Financed a car with them and immediately notice things were rigged up under the hood. Despite I Kept the car anyways paid my car off and it took them almost 2 months to remove the lien from my vehicle. I had to visit the lien holder in person 2 days in a row and made clear that I wont stop coming until the lien is removed from my paid off vehicle!! Day 3 the lien was removed. Buyers beware! I do not recommend this dealer.

We had an amazing experience at drive on autos. Immediately, knew we were in good hands with Leon and Andres. Leon was our sales person and he was very honest and funny. He was also very knowledgeable. We were already set on buying a Kia Optima and coincidentally, they had the model, make and color we were looking for. Leon made the buying process extremely fast and easy.Andres assisted us with the paperwork process. You can tell he is genuine and wants the best for his clients. Leon and Andres depict what customer service should be.

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased a seemingly perfect vehicle and within 2 days the battery died while out shopping causing a overwhelming amount of stress. The next day after spending $200 on a new battery and labor the dealership had nothing to say for it. The next day while at a traffic light the car didn’t even accelerate when the light turned green. Just completely broke down in the middle of a busy miami street. 3 days after purchase!!!! Broken down?? Yep. The dealership is infested with shady deals and even shadier dealers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Purchased a car less than a month ago from this place and the Ac does not work in sunny south Florida. I am mother and need a reliable vehicle which I stressed when buying the vehicle. At the time of purchase apparently the Ac issue existed and I was not told. I was a priority when buying the car but now I am no longer a priority and fixing the issue that existed prior and was not disclosed is not a priority. I need my car fixed or my money back! Another car dealership ripping off working people. So today just spoke to their GM Jerry who is the rudest manager EVER! First he called and never left a message. I only know he called because I saw a missed call from Hollywood. He then proceeded to let me know he doesnt like my tone and I bought the car so its my problem. I then asked for a refund which he denied and then hung up the phone. I am now retaining a lawyer to proceed. Unbelievable!

Bought a car from them and the car was shaking same day I left the lot. Jerry told me they safeguard everyone with a warranty which is useless. Took it to several places and all quotes were high. The dealer wanted almost 6k! Needless to say I’ve spent 3500 down plus 2k in repairs on top of the 1500 in rental car charges while I shopped around looking for a better price plus the time it took to get parts and fix it(three weeks to a month) getting the car fixed! So basically I’ve been paying on a car plus insurance the entire time since October that has been broken! In all I’ve spend about 8k out of pocket! I could have paid it off cash by now for a car that’s 2011 with 115k miles. Their mechanic inspected it and said nothing was wrong! Imagine! Tried to get another car with them but they wanted 6000 grand down so they try to get more money out of you after this. The salesperson Efrain was very courteous and respectful but his manager does not have his back or support his customer’s needs. I would have purchased another car from Efrain because I saw some other good cars but I never received Jerrys calls back! :(

This people are the most shady car dealer ever, don’t trust them they see custumers as money signs and the finance company that they provided me doesn’t know how to deal with people either. I was stopped at a red light by a random person when they saw my tag said Drive on they told me to be careful with them that the are SHADY! I tell you all the same thing.

Time waste. Liers and deceivers. We liked a car, opened the hood it had a missing part, i asked what about that part the rep said they have it in the office they were cleaning the engine and removed it. Had a few other broken irreparable parts, the rep said theyll fix it - which was a straight out lie. We test drove it. Its not perfect but it suits our needs and within price range. We made a 5K offer (all included - off the lot) which at first they said no to, so we were about to leave. The rep came over and said theyll accept it, then after a few questions he said plus tag $. We left. We have 2 other offers for 5K all included (not this color though). Then we got a call that theyll take it. We came back (over an hour drive for us). Started filling out paperwork, test drove it again to make sure. Spent at least another hour there, then suddenly the rep left the office and his manager came over. The woman said they cant sell us the car for 5K. We left.

The worst and most unprofessional experience i ever had at any dealership. The customer service is horrible I’ve never been to a dealership where you come on the lot and look over cars an no one rushes to assist you. I felt my intelligence was disrespected that the car i wanted to pay in full they clam i couldn’t proceed with my process and tried to sell me a car for a higher priced while worse in looks as i asked can he get into more detail there response was “we don’t get into details about that stuff”. In my opinion there horrible and I’d never refer anyone to them.

Purchased vehicle here from Dre on Thursday 2/16/17. Although it stopped running two days later, the dealership did correct the problem, which was a simple replacement of the battery. Since the battery replacement, the vehicle has run really well. I am updating my previous review as after having finally spoken with someone, they did make things right. I stop short of giving five stars because customer service here could vastly be improved with basic and repeated training. If I could put 0 stars I would this auto sales place is a scam from the very beginning there has been issues Ive had my car there twice within the 1st 30 days and nothing was done I had to buy brand new tires on within the 1st week now my engine is blown in there telling me because its 6 months later that I cant theres nothing that they could do to make matters worse when we 1st got the card they told me that I had an extended manufactures warranty that they had been able to add on to the car come to find out the other day when I called them they told me to call my loan company and I did in they had told me that there was no manufactures warranty at that time Now I have a blown engine in the car dealership is telling me that it is my problem and they are not willing to do anything my phone calls have been transferred from person to person to make matters worse before this incident happen there was a recall on my brake booster that they should have known due to carfax but did not make me aware of the recall I ended up having to get that fixed after my brakes failed to work and I ran through a stop sign displaces a scam do not get car from here they do not help and to make matters worse when I 1st got the car the car was 5990 now after everything the car and fees not including interest with some how jacked up to $9000 I was not given any paperwork to break down the itemize figures And now Im stuck with a $3000 engine that I need to fix on top of whatever already paid its more than what the car is worth do not buy from here

Bought a car from this place and have had nothing but problems even before leaving the dealership. First they ruin the fuel pump while pressure washing the engine!!!. Then they give me a loaner while they fix it that breaks down the next day. Get the car back only to find out the sensors in the electrical are bad and the wiring harnesses is non existent held together with tape. Costing me more to fix than the car is worth.

If I could rate this dealership with negative numbers I would. As a seasoned and retired Naval officer greater than 30 years of enlisted and commissioned service, I know what it means to provide a sound and excellent customer service experience both as a Physical Therapist and Customer service advocate. To start with the post purchase experience with this dealership was beyond and far below satisficatory. Sam, The General Manager is rude and cares very little for customer satisfaction as evidenced by rudely hanging up the phone or failing to inquire how best to correct several errors in the post sale experience. For example, after being told that we would receive our title before the temporary tags expired and after repeatedly speaking to John Carlo who blew off the calls, and leaving several voice mails for Sam, we NEVER received a return call from either Sam or John Carlo. Additionally when we involved the Compliance Department of the Florida DMV, a compliance investigation regarding the status of our title was launched. We only just received our title 2.5 months post purchase. Now mind you we live in Chicago IL. Upon receiving our title late last week, we proceeded to try and register and title the vehicle in IL where we live. The Natural disaster document required in IL for vehicles purchased in high flood areas was filled out incorrectly by Sam or the front desk person at the dealership. There appears to be no QA process, surely this is not the first time this type of document has passed under the pen on the General Manager, Sam.....that said, to add further insult to injury, after trying to speak to Sam for the better part of the day and again being hung up on by him and Enrique, I would STRONGLY suggest that if any one can purchase a vehicle at any other dealership in Ft Lauderdale to do so as this dealership is poorly managed and even poorly staffed. This dealership is far from professional or courteous! We will be filing a formal complaint both with the Better Business Bureau in Broward County as well as following through with a full on investigation with the Florida DMV Compliance Department.Respectfully SubmittedLisa Dee
