I have been working with this company for many years. Each time that I have worked with them they have gone overboard to meet my needs. I know that they have spent additional time to complete orders in time, that I have made. The quality of their work is very professional. I have found them to be reliable, helpful, and trustworthy. You could not go wrong doing business with this company.
The blonde lady at the front is rude with no customer service skills. In addition she refused to print a shirt as I did not come in with at least 6 pieces. I will never use this company even for my business when I do have multiple pieces.

I had to get 4 scrub tops embroidered for my medical clinical rotations, and they told me they wouldn’t do it because they have a “minimum of 6” policy? But I had 2 tops embroidered at this exact location a year ago no problem. But this time the people at the counter were so rude and refused to help me and told me that there is not a single place that would help me with only 4 tops and that I was screwed. I understand company policies and respect them but the employees were so rude to me and looked at me like I was stupid to ask for only 4 pieces.
Fantastic customer service. We had a golf tournament on a Friday, dropped off the shirts Monday. Rachel got all the different orders all setup and back in my hands Thursday morning, nailed it. Looking sharp and now giving them all my other work shirt business here on out!
I ordered Tshirts for a photo shoot that had a date deadline. The artwork was done a few times and I approved the last piece of artwork. I went to pick up the Tshirts for the photo shoot and they printed the wrong artwork so I couldn’t use the Tshirts for the photo shoot. They were going to reprint them but they missed the deadline so I no choice but to cancel the Tshirt order. They did not deliver as Promised.I had to cancel the calendar photo shoot that was for a firefighter cancer charity. They then tried to blame me, a firefighter, that I approved the incorrect artwork and the owner will not give me a refund. The owner is not reliable and refused to repay the money, liked to argue with the customer and I never got the Tshirts.Not a reliable or nice company. I will never do business with them again. Beware.

Its not authentic Italian food
Was here too have my maintenance coveralls embroidered for my job. I brought in my old pair as a sample for my new ones and was still done very poorly. The name was way of the spot designated and not straight on so when I wore the coverall the name was showing slanted. Had them re do it, went back after a couple days to pick them up and even though it was much better, it was still slightly slanted and off center but I couldnt give them more time bad I needed then right away for work. The price was also very high for the simple job it was supposed to be. Save time and money by going elsewhere.
These guys are amazing. My new embroidered shirts looks better than anyone who did it in the past. Customer Service is great as well. They kept me in on the entire process to ensure that everything would be how I wanted. They have a new customer (BUGS EXTERMINATORS) for life. One Word Amazing

I paid to have an image digitized for embroidery and had a couple of things embroided. I asked to have the digitized file that I paid for emailed to me a week and a half ago I and keep getting the run around because apparently only the manager can email me my file and hes never there.

I went in to get an estimate on the pricing of shirts and sweaters. The women at the counter was short with me while she was telling me the pricing of a logo that I showed her. The women abruptly cut me off when I asked it they can add twill letters on to clothing . She told me that I should go somewhere else and have the work completed even though she said they can put twill letters on clothing. I was disappointed because everyone one based on reviews and recommendations had a better experience.

One star is being nice. This guy is a crook. Took me 13 days to get my shirt after three different people told me itd be in tomorrow I swear. Then its the wrong size. So after calling and talking to the owner, who said I can get my money back if I return the shirt, I come in only for the owner to tell me no, he wont refund my money. This place is a joke.
I had a rush order that another company had damaged and overall took way too long. 2 months for 300 Pcs. Rogers team took the second order and not only turned it around quick (1 week, 300pcs) but the customer experience was great and the quality was outstanding.

Fast turn around times and friendly people. Partner and I were arguing about thread colors for almost 2 hours and they were still as helpful at the end as they were during the beginning.
Had my husbands shirts made here and the color was wrong and the older lady in the front was very rude. A complete disappointment with this place!!!Reply - No thanks, we took our business else where but you should focus on hiring friendly employees. Your employee Racheal was very rude when trying to place our order and when the issue came up she blamed it on us.
I called this location and asked if they could embroid in my company logo and they said bring it in and as long as its possible, they will. I brought it in last week and they said the tool bag I have will be difficult because of the metal behind it. I asked if they could just put the name anywhere where it works and finally they found a spot where they thought it could work and it was final. They said before the holidays... I called them 3x this week to make sure it was being worked on and ready before Christmas ... finally they said within the hour, I went to the location and they told me they couldnt do it anywhere. This gift may have been minor, but it was the most special one I was giving. That is horrible service and has ruined my christmas. How do you wait till the client is in your shop to tell them what theyve been waiting and expecting isnt going to be possible. Let alone they are not friendly and far from welcoming . I will never recommend them to anyone.
Horrible business ethics! Stay far away. I have been going to Embroidme since the Owner, Roger had the small shop on University. I have been a loyal customer for the past 8 years. I watched this company grow and expand as my business did as well. I thought I had a the right company for life, that is until my company slowly started to be put on the back burner. My orders, emails and calls went unanswered. I complained because we had a big event coming up and I was promised it would be rectified. Not only was my order botched...I was lied to. We set up a meeting to fix it and he left for vacation and forgot about it. This was the biggest event of the year in Miami and for my security company and he was gone after promising he would meet me and rectify. Also, the old Art Designer (who was one of the nicest guys in the world) quit and the new one (very unprofessional) hung up on me. I was told what I wanted could not be done...I fired them as a client and found someone down the street who not only did the job I wanted but did it professionally and quickly. The worst part is, I bought the polos from another vendor, brought them to Embroidme...they printed ink I did not approve of (I ordered reflective 3M, they printed glow in the dark cheap stuff) and then when I picked up my ruined shirts, they had the nerve to say I stole (my own shirts) back (which they personally handed back to me by the way). They threatened to although unauthorized...charge my card on file anyway. I alerted my bank and put a block to it. I called my lawyer and was advised that if he ran the unauthorized sale on my card then we would be the ones to file a case with the police. This whole ordeal got very ugly, at first you will see good service and a nice front but take it from me, a long time client...you will be disappointed in the future. I have never written a bad review on Google in my life in fact I have only written two reviews ever and both were very possitve but this...I could not let go unseen. Horrible service, horrible business ethics.
