This place is amazing! I went in needing to get my from bumper and driver side headlight replaced and I could not have picked a better shop to go to. From the time you step in the doors until youre getting your vehicle back after the repairs is an impeccable process. I dropped my car in on a Thursday and had it back the following Wednesday. Shout out to Eddie Jr. for keeping me up to date with how the repairs going and giving my and honest and genuinely accurate quote for the repairs. I def dont recommend/ promote getting into an accident but if you need repairs to your car this is def the place to bring it.

My truck was in an accident. I wasnt sure where to get it repaired. I am very particular and like things done right. My brother suggested Eddies Collision. He said they do great work.I brought it there and dealt with Reggie. He said he would contact my insurance company and do a virtual estimate with them. That only took a day or two, and then the parts were ordered and the truck was repaired.He kept me updated during the process and it was finished quicker than I expected. Their work is excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly! It a world that lacks customer service and quality work, Eddies Collision exceeded my expectations! Run by a husband and wife team. Both the owners and their staff are very professional! The shop is clean and well run. The work is quick and efficient. They have a large waiting room with television and popcorn machine for the kids. Would most definitely return and reccomend.

Repeat customer. Had a nasty dent on the rear quarter panel behind the back passenger door on my 2016 Outback. Eddies restored the car to showroom quality. I know they had to take a number of parts off to do it right along with metal work, and I guarantee you the paint matching must have been a chore because I have a sparkly gold color. Cannot tell there was a repair done. Only mild complaint is it took about two working days longer than originally forecast. But it was clean and nicely detailed on delivery. Hey, do the job right, take an extra day or two if you have to. And look, if you go in with the right attitude, youll probably be treated with one in return. Office staff helpful, jump up to assist if youre waiting at the front desk and the receptionist is busy. Great job, everyone.

Immaculate customer service. I just picked up my Rav4 from Eddies after a pretty bad parking garage accident. The pretty lady with glasses at the front desk (didnt catch your name!) was so kind, I had a death in the family the same day as the accident and she went out of the way to have their tow guy pick it up from my house that night to get the process going ASAP since I was unsure of how safe it was to drive and already very anxious. They send text updates regarding your vehicle status if you want and always keep you in the loop, always keeping in touch with your auto insurance agent so I didnt have to.They also cleaned the outside and inside of my car before returning it to me. My vehicle was finished in a reasonable amount of time given the severity of the damage. I also got my older car fixed here a few years ago - the service is consistently great. I highly recommend this place. Lobby is beautiful and comfortable. Will be back to inquire about detailing and paint touch ups! Thank you so much to the sweet receptionist who went above and beyond, and thanks to the staff who made my car look like new.

Had impact damage from guardrail to passenger side of my vehicle. 4 months later, and now the car does not want to unlock via the key fob. Now I have to take it in again. I will update this review once I take it in and see how they mitigate this situation. Im a little upset that this has become a problem. After all, my vehicle was in the repair shop for a total of 41 days.

AMAZINGLY SPECIAL place!!! Omar is such a HONEST Professional person who attended me. I have known them for over 2 years now and incredible service. The front office girls are so SWEET and helpful, especially Amanda who is so wonderdul with Stephanie who greeted me as well w a smile. Its truly a relaxing remarkable place and prompt exceptional service where you are treated like a person with no pressure and made my frustrated stressful experience a positively good overall experience. They even have conncections with a great car rental company nearby just to be helpful but you can use whoever you want of course.

From out of town and car was hit while on a trip. Didnt know where to have it towed so I looked online to find a place that my insurance company would approve and found Eddies and saw that they had a five star rating. I am so disappointed from his work... its no cheap price but fair..... no standing I paid in CASH....... but his workmanship its unprofessional....they left my door unadjusted and after a month my door start making a metallic noise like a loosen metal.... I return to fix repair under warranty and the cheap excuse was not all doors come in the same size.....I regret selecting this company...was my worst decision.

Stay away from this mickey mouse company.This place is run like a joke.Took my 2015 Mercedes C300 to Eddies collision center to fix rear bumper damage and a cracked tail light that resulted from a collision with a Ford truck.A job like this would take at the most, 2 weeks and typically a week. However in this instance, they took over for over a month (40 days).Omar and Duncan(Manager) were working with me on my case.a) They were constantly lying about the turn in date of my vehicle.b) Duncan was super rude and offensive while turning in the vehicle, something you wouldnt expect from the Manager.The only above average experience with Eddies was the friendly front staff. Everything else was a nightmare.

Bad customer service, I went 30 minutes before they close to pick up my car, and Reg Mckenzie was very disrespectful with me just because he was closing. Had to come back like 4 times because they didnt fix my car well, it always had something wrong, and they dont get original pieces to fix, my car had a broken thing in the door and they didnt get a new one to fix it, they just glue it so when I opened the door the piece fell, so uncomfortable with this service. Not the best place to fix your car.

Hello Eddy my name is Vanessa . After several request to speak to higher management Maria failed to deliver. I was to referred to Eddie collision through my insurance company.I have used this garage in the past and was pleased with the work . However this time around it has been a terrible experience.Eddie Collision had my car for a month and half because the extensive work that needed to be done. I arrived to pick up my car at 450. Maria is the women that was assigned to my car. She told me that she was closing and had to go .she took my payment for my deductible then gave me my keys to my car. I then went to exam my car. Right away I noticed that on the back of my car where it’s suppose to say C300 they put LS300 on my car. I was upset because Mercedes doesn’t even make a LS model. Then when I went inside my car there was buttons that were missing, my back carpets were missing. I had personal items in the car that I couldn’t take out because there was glass everywhere in the car. They were missing to.They lost my car registration and it’s a huge problem because I’m registered in other state.Then I looked at the bumper job and my bumper wasn’t lined up correctly on one side causing the bumper to stick out in the corner. Maria is being completely rude stating to me that I never had carpets in the back. Telling me she doesn’t see the big deal and she not going to speak to me if I’m going to be upset. I had every right to be upset. I told her I had personal items left in my car that I do not see. She stated that they found a Publix bag in my car and put all my stuff in it and then they supposedly placed it in my truck. I personally do not shop at Publix so I don’t know where she got the publix trash bag from. However this trash bag is no where to be found. After Maria constantly rudely telling my stuff never existed .she then calls me and tells me she found the piece to my car and the carpet protective mats but no Mercedes carpets for the back. She then told me that they are going ordering it. She is slowly finding my stuff to my car. However when I first approached her about my stuff she rudely said that my stuff didn’t exist and she wasnt responsible for the stuff that was in my car during repair. I’m very upset because I have received terrible customer service instead of trying to help me make things right she trying to belittle my problems and make it seem like it’s a problem that I’m coming forward about what I’m dealing with. She kept stating that there was no managers or owners around everytime I ask for one. I have no choice but to complain to my insurance company.

Vanessa review PART 2.I came in to get my car fixed and get all the missing pieces for my car. I was hoping they would find the white plastic Publix bag that Maria told me about with my stuff in it. However when I arrived I spoke to a nice old women in the office. She called Maria. Maria then approach me about my car. I asked the nice old lady and Maria if they can maybe go in my file and make sure that my registration wasn’t in there. She then said we don’t have your stuff whatever was in the car was put in the trunk of the car in a plastic bag. I told her like I’ve been tellling her from the day I picked up the car that there was no plastic bag in my trunk. She then denies telling me that she said it was put in Publix bag. Then she denies saying that I never had mats in the back. ( because after stating my mats didn’t exist she found some of them)It’s like she caught amnesia. Then while me and Maria are going back and forth. An employee named Patricia Murphy jumps in to the disagreement and starts yelling at me saying “Excuse me Excuse me you need to be quiet “ I then asked the women Do you own this auto body. Do you work here She states she doesn’t work here. (As if she was a customer)She then yells No . I then told her then to mind her business. I’m trying to get my issue resolved over here and I don’t need any random people jumping in to my conversation. Patricia starts screaming how she doesn’t care what’s going on and starts laughing at me with her friend.If I was an old white women instead of young black women,I truly believe I would have received better customer service. Patricia Murphy (3M paint company) then sat in the waiting for about a half an hour having small talk with one of her friends. The whole time she is staring at me and laughing. I felt completely disrespected and belittled. My insurance spent good money to fix my car and I was treated like trash. There is sign in the shop that says if you are not satisfied with your service ask for EDDIE. I asked Maria for eddy 10 times she failed to deliever. If it wasnt for a man name Reggie in there I’m not sure how this day would’ve ended. He was the only one who would listen to my concerns and who apologized.

The best in South Florida! I was referred to Eddie Dimeglio from a friend, who uses their services on a regular basis (he has numerous work vehicles). So, I went to get an estimate, and was greeted by Donna, who’s a total sweetheart. As for the estimate, the price was perfect! The finished work was excellent. My truck looks brand new! I’m super impressed!! Oh, Eddie Dimeglio has a deal with Enterprise rental, so you can leave your car/truck, and get into another (at a discount too) relatively fast. They even drive/pick you up. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about them. I hope I never need their services again lol (I don’t want another accident). But..I know where I’m going if I need work done - Eddie Dimeglio!

Brought our car 2009 rx 8 to them for an estimate on repairs drove it there and to other shop in town 1st for an estimate. the insurance co put car as a loss so went to pick up they already stripping car and refused to put back together had to tow it and have another shop put it together. stay away they are crooks terrible people taking adavatage of a kid STAY AWAY ..HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR WOULDNT POST BECARFULL OF DROPPING CAR TO THEM IF THEY DONT FIX IT THEYLL TAKE IT APART ON YOU !

Very dissapointed with this shop after taking my car in to do body work on my passanger door that was hit by another car. It took them a whole month for them to charge the isurance company an extra 1,000.00 which was a total of 2,300.00 then when I pick up my car and drive home my window control panel doesnt work. I called to let them know that it wasnt like that before handing my car to them and the response I got back was basically letting me know that those things break all the time and we never checked your windows when you dropped off the car cleaning themselves off the mess and not taking any kind of responsibility for what they did. I find this to be extremely dishonest and distasteful for a company whos been in business for so many years, very shameful. Good luck running a business this way and I would never recommend it to anyone since now I need to pay out of my pockets for a damage your shop was responsible for.
