultant. I first went at night, alone, as none of my bridal party or family is local. I had the shop to myself and Kim really took the time to help me find my perfect dress. She instantly felt like I friend and made shopping alone so much easier! I found my dress that first night, and waited until the next weekend to purchase when I could bring my aunt with me. They took me in last minute on a Saturday and the manager made sure we were still treated with just as much attention! Highly recommend this salon!

I had my first and only bridal shopping experience here! It couldnt have been more perfect. Kim was AMAZING -- picked out my gown from my feedback from others I was trying on and it seriously is a dream come true. My daughter bought her dress here, and it was a fabulous experience, from the minute we arrived to go dress shopping till the last fitting. We were given incredible attention and the staff was warm, friendly, and experts in every aspect. The bridal party also bough their dresses here (at the last minute) and the dresses came in on time and perfect!!!!!! My daughters dress was spectacular as the dress was fabulous as was the amazing seamstress that worked with us!!!!!Fabulous Great Amazing!!!!!!!!!!

Ill preface this by saying I used to work with Ashley, the boutique owner, so I know her amazing personality and work ethic, which was a huge reason I knew this would be the boutique for me. Nevertheless, living in Germany and buying a dress in CT doesnt make a whole lot of sense to some, but for me, it absolutely did and oh wow am I glad beyond happy with the dress! Between the one and only Ashley, the unbelievably fabulous Kim and the most amazing designer Sareh Nouri whos designs and personality complimented me to a T, I was so happy I made the trip over the pond to meet my sister and Mom who helped me pick out the dress of my dreams. I cant thank ALSW enough for their professionalism, patience and enthusiasm in helping me find the dress, which after trying on 10+, happened to be the first one I tried ;) So much love for this boutique and couldnt recommend it more.
