Ive never once had a good experience here with self printing. One of the 2 machines is always malfunctioning and you dont find out which until youve already committed up to 10 minutes trying to make it print. The staff is alright, but if you need printing done quickly then just drive across the river to the Office Max.

I went in 3+ hours before closing time with a 20 page file I needed printed on specific paper (which I provided). Two employees told me they couldnt get around to it that night, and were very rude in telling me I couldnt use my paper at the self serve kiosk. When pressed, they suggested I try the Kinkos down the street. Id pass on that suggestion to anyone else looking for a quick print job or decent customer service.

Staples copy and print services are THE BEST. We were able to not only receive our order (which included over 250 invitations) the next day for a very reasonable price, but we also got AMAZING customer service. Each employee that helped us made sure we had EXACTLY what we wanted down to the smallest detail. I would never recommend anything else!

I went in to print 10 posters. Just 10. Not a single machine was running a print job at the time and the kid behind the counter told me he didnt print my job because they had a lot going on tonight. It was insane. I went to OfficeMax...I recommend that you do as well. The girl behind the counter printed my order immediately. Im a rewards member at Staples and I was very disappointed. This is why everyone goes to vistaprint.
