I was in need of urgent hair extensions and I was referred to Aqua, from their customer service on the phone when I was trying to sign up to in person and when I went to pick up they were amazing and patient! Upon pick up; I made a mistake with ordering the wrong colors of the hair because I didn’t have a swatch (I do now!) and with online it’s hard to tell. Sophia and her team were pleasant and switched my extensions really quick without a problem. I’m so happy with their quickness and overall they way they handle their business. As for the hair although this is my first time purchasing from them; I have had the pleasure of using their hair and the quality is better than ones I have used in the past. Thank you!

I cant say enough about Aqua hair extensions and their customer service. I have been using Aqua extensions for a few years now. All of the extensions I have ordered have been fantastic. I ordered a new set for my client in January and applied them in March for her new set. After the 2nd time using the new set they started to fall apart. I thought maybe it was a bad batch since this has never happened. I contacted customer service and shared my problem with the manager. She asked me a few questions and let me know that they will definitely replace them and get a new set out to me asap. I have been doing hair for 36 years now and this company has my back as a hairdresser. They support me at being good at what I do. They have my business . I am a Salon owner and extension Specialist in Louisiana, Been doing hair extensions for a long time and our vendor came in an swore this Brand was good! Spent a lot of money on mine. The previous extensions I wore had with a company we use for our customers, I used the hair for Two years and because i took care of them the hair was amazing even after two years. Well our vendor convinced me to try these, I ordered the wefts. They were not cut at the weft at all and hand tied in with the aqua silicone beads. We are certified in this technique as well. The extensions feel slimy when i wash them and are already matting up and are shedding constantly. Extremely extremely disappointed as I spent alot of money on them! I have no choice but to go back to the other company we used before aqua. I would not recommend these extensions as a Extension specialist. In addition I cannot get the to hold a curl in my hair and they are stringy despite me having more than enough as recommended in my hair.

I stated using Aqua extensions and Aqua wet supplies (shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner). These products have changed my hair! It looks 10x better, is softer and cleaner. My tape in hair extensions have lasted 3x the recommended length of time. My salon raves about the quality of the hair. After using many other brands of hair, I’m only using Aqua products, natural and healthy look. People are shocked when they find out I have extensions in.
