The grocery was alright. Very small space with lot of things within the store. Didnt have much of what I was looking for personally. Wasnt bad, wasnt great. Clearly a lot of the college students go to this store too. The owners seemed very nice. Would I go back to this store? Probably not.

The owners are always so sweet. Im a regular and they always look happy to see me, but they have been kind and helpful since day one. They have the best selection in town of Asian food at reasonable prices. And their Korean food is delicious, hot take-out or cold side dishes...delicious.

Best Asian market in Davis. Well stocked and good variety. They also consistently offer the hard-to-find produce like Chinese chives and Kefir lime leaves. Kim’s is the go-to Asian market when you don’t want to drive all the way to Sac.

I enjoy coming to this shop. They have a little bit of everything and the cashier is always nice.

Great selection of authentic asian ingredients. Sauces, homemade kimchi, snacks, frozen foods, canned goods, curries, spices, noodles. Small selection of vegetables, but they truly have everything to make thai, japanese and korean dishes. Prices are reasonable and selection is great!

I was very happy to be able to find some Udon noodles not in a soup packet. I also asked the lady working about Star Anise, a spice I thought was super random, but she knew exactly what I was talking about and let me right to it! Very helpful. However, note to anyone with a stroller. I would recommend not trying to bring it in the store! The aisles are very small, and you will not fit super well. I will be driving next time instead.

Nice to have an Asian market in Davis. Is very Korean centric, but carries very basic core Asian food items. Love their noodle and snack selections. Nice they have an on site kitchen and offer fresh made Korean deli foods. Good selection of vegetables.

There are a few items like soju or calamansi soda that can be found here but like most small marts with import goods they are not very receptive to feedback on product selection. Still looking for melon soju and immitation duck ramen as well as calamansi lime ramen in davis. Great price and convenience, selection lacking. That being said it might be impossible to get certain items right now

A cute little korean market in the heart of Downtown Davis. They offer pantry products, some fresh vegetables, a large variety of frozen goods and meat, ice cream and they have a hot food section. I like to get frozen BBQ pork buns and it is a good stop for lunch if you work downtown.

An excellent little grocery store for those who need their Asian specialty foods. The meats & vegetables are fresh, the shelves are well stocked & Kims also makes fresh meals daily at excellent prices. For a fraction of the price of other stores, you can get real lemongrass, bags of mung or soy sprouts. They have a range of teas, and the snack aisle is full of tasty treats from Japan. Its one of my favorite stores & a place I have brought visiting students to do they can get a little slice of home while in Davis.

Great local shop for Asian produce. Usually go there for their fresh produce. Chopped garlic and mushrooms are a steal. They recently expanded so there is even more selection. Owners have always been really nice.

Great variety, theyve got a lot of things that Ive been unable to find at other Asian markets nearby. The fresh food selection is great as well, 1 or 2 Kimbap rolls makes for a fresh, quick, and surprisingly cheap lunch. Wonderful owner too to boot, definitely worth a visit!

Kims is the best place in town to get imported Asian food items. You can find really cheap vegetables here, good processed food, and hard to find items from Asia. The store recently expanded and has a better selection than ever. Kims is not too visible, as it is located on the less commonly traveled 4th Street, but it is definitely worth a visit.

If you are looking for Asian style foods and ingredients then this is one of the only places to go. The selection is great, and everything is well priced. Best of all they have fresh hot lunch boxes every day that are pretty good. 4/5 for the hot food, 5/5 for the store

Best market for Korean snacks, sauces and stuff Ive found in Davis. They have this special maple flavored corn snack that I ate nearly every day in Korea and I couldnt find it at ANY store in SF, Oakland or berkeley. This is the best spot in Davis for affordable, healthy, fresh and handmade snacks and groceries. The proprietors are welcoming and knowledgeable and theres always something new to try! We go there at least twice a week!

Best place in Davis for staples and fresh vegetables and snacks. I go there for lunch a couple times a week because the homemade kimbap is really good, always fresh and very inexpensive! I also get groceries there like onions and potatoes, broccoli, salad greens and peppers because the prices are so good. The owners are really the best and theyre there in person all the time to say hello and help you with whatever you need. Really earns its 5 stars!

Wide selection. Some items are reasonable others are quite pricey. Staff is welcoming but not overly enthusiastic. There is a minimum charge on cards or a few will be added.

This is the best place in Davis to get Asian food goods. When making curry and miso soup I often come here for ingredients. The have a good selection with reasonable prices. I am also a fan of their rolls they make.

This is a small Asian grocery store in Davis. They even sell fresh ready-eat asian food like sushi, rice bowel and Korean vegetable pancakes etc. Its easy to get in and out quickly with convineint parking in front. Highly recommend to stop by for asian ingredients.

I would give negative stars if I can. So terrible place, the owner will judge you, discriminate you. Although she wont say anything, but she will act. If you are rich, and buy a lot of things from her store, she is very kind. However, she is very very mean and impolite if you only buy a few things from her store. I must say this is the most terrible store that I experienced in America.

Small little korean/Asian market for Davis. Its your go to spot if you need anything Asian. Because its the only market of its kind, somethings are a little bit pricier than what anyone would be used to, but if you were to go anywhere else the cost of gas/time makes this market worth while, where else are you gonna get kimbap this easily in Davis.
