About a year ago Kat analyzed my hearing losses (mainly in the vocal speaking frequencies). We picked a high quality set of hearing aids that would selectively enhance these frequencies in each ear. And since then I have experienced a huge improvement in my hearing. I have four soft speaking girls in the family, and its made a big difference in hearing what they are saying. No more Im sorry, What did you say? And, by bluetoothing my Aids to the TV, I can set my own volume level without blasting their volume. Thanks Kat for bringing my hearing back!

I got my hearing aids at Concept by Iowa hearing aid center in Davenport. The staff there is amazing. They took the time to answer all my questions, and even helped me setup the Bluetooth connection to my television over the phone. The location is very clean & the staff is professional. I was questioning if my mother’s hearing aid was working. I contacted Shawna at Concepts of IOwa in Davenport and she volunteered to swing by the Davenport Lutheran Home and take a look at it for me. All I had to do is have the hearing aid at the front desk and she took care of the rest. I have always received great service from this company. They truly care about their customers!

My mother (who struggles with some dementia) is from Tennessee visiting me for a couple months. She had trouble remembering how to clean her hearing aids with the little white plastic attachments, and also wanted a better fitting dome for them. Since I was unsure how to replace the plastic cleaners, I contacted Concept by Iowa Hearing and they were able to see me right away. Shauna showed me how to use the cleaners, cleaned them up and ordered me more so she would not be without any. When I picked up the new cleaners, she also provided me with new domes for her to try for a better fit. Not being a client of Concept, I offered to pay for her time and the supplies, but she graciously would not accept any payment. I appreciate Shauna’s willingness to help and making sure my 90 year old mother was taken care of. Thank you very much!!

We recently purchased a pair of aids for my mother from the Davenport location. We had no idea what to expect from our visit, but we were blown-away by the level of care and customer service we received from Shauna and Kat! Not only were they welcoming and friendly, but the level of individual care and concern I saw every customer receiving was impressive. These folks truly care about what theyre doing. My moms incredible new state-of-the-art Connect S devices are custom tuned for her specific loss patterns, and included a great 2 year warranty with 2 years of batteries (she can even control them with her iPhone!) In under a week her new aids were fitted by the same friendly staff, and from day one making an amazing difference in the quality and comfort of her everyday life. The devices are so discreet they are nearly invisible in her ears, and I can already tell how confident and alive this helps mom feel! This is a family run business born right here in Iowa who treat their customers like part of the family. Thanks so much Concept by Iowa, your Davenport team is just stellar!

Kat is very easy to get to know & work with. I am very pleased with my new hearing aids, there are so many benefits to my new aids. I cant say enough great things about the staff at Concept! The compassion and professionalism that these folks have can not be matched.
