Hair color swatches for most of the dyes. Makes it so much easier to see at least the approximate target color. Friendly staff.

Walked into the Davie store today to purchase some nail polish remover. Once I paid I realized that I was charged $1.49 more than the price displayed. When I brought it to the clerks attention she rudely told me how there was nothing that she could do in the store and walked away. Awful customer service! I will never shop here again!

Very nice and clean and well maintained. The guy inside was very helpful and was helping a few people at a time. He helped me and I checked out in a few minutes. He seemed to be very knowledgeable on what I was looking for and what sold best. Would recommend.

Truly Knowledgeable staff helped to locate exactly what I was looking for. She shared her knowledge of the hair colors and helped with some maintenance products. I was pleasantly surprised that it was the associates favorite Shampoo and Conditioner. Such a great location and friendly, knowledgeable staff.. A must visit location!

Came into this store clueless doing a project on my hair lol - but Brittany and Alicia (I hope I spelled this correctly) literally saved - guided and informed me about each product I needed and took the time to make a game plan for what I’m trying to achieve . Super friendly and you can tell they genuinely care and not just trying to upsell you.

I have been looking for Aragan Oil hair color cream developer.. In the last two months I have stopped here and they never have it available. They also have started to charge for bags to put your purchases in.

Amazing experience! The employee that assisted me was so helpful in making sure I get everything I was looking for. I purchased all the products she recommended for my at home balayage and my hair came out PERFECT. I had gone to several salons for consultations but the prices were ridiculous. I know you get what you pay for but sometimes its just not worth it. I did my balayage myself and my family and friends thought I did it professionally. My hair is so healthy too!!! I didnt get the employees name, but i believe she had like a blonde pixie cut.

Such an awesome experience, I went in needing to get hair dye...completely clueless as what to get and what would work for my hair. the ladies at sallies spent the time to show me what to use, and how to use the products. They made sure I knew what I was doing before leaving and even showed me pictures on what the hair dye would look like and how it would come out! Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!!!! Andrea helped me today and was so nice snd sweet helping me pick out the products for my hair!

I just got at this place it’s 6:55 and I drove 20 minutes to get here and they just close the door right at my face y gesture behind the door that they closed and it wasn’t even 7pm. Really bad service

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Marc helped me find what I needed. He was so nice that I even sign up for the rewards card. Will be coming back to this Sally’s even though there’s one 3 minutes from my house.

I have been coming to this Sallys for years, the ladies here are always so knowledgeable and helpful! They will go out of their way to find everything you need and inform you on all of the steps to take from hair, nails, and skin! Keep it up ladies!

What an awkward visit. I went in for hair dye and did some browsing on my own. I heard the cashiers laughing, and when I approached the counter, stood there for an oddly long moment before one of the three women even looked at me.Hey! I tried, with a friendly smile. The cashier didnt say hello. She immediately launched into a story about the customer before me. I wasnt in a very talkative mood but played along. Apparently she had been given a jellybean that tasted like snot from a little girl. I laughed along, Oh! Bertie Botts! Those are from Harry Potter. I guess, not having recieved the response she wanted, she scowled at me and responded with an entirely unrelated comment.It took a painfully long time for them to ring up my three items. As they continued to trash talk the little girl and her mother, I increasingly felt like I was in Mean Girls. Almost like these people were trying to commiserate with me, but by putting someone else down, and that when I left Id probably be next on the menu.It was pretty unpleasant. Id have expected some conversation about my products or even a generic, How was your day? Im not really the putting other people down for no reason, type, and I dont expect someone interacting with me in a customer service role to be! I think next time Ill try Ulta since its in the same plaza...P.S. They get two stars because in the middle of her story, the cashier did mention I could buy three tubes of dye for the price of two. They were on sale.

I am a Sally Beauty Club member and will never never never shop at this Sally Beauty Supply location.The employees follow the customers around the store, all the way to checkout counter and don’t even ask you for help. The employee was staring me down, I think if you are shopping in a store, you should not feel uncomfortable and especially when you are spending your hard earn money. If customers do not purchase anything in the store that means the store doesnt make any money and the employees will not have a job. Bad customer service.

There are all kinds of hairdressing supplies and nail salons, small rooms, but everything is complete.

I arrived at the store which was the door open when I was treated badly by a working lady from there, she went towards me yelling at me to come out that they were closed, very rude .. I was with my mask and gloves I felt very bad for the way the one that referred to me.
