Walked in expecting to ask a few questions but ultimately buy a mattress online, but the selection was wide enough that I was able to find a mattress that I actually liked rather than ending up with which ever one happened to fit my budget or was more popular on the internet. Also, I was able to get more than 60% off so I ended up with a way nicer mattress and payed about $200 under my limit. The staff was great and I would recommend stopping by to anyone looking into a new mattress.

He not once was pushy and was truly honest with his recommendations. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all of the specific details of buying my mattress.I was blown away at his customer service and would highly recommend going there. He made certain I was getting the best deal. I am BEYOND excited for my new mattress and adjustable base to arrive tomorrow as we are currently sleeping on a 30+ year old mattress.... We had a great experience at our local Davis, CA. store. Our salesperson listened to our needs and was able to show us 3-4 possible options in the firm category. She did not try to up sale us, but was just focused on getting the right mattress. I cant say the same for other mattress stores we checked out. We decided on a mid range Beauty Rest Cal King mattress. The entire process was done within an hour. We could have had next day delivery, but per our request it will be delivered in a few days. Over all a very positive experience.

My fiance and I were visiting from Washington and stopped in at Mattress Firm to do some research before we bought on and we had the pleasure of working with Christopher. He helped us start to finish buying a mattress and adjustable base. He was very knowledgable and helpful in helping us find the perfect mattress. Shopping in the store was fine. The delivery and following attempts to work with customer service to resolve issues were abysmal. Inability and unwillingness on the part of Mattress Firm to resolve what should have been a simple issue was frustrating. It is as if they dont care once they have your money.

The store associate knew how to recommend mattresses that fit my requirements, compared with that of another mattress store, Sleep Center Davis. I needed to call the store to adjust the height of my bed and it went smooth.

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm. My salesperson Marlon was knowledgeable and straightforward. I ended up with a mattress that completely met my needs and was within my price range. Sometimes the sales process can be unpleasant if the salesperson is to pushy. Marlon made the process a piece of cake.

I went here to buy an affordable mattress after moving into a new apartment. The person working at the front desk during that time, John, was a model employee. He was very helpful and informative. He gave me a small pamphlet that provided useful information on available matress types and sizes. He never rushed me, answered all of my questions in full, and overall made me feel like a valued customer. 5 out of 5, would shop here again.

Friendly and knowledgeable sales person makes for a comfortable shopping experience. Fun trying such comfortable mattresses and adjustable foundations with enthusiastic, expert assistance when interested or freedom to explore or take a nap if you get tooooo comfortable. One mattress was so out of this world, my kid said he never felt so tired...like he never slept a minute in his whole life. Financing options are wow! Well take it. We have bought two mattresses at this location, plus a few extras for our bed. It is definitely our go to. The service is patient and attentive, they make great suggestions, and they almost always have some pretty good deals going on. I definitely recommend paying them a visit if you’re in need of a new mattress.

The in-store experience itself was enjoyable; I was assisted by Samantha, who gave me plenty of information and helped me with my purchase in-store. My complaint, however, is with the customer service Ive received afterwards via phone call.While I was confirmed/guaranteed delivery on Sept. 21, I received a phone call today (Sept. 20) stating that the delivery is unable to occur due to supply issues -- the earliest the delivery would arrive is on Sept. 30. I called back to confirm this, and the sales associate (I believe his name is Randell) on the other line was very curt with his responses. He explained the delay was due to Covid-19, which is understandable, but was dismissive about my query on whether the mattress I ordered could be delivered from another factory outside of Sacramento. Furthermore, he seemed to be in a hurry to hang up the phone and did not confirm (nor has he changed) the request for the delivery to be changed to Oct. 3 instead.This attitude was upsetting, as I understand the difficulty the pandemic has caused in terms of delivery and supply, but felt I was not given the respect when I asked questions or made simple requests. I only hope that the delivery is able to be completed on the updated date, so I will no longer have to be in contact with anyone from this establishment.

We were searching for a new King size mattress and visited most of the places within Davis. Mattress Firm by far had the simplest to understand firmness labeling system, best prices, and most helpful salesmen. We felt like we got a good deal and great service through our indecision and compromise process. Richard always gave pretty unbiased opinions and answered the too-many-questions we had. Overall a great buying experience!

Husband and I were looking for an upgrade from our Queen to King. I recommend everyone to go here. It’s affordable and definitely has various payment options. You “can take home now and pay off with no interest” or what we did was just drop a holding fee and came back to pay it off. Delivery was on time and great customer service! I was sold a very expensive mattress set. Checked out of hotel, went to new home, waited on delivery at scheduled time. After 1 1/2 hours being late, I found the contact number and called. (NO ONE called ME). Guess what, mattress is broken and I won’t be getting it today! So, now I have to wait to get a refund until later today and I must now go find another mattress. I waisted ALL morning and half my afternoon waiting on a mattress that isn’t coming and I waisted my time picking it out in the store! Don’t buy from this poorly organized company!

Mattress I bought was so extremely uncomfortable after only a month. Tag was ripped off while transporting and since the tag was not attached, the did not accept my return even though I still have the tag. Now I have a mattress that will never be used. Never buying from this company again.
