It is no wonder that its difficult to get a weekend appointment within two weeks because this is probably the best service center in South Florida. Ive always had a great experience coming here. Very professional, attentive, and organized. I went in due to battery problems, and while another Nissan service center was reluctant to help solve the issue, this one immediately fixed the problem in a timely manner. 1000% would recommend coming here.
They were able to help me out late into Saturday evening, and got me into my car. The service manager came in on his OFF time and helped me out plus gave me solid advice on the car. One of the other staff who helped me greatly was Jorge Posada I believe that was his name unfortunately I cant remember the service managers name but he also really looked out for me by coming in and finding the invoice and keys.
The front staff was friendly and the service fast however, they completed an expetion on my pathfinder which i purchased certified used 2 months earlier and told me everything was great, that was on a Thursday on Saturday while in Orlando with my wife and kids my car wouldnt start because of a bad battery. The batter seemed to have been bad for months I find it hard to believe they actually performed the correct test.
Battery died. Went to Weston Nissan because car was still under warranty. Battery was replaced hassle free. Faye aslo provided excellent customer service. The only thing was I had a 2 hour wait. Other than that service was on point.

I recently went to Weston Nissan for my scheduled maintenance on my 2019 Nissan Murano. My car was ready in a short time and returned in great condition. They always have my car cleaned spotless and feeling brand new. They also make sure to leave a reminder of my next scheduled maintenance so I don’t forget! Always appreciate the customer service provided at Weston Nissan.
Would never come here again if I could help it. For 3 years of my lease I have come in repeatedly and asked them why my radio randomly goes black while I’m driving, won’t connect to my Apple play, continues to restart randomly, won’t play music. I have pictures and videos I have shown them. I was told once they would replace it, then they decided it was a software update, then didn’t have the cord for the update lol, then did the updates, still cuts off and goes black. Hugely concerned about the safety of the vehicle at this point since they clearly don’t know what’s wrong with it and won’t replace it. I can’t get anyone to help me or resolve the issue and they were supposed to call me back after I contacted Stan extremely bothered by the lack of quality and professionalism here, and can you guess it? Still haven’t heard from them to fix the car they leased me after 3 years of negligence by Nissan. Absolute trash is how I would describe all of them.

I get a call every few months with a deal on an oil change. I like to keep up with the maintenance on my car, so I usually take them up on it. I get the synthetic oil for what most places charge for regular oil. They recommended an engine air filter, which was quite a bit more than changing it myself, but I paid them to do it anyway. I figured the filter and oil change together cost about what others charge for just the oil change. They were pretty quick and their waiting room was spacious and comfortable. I will continue getting my service done there.

It would be especially accommodating if Weston had an express service just for oil change, especially when you have an appointment so they can get you in and out in 40 minutes or less. It shouldnt always take more than an hour. Just too long. Please do better.

Hard to say, customer service did not offer additional service, when asked about AC fu functionality, responded he only knows mechanics, question was about how to use AC control onpanel. he called a sales man who was indicated best j knowledgeable, u fortunately he asked to wait and never came back but he neither knew how to use the AC controls, what a disappointment !!!!!!!!!.

I took my car to Weston Nissan, to get looked at. I told them the AC wasnt working, but it was brand new, turns out the place that put it (UNIVERSITY MITSUBISHI) forgot to put in the O Rings, my guess they took them out. to try and mess up the car. Thank God for the Honest people at Weston Nissan they also told me the breaks needed to be done and they did a software update on the transmission. If you want an honest car dealership go to Weston Nissian.

I had an awesome experience, was planning to trade in my Nissan rogue due to sound coming from the engine and somewhat jerky movement during acceleration. Mr Darrel was advised what could likely be the problems. this was fixed and now car runs greats.

I bought an oil synthetic package, in which was included, synthetic change, oil filter,tire rotation and refilling fluids on a 2019 Nissan Pathfinder.Besides oil change, nothing else was done.I called the service manager as soon I noticed, he requested 10 minutes to review the cameras but never called me back, next day the service advisor called me with some apology saying you are right, the service wasnt done properly we checked the cameras.After a week the teller called me to reimburse me $13.59👏.Next time we know where NOT to take my cars.
I had the car tuned up with new spark plugs and a few or oil leaks on the valve covers in engine bay area repaired and a drive axle seal replaced as a repair due to a leak very professional work done and area thoroughly clean very satisfied.
