We ordered 2 polar pizzas for our sons birthday party yesterday and they werent even ready yet an hour AFTER our pickup time and by the time my husband got home only a couple minutes away they were liquid and we werent able to serve them!! 🤬 Disappointing waste..never again!!

The store sign says open and the lights are on but nobody appears to be working. Nobody at the drive-thru and nobody answers the phone.

It was tough to get someone to talk to you on the phone but I did get my order to go through and then they called back and helped me get it a day early. they have the absolute best tasting ice cream cakes. My son wanted one with real cake in it and I believe this is the only place that does it that way!!!

My daily stop never disappointed

I drove out of my way to come here. It was 8:20p on a Saturday (non-holiday). The Open sign was lit up, but the doors were locked. Google and Yelp show they close at 10p, but the Baskin Robbins site says 9p - either way, they were closed before this.

Always like going. I like the variety of flavors of ice cream. They always have a few new but all the old standby you know and love. They are always nice about letting you sample something youre not sure about. I never knew you could get hand packed ice cream

Tried to order polar pizza. They have no polar pizza. Asked how long it would be to have a polar pizza made. Was told I do not know, I have no cake person here.So how about you guys just take these things off your menu instead of misleading through door dash and online menu all together. Or even a big bright note that says not always available. Or literally never available it seems

Ice cream is the only good thing about this place.

Floor needs swept and mopped. Tables cleaned cleaned off. Glass around icream needs cleaned. The person at register taking money is also person handling food in kitchen and shouldnt be. My kids and I were only ones in there. The staff should have been cleaning the areas that needed TLC while there was an opportunity to. I wasnt impressed on the keep up on cleanliness.

Very disappointing... Their website and DoorDash menus offered options that the store wont match. So, after ordering two sundaes and a two-scoop of one of their flavors, we got none of that. Settled for two shakes, but they were extremely this, one was made wrong, and both came in Dunkin Donuts cups rather than their own brand.Definitely wont bother going back...

Hours are incorrect. From out of town. Went out of our to stop and they were closed.Third time in a row stopping. Sign said open but doors were locked before 6pm hours posted say they close at 10pm.

Good place, out of three different ice creams. Good place to go after a hot day of enjoying the area.

Best ice cream, hands down. I wish they did sell their ice cream in the store. The guy working gave me a very generous amount, more than I expected. We go every time we are in town.

Ordered a custom Saint Ambrose birthday cake 3 weeks ahead of time. Got there and no one had made it. Was offered a choice of two premade cakes instead. Very disappointed.

Broken blender... Cant make shakes... Been there a month ago to get one and same issue... Reached out to Corp via the website and heard nothing back... Never going back to this location...Mens room hand dryer broke too... I mentioned that to an employee and she noted that it has been broken since she started working there... 7months ago.

I preordered my drink and it wasnt ready. When I got my drink it was wrong. So I had to go in and have my drink remade again. Frustrating especially since I preordered. The girl that remade my drink was very nice and made it correctly. Thank you for that

Still standing in line and only because were waiting to pay. The staff is ridiculous. Cant seem to understand a single order. They dont actually serve half the items they have on their menu screen. And when you ask for something they dont give you what you asked for. Will not return

There was no ice cream in cone all on top, HAD NO STRAWBERRY SHAKES COME ON THAT A NUMBER ONE SELLER counter person was very slow, there was only one other customer & THEY WERE ALL READY SERVED .probably be going out of business soon ( I RECOMAND DAIRY QUEEN ALWAYS GOOD SERVICE AND PLENTY SELECTION

Extremely rude employees, they clearly hire anybody. I went through the drive through today, no ice cream available and every doughnut I tried to order they didnt have. Not to mention I was told this place doesnt hand make there doughnuts they are frozen. Aldo extremely overpriced, I will never go again and should have listened to my many friends about the place.

Whats the big deal? Overpriced icecream you can get from the store for way cheaper. Their icecream cakes look real good, though!

The website says they open at 5 am. I stopped up there at ten after and they were closed. They need to adjust the web info.

You just cant get ice cream this good anywhere! I drove 6 hrs to their ice cream.

This place sucks. Ive gone there twice now and felt the employees were rude. I went last night to get ice cream for the family and either the machines were broke or they were out of toppings. I will not be going back to this place any more.

Ordered a shake and it was like a iced coffee. Wasnt thick at all. Went back to show them, they made another one for me and it was almost the same. Unfortunately I wont be back.
