They also did a quick oil change and rotation and alignment check. They walked me through everything and spent time talking to me about other questions I had about maintenance. Wow! Excellent service. I had an appointment for an oil change at 11:30. They were right on time, and I was done and out a little after 12. Very pleasant experience! I used a $27 Groupon for a tire rotation & oil change and was also informed that I needed new brake pads too! They gave me a quote of $332, although I was able to get it done for elsewhere at a fraction of the cost. Overall, wonderful experience and I’ll definitely go back when necessary. My only complaint is that the mechanics didn’t reset my change oil indicator and so while on my 3.5hr road trip, my check oil indicator light came back on.

They offer great prices for routine oil changes and tire rotation, and they have helped us out with car trouble more than once. They go out of their way to look for ways to get you the best price on parts before doing the work, and make sure to explain everything to their customers before doing any work. BEWARE! In all honesty they seemed very well put and good service overall, but after leaving there we almost got into an accident. Car was not performing per usual. Come to find there was a leak that could’ve lit the car on fire while driving it. I was told to sue them because we could have died in the process of simply driving our car. As a parent, I suggest you please please check your car before and after if you plan to go there for whatever reason. If you want to keep your car as well as yourself safe stay away. I will be moving forward with finding others who have had issues to shut this place down. Hope this helps!

Was told my brakes were shot front and rear from the dealer I had the dealer change the front brakes only. (32,000 miles)Tune rite was highly recommended from a Tune Rite established customer. I scheduled an oil change and asked that they inspect my rear brakes specifically. After a complete diagnostic check I was told my Rear brakes did not need pads or rotors and were in perfect condition. Bye bye dealer.

I got a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation.. they didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, just suggested a new air filter. Literally minor things they did to my Kia Soul and it runs soooo much better ; they did great on the tire rotation. It feels so much more stable. This is my new spot for my car for sure.

I was concerned about my tire pressure today and although they were fully booked, they allowed me to come in so they could check on the tires and didn’t even charge me for their services. This shop has the best workers in town. They are honest, professional and informed about vehicles. They explain everything on a level you can comprehend whether you know about cars or not. Parts and labor is affordable. Im always thankful for the jobs theyve been able to accomplish. Timely manner. Waiting room is clean. Everyone is respectful. Ask as many questions as you can, they are always willing to help increase your car knowledge. Once I left the Honda dealership due to terrible service, I was happy to find this place.

I have been a regular customer for years here. I recently have had issues with my front brakes. Twice in 19 months the front end would shake and the brakes would squeal not too long after the rotors and pads were replaced.I came in for the 3rd time !! Raul Refused to replace at their expense. This is their product failing and I was asked to pay 1/2 the cost. Total BS. They lost a good customer and my attorney will be in touch. I hate getting screwed.Mark

Ive brought them both of my cars for alignment, they both run as straight as an arrow. One of my cars is considerably low to the ground, and they always make sure not to scrape the bottom of the car as its coming onto the rack.

I drove from Delray Beach to Davie on a recommendation from a coworkers.I’m glad That I did.The employees are courteous and knowledgeable. No pressure service and they had me out in less than 2 hours. I used to go to Tire Kingdom in West Boca, however, every time I went there they made you feel like they were doing you a favor and the repair times were always 5-6 hours. TuneRite Auto was half the price and half the time.TuneRite employees made me feel like a guest.I will bring all my families vehicles there.

Great set of guys! Friendly! Honest! I will be taking my cars to them going forward. Went to them for an alignment and saw that they do many other things. They quickly diagnosed and both explained and gave me a print out showing that I didnt need it and would actually be wasting my money. Car was hooked up and fully tested to confirm. That honesty has earned them a customer with two cars and many recommendations. Well done!

The service was horrible. They couldnt do something so simple as to locate me an oil filter for my car, and they did the oil change for me. Instead of them giving me a brand new one they put the old one back on there. I called many times for this part and all I got was we will call you back when we get it and they never called back as many times as Ive called there I was never service the correct way. What a bad experience I had.

Took my Jeep in after having another company attempt an alignment. John helped me out, Jeep drives better than when I got it. Price was better than the other shop and service was great. Shoulda took it here first.

We brought our Tahoe into Tune Rite because the A/C was not working correctly. They replaced the main parts but had a problem finding a part for the rear A/C that would work properly. They kept trying different parts until they found one that worked (we have an old Tahoe). They communicated their progress to us regularly, did not over charge for the additional labor trying to find the part and did a very good job putting it all back together.

Came in for a simple oil change and the mechanics here cracked my entire oil drum. Not only where they at fault but they tried to charge me $600 to fix what they themselves broke. The mechanics at this shop are instructed by the owner Julio to find more or even make things wrong with your car to try and charge more money. I don’t know how a shop can stay in business running these types of scams. If you value your car and your money please take your business to an honorable shop because in this one they will always “find” or charge more than what you expect every time.

I had the scheduled service and picked this family owned company! Guys did all the best and i can highly recommend them to all! Fair prices, nothing extra, even got the bottle of cold water in a hot day!

I had a great experience with Tune Rite. I took my car to the Davie Jiffy Lube a few months ago for an oil change and asked them to just do an overall look at my car - long story short Jiffy Lube recommended a bunch of services that Tune Rite said I didnt even need. They saved me a ton of money and took great care of my car. Their customer service was great. I cant remember the young guy at the desks name, but he explained everything to me in detail and was honest about what needed done right away and what could wait. I will definitely recommend this place and will be back.

I always come here to get my oil changed. They’ve always got a good deal going on blends and fully synthetic. I was also having trouble with my car and they ran an OBD diagnostic for free just to let me know what was going on. The dealership won’t even look at my car without charging me. The front desk staff is always welcoming and I never feel like they are trying to swindle me out of my money.

This is one of my favorite places to take my cars. They are professional, and truly honest in their pricing. I had a great experience with Tune Rite Auto. I needed a hitch to be installed as soon as possible so we can load our bikes and go for an adventure. Neighbors in nextdoor recommended to call this place and ask for Julio. I am glad that I did. other places like UHAUL were more expensive and they were not able to get the hitch even by 2 weeks. Julio gave me a fair price and promised to get the hitch and installed on time. He kept his promise by contacting the vendor several times to make sure the hitch will arrive on time. I took my vehicle to Tune-Rite because my regular mechanic couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. In just a short time they had discovered what was wrong and had it repaired! My vehicle handled just like it did when it was new!! And its over 10 years old! I highly recommend this shop for any and all of your mechanical needs!

Had some vibration coming from the engine, they changed my engine mount that didnt help i came back they said its hub bearing,changed that also didnt help. Wasted 1100$ for nothing . They had no clue what is it just guessing changing parts good thing I didnt let replace my rotors at the end

Upon arriving, I had asked Anthony for the oil brand that they would be using for my vehicle. I was told a brand that i had never heard of before. I wasnt very comfortable already with the brand that they were using for my car. Once he had already redeemed the Groupon. He told me that they actually used a totally different brand. On top of that, be aware of their ridiculous tax charge. Also, they claim social platforms good reputation honesty & professionalism. Actions speak louder! You can be in business for which ever amount of time and allegedly have all of this good reviews and that be a total front. So please save the front and do good and actually be honest with the people that take the time of their day to bring you business. I dont usually write reviews nor good or bad ones. That being said; I had to share my most sincere experience with these individuals. I really hope this can help future customers. My best advice is to always make sure that you keep an eye on them and double check everything if you decide to bring your vehicle to this place or any other place. To be fair and straight forward. You must always..always. Be careful, picky, do research, and be informed and aware of where you take your vehicle to. We all know that South Florida is the land of the scam.
