Richard took great care of our van. He talked us through a few options to fix the damage to the back door. It took a day longer than originally thought, but the van looks great, and they also got the broken lock working again for no extra charge. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

I called on a Sunday near closing time asked if they could take my truck in, the lady who I spoke to was very nice and friendly she said of course. So I came and they welcomed me, showed me around and got to the estimate. Price was very fair. So we came back Monday and dropped the truck off. The trucks bumper and bed had body damage needed new parts and paint. The body work and paint came out flawless. Richie had my truck in and out in only a few days. Been here a few times and I gotta say, this place is better than most big shops Ive been to. The work quality, and attention to detail is something you would expect from a dealership. Family owned and operated, they never treat you like just another job. They work very hard to make sure you are satisfied with their work. Two Cousins Auto Body did such a exceptional job on my cars, I could not be more happy to of found them. When I got into an accident the first time I heard through a friend about them so i just had my car towed directly to their shop. They reached out to my insurance company right away had all the necessary paper work sent in to them, so they can get my car in and out ! Through out the car being at their shop they kept in touch with me on a daily basis to give me any updates, they kept me informed on the entire process ! When my car was finished they called to let me know i can pick it up when i was ready, so I came right over and the car looked amazing they matched everything perfectly. Got into an accident a few days after New Years. Passenger side front end was a mess.They were able to not only fix the damage but make it ride and look like nothing ever even happen. Havent had any problems. Friendly, quick, affordable service. Definitely using them again.

Terrible customer service!!! Very unprofessional. Very rude. Unreliable. Unorganized. Dishonest. No follow-up or follow through. Richie lacks diplomacy and talks out both sides of his mouth. Decided not to have my car repaired at Two Cousins because I felt disrespected and unappreciated as a potential customer.

They did an incredible job with my car, they match the white paint perfectly and fixed the sun damage it had - I was going to sell the car and didnt want to invest too much money on it, they gave me the best quote from all the places I checked, and the end result looks so great I am holding onto the car for a little longer.

Avoid itHe quoted me with dealer OEM parts and used after market.Bumper would not fit right. He forgot to fix light and did not used screws in the bottom to hold the bumper in place. The after market part was of different size.More over I went to him 3 times to fix after the initial fix. Total waste of time and money.Needless to say, the work was shabby.
