Love this place. Always so helpful. Tyler has helped many times and always goes above and beyond with tremendous knowledge and gives me info I wasnt even aware I needed to know. I forget the store managers name but she is also very kind and helpful.

Went to return a wrench of the wrong size and the cashier was super rude suggesting it had been used when it was clearly in original undamaged packaging. I had bought it like a half hour earlier. I originally wanted to just swap for the right size but ended up asking for a refund and going somewhere else :(

Probably one of the best customer service experiences Ive had. They really do care about the small details from COVID protocols to even remembering your name. Im a little sad that I didnt get a chance to come here more often and now Im leaving town! I definitely recommend this place. Very helpful, honest, and friendly folks!

Really nice staff. Always very helpful. Greet you right away and help you find things. Nice man with glasses was very detailed helpful today to help me find the right shower head. Very convenient location with plenty of parking better than going downtown!!

Never left disappointed. The electrical section is quite diverse and well stocked for this tiny little shop.The nuts and bolts are especially impressive. They are unpackaged in individual bins and drawers. So you can pick them up and see if they fit your project without opening up a box. And you can buy as many or as little as you need with no extra bolts after you’ve used the ones you need. Good jobs guys.Very friendly and helpful staff knew everything I needed to know right away.

I know ACE Hardware store and this is a nice well stocked smaller store (the best ones) Im on my way now to see if this small item and hang out a minute. Good people skills and SERVICE is Key.

Aggie Ace is convenient, amazingly well stocked for a small store, and the staff is always helpful and cheerful. On a busy day you can get what you need and quickly get back to your project.

Definitely smaller than the much more sprawling downtown Davis Ace. But, parking is much easier and have the hardware essentials here. I usually try here first before I brave the parking gauntlet downtown.

I just had the rudest experience calling in to ask a question if your store had a part in stock. Whoever was working 9/18 at 2pm is extremely rude and youve just lost a costumer!
