This shop is amazing. Although my car was considered a total loss they have helped me through the entire process. Javier the owner is great! Lisa who is in the admin department, i send a special salute to her because she helped every single day to get my situation settled the proper way. She will make sure nobody gets over on you and is completely honest about everything. This is an auto shop that I will definitely state is trustworthy. They will help you as best as they can, as well as keeping it fully professional and keeping you updated on everything pertaining to your car.

My vehicle was in an accident on 10/22. My vehicle was brought to a Nissan certified shop. Since the day my vehicle was brought in everyone there was so helpful. I have United not the best insurance company but the body shop made sure to follow up with 3rd party Allstate and stayed on top of it until they accepted liability which they did. This place is a scam. I hope someone reads this before doing business with them. Superior towing will tell you that they are bringing your vehicle to an authorized repair center that your insurance works with on the regular but they are lying. You should use your own tow or call your insurance to tow the car. Complete collision center will charge the insurance ridiculous fees which will end up coming out of your pocket. They are extremely rude once you leave their building because the damage is already irreversible. 0/10 would not recommend.

I think these guys are great. I had the unfortunate experience of a car accident on a weekend. By mo day morning I had to make a decision what to do with my car. When I went to the tow facility to release to my insurance company, one of the guys I spoke to referred me to speak with Javier at Complete. I’m so glad I did. I made the decision to move my car to their shop. Geico was completely against it and now I know why. Javier showed me all the inferior parts they were trying to use and using bondo instead changing things. He fought for me and my car came out great. I don’t care what anyone says, this is not a fun experience at all, but at least I know my car is fixed safely and ultimately my insurance paid the bill. Thanks guys.

I met with Daniel, who seemed to have my best interest . Turns out they hustled my insurance for $3,000 just for my car to sit there. My wife Kristen’s car needed to have some scratches removed from the hood and all around the car along with a minor dent. Leroy was great at following up with her and they had the car fixed in 2 days for an extremely affordable price. Would definitely recommend this shop for body work if you don’t want to pay an arm and a leg somewhere else. And she didn’t not have to pay with cash, she paid with credit card.

This week I worked with Pam and the Crew at Complete Collision Center in Davie after an accident with my car. I can not say enough good about this company and all their employees. They made a bad situation easy to get through and I came out on the other side with new friends. From the very polite fellow that took me to get my things out of my car, to Pam that runs the office making the paper work smooth as butter down to the owner who greeted me like an old friend, I was handled with kid gloves. They all went what would seem like above and beyond the call of duty, but I got the feeling that was just how they do business. I will use them again and recommend them as trusted business people.

They dont take credit cards or checks. Only cash. No real and decent business only takes cash. Service sucked, they didnt finish in the time they said they were and did call. We had to go by there to find out. Every promise they made was a lie. Just another dishonest body shop in South Florida

I had a small accident with another vehicle. I brought both cars into Complete auto body shop. Review the problem with both of us. The other vehicle needed her car in a rush.She brought her car in on a Friday and needed it back by Saturday. I brought the my car in on Friday and did not need the car till Wednesday. Both jobs would be competed on time. Her car was done to her satisfaction. My car will be ready on Wed. as promised.This complete meets their promises and does excellent work also.

I just moved tot he area and did not know where to get my car fixed when i got into an accident. I called Leroy who runs the shop and i asked him why i should use his shop and not continue to shop around and he told me that he would make sure that i was satisfied. I have to say that he came through on everything as promised, he updated me, called to let me know that the insurance company came out and looked at it, just little things you dont typically get from a shop like this. I cannot believe that there are any negative comments about this shop. THEY ARE GREAT. USE THEM.
