I always service my Porsche here at Porsche of West Broward. The staff is extremely professional and honest. My service advisor Mark takes care of my vehicles as if it were his own. When it comes to my Porsche Panamera S-e hybrid, I only trust Porsche of West Broward to perform maintenance on it which has kept it running like new.

My CPO 2016 Cayenne had a problem with the transfer case (common in this model), Porsche warranty covered the repair (Porsche extended this part warranty). This was an one day repair including my oil change and I also requested an appraisal to buy another car, but unfortunately removing the transfer case the mechanic broke the bolts (it could happen). I was told that the bolts were in Atlanta and they were going to overnight them, so I was cool, just one extra day, no a big deal, so they uber me home. Next day I called to check the status and I was informed that my car was not ready because the part never came from Atlanta and it has to be order from Germany. The 3rd day without my car, I requested a loaner because I couldn’t stay more longer without car but not loaner was available that day, so I was expecting a call next day (4rd) but that never happens. On the 5th day I called again to request the loaner but I was told that bolts arrived and they are going to work until late to have the car done next day. So I thought ok so I can wait until next day. Finally next day came my wife drove me there to pick up my car or a loaner (this was my intention) fortunately my car was done. After paid the oil change and the multi inspection points, I asked if they apprised my car but after 6 days my car parked there nobody did it, so obviously I had no intention to wait there much longer. Two days after I had to remove one tire and I noticed that my brakes pads were almost gone, sensor was about to turn on, sad thing is that nobody notified me about the pads conditions even I paid for a “multi-inspection points”. West Broward Porsche = 6 days without car, no loaner, no appraisal and no inspection.

Went in for a broken armrest latch, although not covered under the CPO warranty, the management decided to cover it anyways. My service advisor, Leo,, was was very helpful. Will send others there.

A quick overview. Ive been going to Porsche W Broward for appx 4 years. Clutch, Wheel repair, Engine tuning and basic service. Let me just say that Leo, my service ambassador is aces. Hes professional, caring and truly a pleasure to deal with. Then theres the head tech, CHRIS, the man with a Porsche mind. Theres nothing he doesnt know. Hes not only the head tech but he can build a Rorche from the frame up, bolt by bolt. Did I say CAN? HE CURRENTLY IS.Head management, Outstanding!!!Personable, LOGICAL and caring about the customer and NOT just the bottom line.5 STARS.A++thank you gentlemen!!!
