Impossible to get anyone on the phone, other than an answering service. 1st oxygen tank that was given was empty. Took 3 days to get someone to come to the house to replace it. 2md bad experience was waiting for a bubble humidifier for the oxygen concentrator. That took close to a week. Now have been trying to purchase another oxygen tank to be able to travel to the doctors appointment. I hhave made 10 calls in 5 days and still no one to take tue order and deliver the oxygen tank. But, one of their representatives took down my credit card number. No order and no oxygen. I would highly recommend taking your business to a company that actually cares about their patients. Shocking to me that this place is still in business

This company should be out of business for the ay they treat patients. They dont give a damn who they are serving. Dont give them your business. There are way too many DMEs in this state. ONE HOME is great!!! Call them instead!

I give one star because sadly I can’t give zero. The experience with this place was horrible I’ve been waiting for an oxygen tank 3 days now and they keep postponing it. As if all this wasn’t enough there’s a hurricane on the way and no one seems to answer. I paid for it out of my own pocket and it’s all jokes and games horrible I don’t recommend!
