BEWARE!!!! THEY SALE LEMONS and take down payments and ship cars before the contact with financing is complete. I live in California applied for financing, paid down payment of 5000.00 car was shipped (paid by me 1300) car arrived on 10/26/2020 and within a few hours the check engine light came on I reached out to Synergy where I was informed that the car was fine and I was able to drive and once the warranty kicked in the shop would fix the issue. A few days later the drivers side wheel started to make loud noises and a traction notification popped up. I again informed the dealer of the issue. Again was pushed to wait for warranty to kick in. I noticed the car was also leaking some form of fluid in which I thought was an oil leak. AGAIN pushed to wait for warranty. In the mean time the first financing deal fell through. They went to another company (whom they applied to) which wanted more for down payment (additional 1000) I paid 500 with a arrangement on the additional 500. 2 weeks later I was informed the 2nd financing company denied the loan as well and the car would need to be shipped back and I would receive a refund. I emailed several times to get a definite answer on how much I would be refunded. NEVER received an answer. Once car was delivered I received an email on 11/2/20 stating I would be refunded 2617.99 and they would refund that amount once they figured out what was wrong with vehicle. I believe I should receive ALL of my refund due to the dealer shipping the car without the Contact being FINAL and approved. I would be willing to accept the refund minus the shipping due to the company sending me a vehicle that they were aware of issue (proof in text communications). I believe the SOLD me a LEMON knowingly due to me being in a different State and pushing me to file a warranty claim. THEY THOUGHT they had a easy ONE!!! NOT!!!!

SCAM ALERT!!!Bought a truck here in the fall. Took it to the shop after and talk about some nice surprises. Broken struts, the steering colon was about to snap, and suspension on front had a broken spring that they spraypainted to cover up. And went to DMV with new plate that they said I had to get because they said my old tag wouldnt transfer. In fact, I transferred my tag with no issue. And the dmv let me know that the dealer should never had given me that tag, and that they should not of had it either. I imagine it was stolen and they were just trying to get a couple extra bucks out of me. Think they were a little BH for giving me a health care discount, guess you have to make up the cost somehow. Sending to BBB, thanks clowns!

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! After speaking to the people about a vehicle, and explaining in depth of my situation. 2 weeks later I should have gotten the hint when the vehicle I was interested in was still available. They even requested that I put a deposit on the vehicle so I could schedule to look at it.... I happened to have a friend close by to further look at the vehicle and thank god I did. (I did schedule to look at it with the GM) They showed up to look at the vehicle and noticed damage not shown in the pictures or disclosed when I called about the vehicle. After pulling the carfax, the vehicle had been in an accident requiring a tow. This was NEVER disclosed.(disclosure Which is required by law) . To top it off, I was still willing to drive to come look at the vehicle had my friend been able to test drive the vehicle. Except, they blocked in the truck and every vehicle around it was dead, including the vehicle I was looking at. When waiting for almost 30 min, they went inside to find out when someone was going to come allow them to test drive. The guy was sitting at the desk and replied oh yea, my bad bro. He left and I kept my $ thank goodness! They tried to scam me out of 17k on a wrecked vehicle. I gave the benefit of the doubt despite the other bad reviews about yall.... but yall definitely proved your worth here.

Would never recommend this place, sold a bad car with a blown motor, horrible service and just a sketchy place with a manager that gets rude when you ask questions

They sold me a car with the check engine light on and the TPMS light on as well as a bad transfer case issue that had to be there previously, which made me wonder why they would even sell a car to a customer in that condition. When I told them about the problem they told me that the warranty would cover it but now you have to go through a whole other problem dealing with them to see if your car is even eligible based on the issue. The car has issues that the warranty company will not cover. Didn’t offer me a test drive before I actually proceeded with buying the vehicle. Some of these issues I could’ve avoided but had the car been properly inspected before hand I would be ok. Dealing with them put a lot of financial stress on me and my family that could’ve been avoided if the proper steps were taking before the car hit the lot. I suggest that you slow these people down during your process and ask questions don’t let them rush you.

I rated based on my experience with getting my tag. Purchased in February and no decal yet in April. I could not get a third temporary tag so now I have a car I cant get drive unless I want to be pulled over by cops. Surely dont want that experience. Everything is still being blamed on covid.

Spoke with a salesman multiple days prior. Wanted to get some pricing info, was able to obtain an out the door price. Drove 4 hours to look at 2 cars with a similar listing price.drove both. One was in complete limp mode. Wanted to buy the other, paying cash. The out the door price I was given was then completely ignored in the office. Out the door price from the manager was $1616 higher than the total given by a salesman multiple days prior. $949 dealer fee is a complete rip off, average dealer fee in state of Florida is $607. Was unable to negotiate at all. After 20 minutes trying, we walked away empty handed. Time to drive home 4 more hours. Manager was a complete jerk.

This is the first time Ive purchased a car from a dealership, and I was trying to be a bit careful, especially because I had a 1200 mile drive home starting the following morning. I was a little uneasy at first because of a new experience and such, and hearing horror stories of purchasing used cars. I found the car Ive been looking for after 5 years from an ad of theirs on Craigslist.The typical part was the rush through the sale but when I asked for time, I was given it. I only had two days before I had to leave anyway, so that was more on my part than theirs.They promised thered be nothing wrong with the car, and without me asking, had me take it for a test drive. The car is a manual, and itd be my first manual, but they had no issue with it. They had me test drive it with my girlfriend, following them in another one of their cars, showing they run and drive nicely! Obviously, it was a bumpy ride for me, but thats my fault again. I have a racing sim set up for my PC, but its a whole different ball game having a *pretty* good idea of how to drive a manual car, and actually driving one, but they were patient as long as I was. They found options that fit my needs, and promised the car would get me home, regardless of whether I was sure due to my personal circumstances. The staff was relaxed and fantastic, answering any and every question I had without dodging anything.My only gripe about the car Ive purchased is a very minor grind getting in to 6th gear, but its extremely minimal and actually a finicky thing with the car itself, nothing they missed on their due diligence, or dodging questions that Ive asked. Beyond that, Ive had the car for a week now, thrown it around in an abandoned lot to get a good feel for it, and I absolutely love it.All in all, I had a great experience with these guys. They were very personable, responsive, and respectable. When I purchased the car, they put in a new battery, filled it with gas, and test drove it a couple times to verify all was good first. I also checked the car for trackers as this happens quiet commonly at untrustworthy places, and of course there was none. I didnt find them untrustworthy in anyway, again, it was my first car purchase for myself and I wanted to be careful.Juan was the salesman that hooked me up and treated me, and Isaac, his manager, made sure everything was done in a proper process. Thank you so much guys! My friends whove rode in the car and learned to drive manual in it now from me have been convinced its time for them to get one too. This location is unacceptable. Their customer service is great but they’re doing their job so well that they sold me a completely broken car. 3 days after purchasing the vehicle, I took it to the mechanics because I had the engine light come on, I was told I had no oil in my engine nor my transmission. I needed a complete new transmission because my car can’t reverse. I need to replace all four brakes out of pocket and the tires. I went back trying to find a solution and their response was to wait for the warranty. The manager was never there so my situation was never handled, always passed down to another representative because no one had the answer to why I was sold a dysfunctional vehicle. I was told to wait 15 days for the warranty to kick in so my car can get the parts it needed fixed but the brakes aren’t covered and that’s $400 out of pocket. It has been 10 days since i’ve reached out to the warranty and they have yet to approve my mechanics claim to fix my car. The dealership and their warranty are unreliable. Save your money and take it else where. They play a good act but they don’t even know about the cars they’re selling, it’s only business to them but in the end, the customer ends up with the real issue!!

I’ve NEVER had an experience as terrible as this and it’s not my first time purchasing a vehicle. I originally was relieved at purchasing a vehicle. I came to Synergy off of a recommendation. Although the customer service is awesome, their deals are the COMPLETE opposite. Frantz and Emile took advantage of the situation knowing I was desperate for a vehicle and used that opportunity to make a quick buck by financing me with a problem vehicle. I just had to come back and update this review. Instead of being honest and upright about what they could and could not do, they snuck a vehicle I never even saw until the paperwork was finalized which Emile drew out for as long as he could knowing I had to return a rental car. So now I’ve had a vehicle that they sent to me with dents and all kinds of mechanical problems and I’ve only been in the vehicle for a month and drive it locally to work and my kids school. I’ve had tire issues, radiator problems, coolant issues, electronic throttle control problems, charging system malfunction, and the list goes on and on. And I’m sure there’s no end in sight. It’s ridiculous how deplorable these deals are and Synergy will NOT prosper and stay in business continuing to provide these shady deals.

Paid cash for a car. I asked for the out the door price and was charged an additional $200 when it came time to get the title. Thats a deceptive practice. In addition, they delayed a month and then gave me a new temporary tag, so when it came time to get the plate, my car only had a couple more days of being legal unless I paid them for the title. The car also only came with one key. A second key costs hundreds after programming. I will never buy a car from one of these corner lot rip-off dealers again and certainly not Synergy.

Overall a great experience. If you go in knowing more or less what you’re looking for it undoubtedly helps the process (ANY used car dealership for that matter). The staff will go to the ends of the earth and back to get you the car you want. Only thing missing is itemized receipts for everything being paid for. Vehicles listed are a couple thousand more than the advertised price (dealer fees, transfers, etc.), which MOST people know instinctively but having that in black and white helps. Very nice car selection and a personalized process from start to finish. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Synergy have great customer service, both Isaac and Juan are fantastic. I went In with low expectations but I honestly was amazed at Isaac’s dedication to finding me the right deal for me.
