John and his crew are amazing! Customer service is always the best here. The front desk staff and mechanics are always prompt, professional, honest and courteous. Their staff are always helpful with whatever work I need done on my car so I can get back on the road in a very timely manner. I have been doing business at Davie Tire Outlet for over a decade and I have no desire to go to any other tire outlet. Prices are very reasonable and the service is the best. I highly recommend Davie Tire Outlet!

I cannot say enough about Davie Tire Outlet. They do great work on your tires or an oil change. The pricing is fair and they are honest and thats all you can ask for.

It was a very good experience. The attendant was pleasant. He told me the service time would be about 45 minutes long but they were done in about 20 minutes. Their cost was reasonable too. I wouldnt hesitate to do business there again.

This place is horrible, they never heard of customer service. One of the technicians prevented this Goodyear from getting my money for a simple battery purchase and install. Before they even looked at my battery this tech ( white guy with dreads ) started yelling at me about where I was informed to park based on the service department’s instructions. Yelling like I was his little brother or child he abuses. I had to let this dude know he was soft and to keep it moving to business that knows how to treat customers. If I could I would give this business zero stars.

The service personnel are very polite and helpful. I discribed my problem to him and he said it was transmission. They do not do transmission work, but referred me to one he trusted that did.

I have been here twice. Staff is nice and friendly and the job was done well. I had a tire repaired once for $20, was well balanced after the repair. I had 2 tires replaced, I provided the tires, and the job was also done expeditiously and well. The only thing I did not appreciate was the price for mounting the tires, $30 a piece. A little steep and weird since repairing a tires takes more work than simply replacing the tire, yet it costs less. In any event, still a reliable place to go but I will likely get my new tires installed elsewhere where its more affordable.

I recently moved to the area, and I needed new tires. I was recommended to Davie Tire Outlet by my mechanic, and I had a great experience. John and the other staff were extremely helpful, and they were patient with explaining everything to me as a young woman who has never bought tires before. Went in to check my tire that was flat and asked them to check and see if I needed a new tire. They said that the tire was good for a couple of months and just put a patch on it. The next day the tire was flat again. Took it to a different place and they told me that the tire had a lot of wires coming out and I could have had an accident driving with that tire. I don’t know why they didn’t tell me the tire was bad. Definitely glad I went somewhere else, because it would have been dangerous to be driving with that tire.

So I just decided to change my own oil for my 2013 Tundra after having it changed at this place last and found that they used the wrong filter element, it was 1.5 too short so the oil just went around. Anyone who has a vehicle that requires elements instead of traditional spin-on filters knows that the fit of the element is extremely important to force the oil through it. Basically Ive been driving around for 5,000 miles (paid for full synthetic, who knows what I got) with no filter. Im extremely pissed off but I guess its my fault for assuming that people are honest and competent.... the tires I got at the same time were a decent deal but I would stay away from any type of engine service at the Davie Tire Outlet!!Also, I would post a pic of the old and new filter side by side but this review does support pics...

Needed a flat tire fixed. They were courteous and swift. Price was very reasonable. I was in and out of there in a flash, good to go. Will definitely use them again if I have car problems in Broward.

Excellent service! Went out and bought tires and then brought them to Davie tire outlet. They put the new tire on my rim for my car for only $25. Definantly recommend this place to all for a quick service!

Steer away! Totally unprofessional staff and very expensive. I took my car in to replace the breakes and the oil and I asked specifically for full synthetic oil. When I picked up my car my oil cap was left open. I asked the mechanic what kind of oil they had used and he told me regular oil. When I confronted the owner with that and I asked him to replace my oil with synthetic oil he said his mechanic lied. After I insisted that I wanted to see proof he used full synthetic oil the owner started yelling at me and told me to leave the shop. His mechanic also started being aggressive towards me and told me he mixed the cars and that he had used the semi-synthetic oil. Long story short I would not trust these guys to work on my car again. Came to find out I overpaid for the breaks on top of it.

I have been coming here for years to get tires and regular maintenance (oil changes, tune ups, belts, alignments) done on my vehicles. I have never had a problem. They have always treated me well, and had quick service.

Five-star all the way...no hidden charges when its time to pay.. many people cant find a honest mechanic shop..well this is definitely a rare find. I have been here before and still am amazed on how well the techs and management are. You may drive past it but like me when you stop for a oil change or tire plug, youll know you are in good hands.

Great service overall, i went in today for them to install my front two tires I ordered myself and alignment. Eveything went great except the steering was a bit off from the center but the car drove straight. So i took it back and told them what happened and they fixed the problem without any hesitation. They listened to me, fixed the problem, and i was on my way in moments.
