Class act dealership. I Recently purchased a Toyota Landcruiser from these guys. I initially saw the car on eBay, and noticed the high feedback rating. Feeling confident with the description of the vehicle, I decided to leave a deposit with salesman Will, and proceeded to purchase a one way plane ticket to Ft. Lauderdale. Once landed 4 days later, I appreciated the prompt pick-up by him at the airport. I also felt upon seeing the vehicle, that it was in better cosmetic condition than described. Shortly after signing paperwork and leaving the dealership, I noticed an intermittent problem with the starter. It seemed to click once it was warm, and after multiple restarts. Making the 700+ mile road trip back home with this issue concerned me, but I chose to purchase the car as is, so it was my problem. Taking a chance I contacted owner of Ride Motors, Skip. He immediately made me feel at ease, and encouraged me to bring the car back to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by Skip with a handshake, as well an assurance that he would take care of repair at his cost. He also took care of several other small items not previously agreed to, going above and beyond. I have never experienced such good customer service like this at an auto dealership before. The significance was not just in the issue being fixed, but in how I was treated. I recall purchasing a certified Infiniti from a local franchise dealer for my wife a couple years ago, and I wish I would have been treated the way I was by Ride Motors USA. Skip and Will, you restored my faith in auto dealers. I would encourage anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from these guys to do so without hesitation... you will be treated honestly and fairly.
