Geico approved Collision & Repair Shop at the time of this post. Let me start off by saying the staff Matthew (Collision Expert) & John at the desk are super professional as well as thorough and their customer service is off the charts!!! My car was in and out within a few days of its arrival and it came out perfect. Need your vehicle brung back to OEM standards look no further then this place.
This place on my insurance companies list of shops to use. The employees are friendly and cordial. I brought my car in on a Tuesday and they said it would be done it a week. To my surprise I was called on a Friday to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. The work done was perfect and the car looked great. I really have nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend this body shop to friends and family. The employees are friendly and professional and the work done was excellent!
The repairs from a simple body work was OK. Had to come back for a couple of issues. Scheduling and communication need to improve. I paid to order the parts up front, so that my car doesnt have to sit in the lot for a long time. It still took a week to repair a few bumper items and light. I was told that they discovered more after they started. Fine, but I still cant believe it should have taken a week to do, and then I had to return for a couple of issues. For communication, I did all of the calling and follow ups. No one ever called me about the status of my car or when it would be ready. I made the calls, and then I had to call again even when it was promised that someone would call me. The people at the shop were nice in interacting with me. However, I rated a 3 star because of the reasons above.
Yes they saved my vehicle. I’ll admit that and yes they fixed my car. But I could’ve gotten way more work done for a way lesser price for what they charged my insurance. If your a logical person like I am. Don’t send your vehicle there. They had my car there for over 3 weeks when they told me it supposed to be there for 1 week. No special favors from these people they don’t even work with you. They even told me my car had warranty for the paint. I called a year later to see if they’ll honor the warranty and that is a lie. Matter fact they were talking real sketchy they didn’t tell me that the warranty has stipulations behind it nor does it say that in the contract to me warranty is warranty you supposed to honor it. Lesson learned always talk to your local bodyshop to see what they can do to work with your insurance and the adjuster if your car is repairable.
A tree fell on my car and I needed to file a claim through Geico. I chose Signature Collision Center Davie and I couldnt be happier that I did. These gentlemen are fantastic. Super professional and excellent work. They made the process very easy. Nothing like other auto body shops. Easy authorization available online to begin work. Do NOT recommend. They fixedmy rear bumper. The part did not fit my car. When I called to get it properly done they claimed thats how it goes. Eventually after over a month I was able to get the correct part. But the job was very sloppy. Also customer service is very inconsistent.
Service staff seems friendly and I was able to get a quote quickly during the window of time that they do repair quotes. In the end I chose a different shop to do the work as they seemed to have more knowledgeable staff and a busier operation. I cant speak to the quality of workmanship as they havent done any autobidy work for me to date.
I would highly recommend Signal Collision for all auto repairs. They are truly superb! The Staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and friendly. I will give them 3.5 . I had a minor accident and I was referred by GEIGO. The work that was done on the spot that was damaged was nice but not excellent. I dont give them 5 stars because the accessories that they need to remove to fix the damaged were not properly removed and now it has scratches and stains also some places in the car included the steering wheel were stained with a kind of white glue. They left yellow cover tape in the gas lid and a big foam thing in the trunk.The costumer service was good.

This shop was recommended by Geico. Minutes after leaving the shop, the newly installed parts fell off my car and blew into the car behind me. Another part was also ready to fall off. Also, they didnt replace other parts, clearly expecting me to not notice. Lastly, a trouble light remained lit on my dashboard! I brought the car back. They ordered new parts. They then installed the parts and recommended I bring the car to Lexus to troubleshoot the light. Lexus said the Signature installed the wrong part. I then left Lexus and not more than a block later, the same part blew off my car. I wouldnt go back if they were the only bodyshop left on this planet! Ive never experienced such a horrible lack of service EVER! THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF YOUR TIME, EVEN IF THE REPAIR WAS FOR FREE!

I would give a ZERO star if I could! The experience with Signature Collision was horrific. They did a lousy paint job so I had to take it back for a second time. The inconvenience was one thing; I was really aggravated by the way their shop manager (I believe his name is Gary) reacted to it. He was trying to deny there was anything wrong with the paint job. When he realized he could not just deny and get away, he said I had to bring it back and leave it there for another day. It was very inconvenient for me. However, that is not the end of the nightmare. I got the car back, the paint job was ok, not exactly the best because it was still not as smooth and as shiny as it had been with the original painting. I did not want to complain about it anymore, but I was shocked to see that they chipped the cover of the rear light in the process of removing the rear bumper for painting and then putting it back. To my horror, when I pointed it out, the manager denied and would not take any responsibility. The whole experience was horrible. I made four trips there, now left with a chipped light cover.
For insurance work, phenomenal for private work biggest ripoff on earth. Stay very far off insurance isnt paying. Their advisors are nasty pushy salesmen. Very rude.

I was referred to Signature Collision by Geico, very professional nice receptionist. I have to say I was a little scared because they had my car for 16 days and it was because they had a hard time finding a back door for my Outlander Mitsubishi . I will call to see about my car and Mat will be very polite on the phone letting me know the problem with the door. When I finally got my car I was so happy with the work and the paint job, they also wash my car. ❤️

Highly recommend! Friendly and fast! The process after my accident was very smooth. Geico referred me to Signature Collision in Davie to go through the insurance claim. I also received my rental car in the same place. Everything was ready when I arrived! I dropped my car on a Monday, and was told that it should be ready within 7 days. I received my car 5 days after, which was convenient. I had to replace my back door and bumper. My car looks amazing after they fixed it! The paint job is immaculate! The only small hiccup was that i heard airflow from my back door. I returned the car within a few weeks after i got it back for them to check it out. They were so nice and fixed the door in about an hour. I highly recommend Signature Collision for any work on your car.
Signature did a great job repairing my BMW. I was in a pretty bad accident and afraid that my car wouldnt be the same after. Geico recommended Signature and Im sure glad they did. Jason, one of the managers, was great. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely interested in getting my car done right. Signature got the car done pretty quickly and it looks and drives like it did before the accident. I would highly recommend them.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a collision center. customer service is great the very first day. after that. dont expect to get any follow up after that. not to mention the amount of incorrect parts they get. just about every part they got seemed to be incorrect as if that had no idea the year make and model of my car or vin number or anything. a job that should have taken less then a week turned into just about a month so if u have to cough up for a rental, dont expect your car back on time. if your car is even slightly modified like an intake expect an excuse to why they couldnt make some repairs cause of how heavily modified your car is. my bumper was misaligned and needed an additional 2 weeks to get aligned and ITS STILL MISS ALIGNED! only reason ill give them 2 starts is for there paint it was actually done really well but over all experience in this place was horrible.
After a few initial hiccups due to some miscommunication and parts on back order, they completed the repairs on my car with a very good quality of work. Jason the manager was genuinely concerned and sorry for the delay and did the best possible to make it up to me. They even gave a free wheel alignment and balance. I feel very pleased with their work and attention.
My car needed to come in for a damaged bumper and tail light. They kept me up to date and finished faster then expected. Everything was put together correctly with out any scratches or damage to the car. When I found dust in the car from the repairs they appolagize and quickly took the car back to clean it up .Overall they did an amazing job, the repairs are flawless, the building has a nice waiting room, and everyone was very professional.
I am very disappointed what they did.I went to the center recommended by Geico after hit by a lady on highway. I tried to ask a few questions to the repair manager at the first time, but he was not patience at all. He told me “I will fix everything for you”.After I got my car back from the center, my coworker told me that there are no rear lights. I went to the center again and tried to explain the receptionist and the repair manager in ENGLISH. They said “we need a translator…”. I told them “come and show you if you don’t understand, I even can write for you”.After a few seconds, the manager told me that it is not his job, it is bulb issue. He asked for me to buy and replace these bulbs.
Fast and great service
I receive 4/5 texts informing me my car was ready for pick up, so i get off of work early get there at the time specified in the text, car not ready they told me it must be a glitch in the system but that they can give me my car momentarily because it was just being washed so i wait... they give me my car signed off by the geico estimator saying everything was done to it, My spare tire was missing and its cover and other personal belongings out of my trunk as well, they find my stuff and place it back in the trunk, the spare tire cover was soaking wet and last but not least my bumper was out of place so now i have to take off of work and take my car back so they can repair my bumper correctly ...!
Amazing job was done to my vehicle, awesome staff very professional, walked me through each step, and kept me updated which its very important, I felt very confident my car was left in good hands, the quality of the work done was amazing, overall I give them a 110%thanks guys for making my car look like nothing happend.
Horrible customer service at this Enterprise location next to Collision. I have Geico insurance that covers everything including insurance for a rental car and they charged me $17 per day claiming my insurance wasn’t transferred over to my rental while my car was getting fixed. I called Geico and the customer service agent told me I had everything covered and they were wrongly charging me. Had to call multiple times and the problem hasn’t been solved. They make you sign papers when you’re getting the rental without any explanation of what you’re signing and then they tell you that you “agree” on waving this and that. Such a shame. Never going back there again!

Only because I am unable to give no stars!! I can’t be the only one to find this place customer service to be completely lacking!!! Had my car from June 11 to July 15. CSR Matt at the front desk when ask any questions his answer was always I Don’t Know. Ask for Manager and Gary Told him his CSR needs work on customer service and he told me they don’t have any CS issues. I proceeded to tell this manager how Matts attitude was and Gary had the nerve to tell me he didn’t think my customers skills were very good either. Gary forgot I was his customer not vice versa. I had to complain to Geico to get the service completed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to me worst enemy!! If 5300 dollars worth of work gets you treated this way imagine how the treat people who spend less!!! Making formal complaint with Geico as well so they think twice before sending their customers to this place!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst place to get your car fixed!! Dont come to this place ever!!! Their workers will switch your parts for black market ones like they did to me!! They are a body shop that means that there is no mechanic work at that place.. I took my car there to get mi doors fixed and one of their employees switch my original toyota aternator from factory for a black market one.. they had NOTHING to do under the hood!!! These guys are literally stealing from their customers!!! Stay away from this place
These guys do great work unfortunately I have had to use them due to the debris problem in Fort Lauderdale Miami. But each time they do a great job looks as good as new.five out of five stars George was great help.

I damaged my 2005 F-350, backed into a concrete coulm and trashed the drivers side real panel.Signature Collision (Christine Caddle, Sean Write, Matt and the crew did a great job on my truck and could not have been more satisfied with the turn out.Its great getting my truck back and feals a little newer. Great job team Signature and Geico who made it all possable.After a year has passed the bed was coming loose from my frame and brought back to Signature Collision were there service man looked at it and said it was fine.It’s not fine and still loose and rattles every time I go to work. This is so frustrating after calling them again through my insurance company.Very unsatisfied Custer and had to wait so long to find out I was ripped off by a company that my insurance sent me too with a Lifetime warranty on work not being adequate repair.
Car was finished but waited 7 days for a check from Geico to arrive. When I called Geico and complained, they issued payment immediately! I spent money on a rental for 4 days I didnt need because Geico didnt do a followup to see if my car was finished. 3 stars as the body work and paint was well done on a two door side-swipe type accident.
I was really impressed with Sigbature collision. These guys are polite, reliable, artuculate, and Not on ‘Cuban time’...:-)...not slow....The work that was done on my car was fast and to the highest standards. Im very happy and will recommend Signature collision services to anybody in the Davie and Fort Lauderdale area. I liked their personal approach and that they really take time to explain everything in detail, and you don’t feel rushed. Their prices are very fair and below what competition was asking for for the same job. It’s a Win-win! Great guys 👍

They are not an honest business.... They tried to cover up busting my speakers by gluing them back together.... They tried to hide NOT fixing my bumper beam on the front by just throwing a new bumper cover on. In the process of suing as my car is in another shop and this company owes rental reimbursement. The paint quality is very mediocre and the whole passenger quater has to be repainted. Jason is supposedly the owner and Gary as one of the managers. These are both some shady characters. All Jason braggs about is being on an episode of overhauling which hes not on and no one cares about. If you genuinely care about being ripped off and the quality of work.. Dont even consider bringing it to this Geico referred business...
Poor communication, didnt fix my engine only the outside and I had to bring it back after well over a month of waiting. Their bodywork was really well done though which is why they got 3 stars.

DO NOT GO HERE; VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD HAVE MY CAR READY VIA TEXT 9/16/16. I trusted that they would complete the work on my car as they stated however nearly 1 week later and many excuses I had scream with them on the phone to get the work done. Also they have poor communication. As i noted earlier they text me via an automated system. At first I thought this was a sign of great workflow, but in fact its a sign they dont communicate what they are doing at all and you have to be on them to get the work completed. REPEAT DONT GO HERE. Geico certifies this location but it is not worthy.
This place is Terrible, they dont complete their work on time. They struggle to get the parts they need to complete the work. They are so slow that they used all my rental allowance for my geico insurance and had to get extension because after 30 days they had not finished. I regret taking my car here for repairs. They seem nice in person but after you leave they completely forget about the job until you call. I will be back again now the protective cover under my car just fell off while driving today. Jorge the managers word is worthless and on top of that wont call you back even when HE says he will. Kristen is nice at the front but unfortunately had to deal with bad workmanship in the shop and untrustworthy mechanics / auto body techs. Go somewhere Else and avoid you self the struggle to get your car repaired. I will be using my Geico 90 day guarantee as I have 3 problems with the car since I left. Steering wheel clicks when turning, the under pan is falling off, and my passenger door windows has loud pop when brining the window up. FYI my claim was a Theft claim and the work needed on my car was mostly cosmetic.
Just picked up my lil baby and im very pleased! The manager is an awsome guy and everyone else there is too. Gieco ofcourse didnt want to pay what they should of but Signature took care of me! Painted my whole bumper for the freeeeee lol. Thank you again im happy with my service and the rental was sick. I received a challanger while my car was being worked on and i loved it. Great place highly recommend!!!!!
