This shop is wonderful, they take pride in their work. I take them everything from performance mods, track modifications, to basic oil changes on my daily driver and without fail they ensure the car leaves the shop in the best shape possible, even when the parts they receive arent ideal.They keep your car clean inside and out while working on them without having to pay the dealer markup to boot. Santiago is hyper knowledgeable and takes interest in setting your car up properly, priceless.

My daughter has taken her Mini Cooper to Ultimate Euro Repair since the first oil change. Recently she needed work on the car that was above her ability to pay, as such dad stepped in. Santiago was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to my questions. A professional estimate was sent to me via text prior to work starting. The cost for the repairs was very reasonable. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Santiago covered all the repairs completed and explained some other things she should have correctly sooner than later. I was impressed that he keeps a detailed electronic history of all vehicles they service. I would recommend Ultimate Euro Repair to anyone with a foreign made vehicle.

My wife took a recently bought 2008 Mini Cooper. It had several warning lights that we wanted to check. Ultimate Euro Repair did a thorough inspection and gave me a written estimate. When I found out that the cost of repair would be too much for our budget, they let me go without taking any payment - not even the $130 due for inspecting the car. Much appreciated. Drove here based on previous reviews.There is no parking very narrow and hidden establishment.The owner or manager older man with glasses very hostile.Came in to onquore about service as my car wont start.I figured I would inquire first, before having it towed in.He wasnt interested in servicing my vehicle.Bad, poor attitude.

I have a 2008 M3 that these guys have taken amazing care of. I have gone here for almost three years and have nothing but the best things to say about them. I was weary taking my car to anywhere but the dealership initially, but these guys charge about half of what the dealership charges for the exact same parts!!! In fact many times the dealership has quoted me thousands of dollars, and wanted to replace parts that did not need replacing. Raul or Santiago are honest mechanics who will never sell you what your car does not need. These guys are truly the only guys I would trust with my car. I highly recommend them. Great guys, very helpful, excellent, reliable, and most importantly honest.

When my check engine light came in, I was a bit nervous taking my Mini Cooper into any shop other than a dealership, but these guys were highly recommended by a friend. After a quick inspection, they quickly diagnosed the problem and told me that the $1200 part (!!) actually has an extended warranty from BMW and would be covered. I give 5-stars for their honesty and integrity and am glad to have them around!

As a woman, I am usually weary of mechanics and repair shops, but this is one that I would highly recommend. I own a Mercedes that required a B1 80K service. I received 3 estimates to include Ultimate Euro. I choose Ultimate Euro because of there reviews. Im confident the service was completed correctly and honest, however I wasnt pleased when speaking with the employee Santiago on the phone His tone and aggressive way of talking to the customer was not a good customer service experience, but then when you go to the shop he is all smiles. Honestly for this reason Im not sure I will use there services again.

Ultimate Euro does excellent work and very reasonable. ...dealer wanted over $6500 he did it for way less and the car rides like new. Thank you the world need more honest repair shops like Ultimate Euro. So you big dealerships keep your fancy waiting rooms Id rather have better work at a lower price.

I went in a few months back because I thought I had a problem with my steering rack turns out that I needed to get an alignment and they took care of it. I had another issue with a computer module on my car and I asked if they would be able to fix it and they did but he (Santiago) was also honest with me and showed me how to use warranty before I had to pay any money out of pocket. Very honest shop will continue to do business with them!

Terrible....Raul and Santiago were recommended by my father who used them frequently .My father was also in the auto repair business and brought and reffered lots of people to them. Even brought his own s600 to Raul.My father had recently passed away and my mom needed an alternator. When we received the car back the radio didnt work. It needed the code.Standard when you disconnect the battery. And is a easy fix for a MB specialist. Just look up the code Raul made my mother cry ....I had to go down there myself, they were rude with me too. The radio worked when we dropped the car off but not when we picked it up... Do you think a Mercedes dealer would do that to a paying customer. or tell them to go by a new radio its not there problem. It took me threatening to write a bad review for them to get them to do the right thing and have the radio the same way it was when it came in. They then had the nerve to tell us to never come back or call again..Very poor people skills Guess what buddy we wont come back and no one else I know will . I will also make sure to warn other people about your nasty attitude and the disrespect you showed to a women . In my opinion they speak with a forked tongue. Small office and waiting room that smells like sweat. What a dump.Dont be fooled by the good reviews . Very Petty people who were mean to a women and her son who just lost there loved one.I dont believe the good reviews that they go above and beyond that wasnt our experience.If there is a problem they will show there true colors, and you will have to fight to get what you deserve. I moved to Miami from North Carolina in 2006 and purchased a 2000 323i locally. I got a great deal, but it needed a little work.When I received a pretty high quote from the local, well known dealer in downtown Miami, I asked my father, a BMW fan, to see if he could find me an alternative BWM mechanic. He found Ultimate Euro Repairs on one of the message boards he regularly reads.I took the car to Ultimate and met Santiago and Raul, who gave me a quote for the same work for less than half of the price. It is six years later now, and I have been driving up to Davie every time I need service just because of the honesty, work ethic, and high quality they deliver. They treat my car as if it were their own, even if it isnt the nicest thing they get to work on.Last week after taking my better halfs Land Rover up for an oil change, and noticing that they did a few extra things for no additional charge (not uncommon for them), I felt motivated to write this review, because their business is a gem, and it is worth driving an hour or more to be treated with such a high level of service time and time again.If you go there, you will find honest solutions from experienced mechanics, and you will receive them at a reasonable price.

Not just the best European vehicle repair shop in town, but honest to a fault! I have been using Ultimate since I moved to the area in 2006 for my slew of BMWs - everying from mid-80s classics to my 2003 M5. I have never been steered wrong and they are always on point in terms of price and turnaround time. I have also literally watched them talk people out of doing service that was unnecessary. Waiting at their office, I have listened to them suffer through conversations with people who try to nickel and dime their already VERY fair pricing, try to bring in their own parts, etc etc. I understand a lot of businesses in this industry require some scrutiny but these guys are truly a no BS, trustworthy operation. That is what you should expect when you show up. I have never had a reason to question anything theyve done so arrive prepared to receive the best possible service for your car by some of the most knowledgeable and straightforward people in the business.

Santiago provided great service and was honest throughout his assessment of my BMW. I researched this shop prior to going and they delivered excellent service, updates, reasonable pricing, and original parts.

I first heard about them from a friend who took his car there. One day I took my VW to the dealer for standard maintenance... they put me on the waiting list three weeks later, and said the bill wound be ~$1200. I drove the car over to Ultimate, they took care of things the next day for ~1/3 the price. I was a loyal customer for the rest of the time I lived in South Florida, taking several cars there for small and large problems. Raul and Santiago are knowledgeable, hard-working, experienced and honest. I wish they had a shop in Raleigh, NC.

Dont let their cramped garage and small waiting room fool you.They are the Miami Heat of auto mechanics and Santiago is the Lebron James of service advisors. I drove all the way from Tampa so they could work on my legendary BMW M3. They can do everything from changing your oil to changing your entire engine. If Jesus owned a BMW or Mercedes, he would have it serviced by Ultimate Euro.

I brought my 2006 325cic in for a problem with the retracting roof and the owner quoted the price with a new motor and then told me that he could likely find me a used motor if I could wait a few days. I did wait and he did the job for about half the cost. I originally brought the car to a dealer and they quoted the job so much higher than the UER quote that I considered not repairing at all. Great shop with great workmanship. I have brought my newer 535 there for the last two years and nothing but great service.

Took my jetta to the VW dealership for repair to fix a problem with the acceleration. They told me it would be a +$3000 fix. they need to replace the turbo and the throttle body. I wanted a second opinion so I then took it to ultimate Euro repair and they tested it there. All I needed was a new intake pipe and box and that totalled about $200 total. They are very honest and the guy that works there definitely knows his cars. If you have a European car, dont get ripped off. Bring it here.

Ive been going to Santiago and his father Raul for close to 6 years now. Amazing work by him and his staff and anytime I have questions theyre always willing to give me a truthful answer. Every time I go in its always a pleasure and they always give me the car back running better than it was before. I have a 2011 VW GTI autobahn and they always fix any issues and work with my carmax warranty.Great work with these guys and would always recommend (and have sent) people to them! Definitely would not hesitate with them working on my car!
