I really liked the whole process, he gave us access to their auction site so I could take my time researching the cars from home. It took me a few weeks to find something I liked... and when I wanted to purchase, I just called Rick up and he made it happen. The car was purchased and then shipped over to their location the following week. We chose to get the car inspected to confirm that the truck was in good shape and in working order, prior to purchasing and shipping. My payment is $280 and includes comprehensive and collision insurance coverage. I was at 4 dealership before and my payment with insurance ranged from $595 to $800. I did pretty good with these guys and they are amazing, I really got hooked up !

I would not recommend any one buying a car from this place. I bought a infinity qx56 from this place and they told me they personally went and checked the car and told me it was in good condition however when I got the car it was not even able to start. Originally they told me I will have a 14 day return policy and once I realized there was numerous amount of complaints in the car and I tried to return it, they told me there is no such thing. I spend $2300 just to get the car to start and now i have to spend a lot more to just drive safely. I absolutely would not recommend any one even thinking about getting a car from here. I got scammed by them and I am writing this so someone else wont either.

I got a raw deal. Purchased a vehicle and it arrived to me around June 2015. By Early November 2015 the vehicle started running very poorly. The engine was shot, after all of the money I spent trying to purchasing a quality vehicle. Mechanic told me it appeared a quick fix was done in order to sell the vehicle. Another Problem was that when my car arrived I noticed constant gas smell coming from it. When I took the car in for the engine problem, they checked the gas smell as well and told me that the fuel line wasnt connected, the car was leaking gas the whole time. We removed the back seat of the car and it was drenched in gasoline. So now I am here, having to purchase a new engine, and connect a fuel line on a car that I havent even owned for a full 6 months before the problems started. BE VERY CAREFUL!!RE: Yes I respectfully declined, and subsequently purchased a car that was recommended by AW. It was already sitting out on your lot having passed testing from what I was told. It is disingenuous to make it out as if I went against your advice and purchased a vehicle that you did not recommend yourself. In fact I didnt know of the vehicle until it was brought up and recommended by your team. Yes Im sorry as well, you live and learn.

Dont buy from this dealership. They will rip you off. I saw a car ad on Craigslist with their address on it. Because I was interested in the car, I made a follow up. They told me the car was out of state so I should make a down payment of $2500 before the car can be shipped here in FL which I made. We also agreed that the remaining balance should be paid when Im coming to pick up the car. Few days later when I went to get the car I was told to pay the cost of $800 shipping in addition to the remaining balance which was not in our agreement.I will never do business with them again.

Bought a Nissan Sentra from a guy named Jeffrey. The car turn out to be better than I expected. The guy gave me a good deal and I took it without any hesitation. Jeffrey went out of his way to find this model for me and I appreciate that.

I went to this dealer for a Ford Focus ST which is a bit difficult to find. Jeff whom I worked with was very polite and helpful. Here is what one needs to consider when working with them. First off, they dont verbally disclose that one must pay their $495 fee whether they find you a car or not. It is stated in the contract however one does not see the contract until the deposit has been collected.Second, they say a full inspection is done at the auction before the car is shipped. My car arrived with multiple dents, a faulty air pressure gauge, wore down breaks, and wore down tires. Basically the car had little or no maintenance by the previous owners. Also this car was rated, Excellent Condition, by the auction. This of course one must pay for and was not reimbursable since one must pay for it. I was told there was nothing wrong mechanically!Upon receipt of the car Jeff had called me about the dents and had them fixed however the workers he used did a shoddy job and didnt even sand the paint properly. Also Jeff had promised verbally to help fix one other dent that was not fixed, however after multiple phone calls and a Better Business Bureau report it was never fixed.I cannot comment on their used car business but I found them through a Craigs List post however they didnt even have the car that they posted when I called. At least if the car is on the lot one can bring a mechanic and have a proper inspection completed. However if one does the auction option they are rolling the dice!

I am pretty sure they are scam even though I didnt buy from them. They posted a lot of ads of good vehicles with super low price on Craigslist. I called them for the vehicle, they told me it is available and very friendly and trying to get me pay them the deposit. However, when I try to get more information they start to evade me. First they told me the car is available to view on the auction across the street. Then they start to evade my calls. I just want to share this information with all the potential customer. Keep yourself alert when dealing with these people.

Hadnt heard of this lot before, but I was Jaguar shopping online and selected this one to view. There was an issue with the dashboard leather that wasnt disclosed online, but explains the under KBB pricing. I asked lots of questions and ended up getting a mobile mechanic over for an inspection. The answers were similarly comparable between lot representation and mechanic, and the guys quickly provided a Carfax report. Being in sales myself and coming in as a cash buyer, I feel like we were able to negotiate the best deal and close a sale within a day. The owner was respectful and accommodating. It was the only car I looked at because I know Jaguars and sale values well, and saved myself lots of time by coming here first. The inventory on this lot seem well chosen.

It books.•••(The Truth: They told me the same thing for a 2013 Impala with 89~90k miles on that had been in an accident whose keys couldn’t lock or unlock the doors of the car, and whose transmission clearly needed a check up. They sold me the car without mats for $7700+ and told me the actual value was in the $10k. I got conned. The car was a lemon that wouldn’t book not for even $2000. The car that they sell, they sell them by retail price plus their fees plus taxes on that sum. So why are they lying? They took me to auction across the street, I quickly picked a nice honda accord coupe, the paperwork took a little longer then I expected, but I did well overall and price wise

WARNING:SCAM. Was lured in there with false advertisement of a car- which didnt even exist. They just want you to pay them $495 non refundable so that they can look for a car for you which you will pay a bunch of fees for. And if you dont like it, well then they still win cause they keep your $495. Met a really pussed off lady when I went in there who explained to us how screwed she got from these people, and warned us to stay away. I knew it was a scam from the moment I walked in. Do what you want, but thank God I dodged that bullet!!

READ CAREFULLY: All advertised prices of cars come with $2300-2700 in non negotiable fees. Those fees include auction costs, transport costs, $495 fee to hire them to get the car for you. Alot of these fees I didnt find out until later in the process. When my car finally did come in from auction in a transport they didnt clear engine codes, errors, or even bother to put air in tires. Treat this company as people who broker auction cars for you and nothing more. At the end I had to use their auction log in to find my own car. I wont be going through this process again!

They requested a deposit to start the process. I Paid the deposit on Thursday and they vehicle promise to deliver the vehicle on Tuesday of the next week. The following week I contacted them and was told its still been process. Two weeks no vehicle, called many time and been put on hold for more than half hour and no one wants to talk to me. The forth week after going back and forth I was told that the vehicle is no longer forsale due to a mechanic lean on the vehicle, when requested a refund of my deposit I was told it non refundable.Base on lots of reviews I read after the fact points to them putting nicely price vehicle on line to scam you of your deposit, hope other people does not make the same mistake I did. they are just a bunch of thievesReceived a part of deposit not my entire deposit
