Convenient, friendly, good deli. They do remodel on occasion so you have to hunt for what you want. Reasonably priced. The pharmacy is great and completely priced.

The deli food not fresh at all I got the chicken wings and they were dried up and old looking. Then the seafood salad was old .Roastisery chicken dry up too and smell funny this it the pandemic can you double seal the food for insta cart. I always feel like its been tamper with. Safety first jewel-oscar. To everyone dont touch the food in deli if its thru insta cart thank me later

Bought Halloween lights a week ago. They are pink instead of purple and one strand doesn’t completely work. Brought them in with receipt simply to EXCHANGE them and was told returns and exchanges are not allowed. So I guess I just lost $16. Well after 20 years of coming to Jewel due to its convenience I will no longer be shopping here. 10/6/2020

Decent section. Deli didnt have what wanted but overall I found what I was looking for. Check out line were fast.

Got some nice, thick bone-in ribeye steaks for the grill and you could cut them with a fork - amazing!

Was able to catch the frozen dinners on sale. Fresh fruit is delicious

Who ever handled my order did a super great job. Everything was as I ordered it. I wanted “green” bananas and they were perfectly green. Much better than Instacart except I had to pick it up myself but worth the effort. I presume the individual that picked the order was a Jewel employee and that made the difference. Will certainly use your services again.

Unfortunately, this Jewel now maintains such little stock on their shelves any given day of the week, we dont do most shopping here because we cant get what we need. And when I say not in stock, I mean, we wait 4-5 weeks for the item to come back. The staff are friendly as can be. Its our closest store, but my time is too valuable and there are too many high service stores going in in the area for me to hang out here and walk empty aisles just for fun and nostalgia. I wish this place would come back to 2018 retail practices.

I like their seafood selection and prices better than most other grocery stores.

Normally I love Jewel. Today I picked up wings and fries. I know it was 6:00 pm but i expected better. The wings were rock hard and awful! The fries were dry and cold. Very disappointed!

They have a great selection but most of these stores I do not like the layout.

Yup, its a Jewel. They have GREAT fresh produce and plenty of food options for grocery shopping. Great selections for fresh cuts of meat and fish, too. Staff are friendly and helpful, and Im happy they now have expended self-checkout, since I only ever come in for a couple items at a time anyway

Repeat customer. Does have clean carts, but no sign to explain they have been cleaned. Need to straighten products on shelves to have easier access, cant reach items. Someone should be doing that on a regular basis. Noticed on the self checkout, an employee who stands there should be wiping off each machine after each customers. Whole foods does that.

Freshly remodeled and more room to move around inside the front door without crashing into fruit.

I often dread going to this store but since its a block away I sometimes have to run in quickly and thats it!!! Horrible management and a hit or miss as far as friendly workers go!!!

This Jewel is fabulous, produce department is great! The whole store is clean and the aisles ate nicely laid out. There are a lot of Jewels in our area., this is One of the best. Service with a smile as always. Live this location.

Their produce isnt always fresh and some of the deli workers are super rude but its a nice store overall. Never order a cake at the bakery! They are literally the worst. Screwed up my daughters birthday cake TWICE!!!!!!

I tried really hard not to think of being discriminated, but it felt so wrong. I had a big order & bagger would not come over to help, she just stood there (other lane was not busy) cashier & I had our hands full. As soon as I walked away she came to that lane to assist with a customer who did not even have 1/4 of my groceries. This is not the first time I experience rudeness at this store. Hence why Im speaking up now. Going back to other grocers, Im sure this Jewel is ok with that! Ill spend my $300 elsewhere.

I got the great sale on chips ahoy and doritos! Buy 2 get 3So for about $16, I got 5 bags of doritos and 5 cc ahoy cookies!

More variety than any other Jewel but I did go in there today for one thing which they did not have, but Holidays are coming up maybe thats why it wasnt there, I dont know. 🤷‍♀️

This jewel has a weird layout compared to all the other jewels Ive ever been too. It confuses my little brain. Other than that nice employees. At least my interactions have been.

They are cheating with labels and prices. I dont know if its Company policy or just bad management.

Poorly marked items. My bill was off by $8.00. So instead of spending about $19, the actual bill was under $11. Two items were especially poorly marked in the store. cooked deli chicken marked everywhere at $5, rang up as $9.99. That item was displayed on a warming table with multiple signage saying $5. Similar situation as the taco dip.

Its a good store. I shop here mostly when other stores I like are closed. Their being open until 1am is pretty generous, though I wish it was still a 24hr place.

A pit. The kid told me salad bar was half price on weekends and its not. It used to be. Wings were little pieces of junk. Paid 1.11 for two hard tiny wings.Produce had nothing. That fool Nick was still working in produce. Laziest person ever. I watched him walk around and do nothing. Wheres the mother figure Henrietta! Lol! Store is joke.

This Jewel Osco is one of the cleaner places. Used to be 24/7. After a certain time you would have to go through the right side to get in the store. Some of there cleaning supplies got price jacked (Go to menards for those)

Pleasant staff and clean grocery store. Large-ish alcohol selection, good amount of food and general groceries, and even some toys and summer/pool accessories.

Same old nasty store it was 25 years ago. Havent shopped in this location in 20 years and get a spoiled gallon of milk. They need a complete remodel.

Considering most of the shelves were empty and the few items that were there were extremely overpriced I will probably never shop at jewel again!!! even after the pandemic! I do not agree with stores that price gouge!! In addition, they like other stores, are not limiting the stupid people who are hoarding!

I proudly say this is my Jewel of choice. Bakery needs some friendly tweaks but overall this store has some of the best meat dept ppl youll ever meet. Some of the most helpful on the floor clerks and the best fresh products. If they dont have it, theyll get it for you. And I love their cashiers.

Jewel has always been one of my favorite places, as it was my Mothers. Their produce is always fresh and reasonable. If I cant find what I want at another store that I am at, I go to Jewel. The one thing that I go to another store for is Turanos 100% whole grain bread because it is my favorite.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Be aware that products labeled as on sale on the shelf is a scam, by the time you check out the items ring up at full price, this happens very often, to the point I think Jewel-osco management does it in purpose. Sometimes the on-sale labels on the shelf are not placed correctly under the right product, so youre likely to grab the the wrong one and realize at checkout that its not the one on sale, many people may just buy the item rather than walk back to get the right one. So be careful. At least staff is polite and wont give you grief for complaining about their attempted scam.

OMG if I can only show you pictures that I took 10 min ago at this location. You would never buy any fruit or vegetables at this location or any jewel again . I came to the store around 10pm to get some frozen shrimp . The constitution workers were working on the floor dust was all of the store nothing was covered. And asked of the guys there I didn’t they cover anything. He replied : Are you my boss ???

Joe, one of the butchers, is awesome! He hooked us up with some awesome soup bones for our GSD super chewer pup. None were out on the display, so he took the time to find a recent shipment and packaged a bunch up for us. Thank goodness because our dog absolutely loves these things!

This store is clean and organized. Cashiers are friendly. There is an older woman that works the register early in the morning - such a sweet person. This is just a location that I pass on my commute so I am normally just picking up a couple items. Fast service. My kids like the big carts that look like cars- I wish they had these at the jewel by my house because I need two seats to strap in my one and two year old kids.

Good store if you want to get in and out quickly. Dairy products are down main aisle.Im not a big fan of the bakery; everything tastes very commercial.
