UR reps always go to all lengths to accommodate our needs. In this current financial climate, with projects not always staying on schedule, we unfortunately have to order equipment at the last minute, and UR goes above and beyond to help us.

I only had Keith the dispatchers phone number. He took my info and had Eric get back to me right away. Eric was quick to assess my needs and set up delivery of the equipment I needed.After the original valiant effort, United failed on all aspects of their involvement with my rental. So sad. I lost quite a bit of money and took a hit on my reputation.This review was originally 5 stars. Now I am being gracious at two stars

Needed a UTV for a small job and rented online. When I arrived the UTVs were not operating. Zulema and her team went above and beyond to get me a vehicle. Most companies won’t care about the small guys but they definitely did. Great customer service and reliability. 100 % recommend!

Equipment availability and professionalism

Rented a scissor lift several months ago. they dropped off at our location in fort lauderdale- batteries were dead. they gave me the run around told me i had to plug in to charge the lift and wait 4-6 hours. waited from 8am till 2 pm found out battery charger was not working. they swapped out the lift. the next lift blew some sort of o-ring and made the matter worse. created a huge mess. they still wanted me to pay.. didnt even use the lift. never will i use them
